I have stayed at other houses and paid less, but got a much higher quality, so either an update is needed or the price lowered."

It’s actually smaller then appears. When I addressed this with the owner, I was told “you knew it was 3 bedrooms”. That wasn’t my point ! I understood well it was 3bed, I was talking about the pics depicting the house to appear larger then it actually was. For the price, it’s not worth it; Could’ve rented a caravan for two weeks instead (we only stayed 3 nights). I wouldn’t stay again, and imo, it’s not worth the price. Have booked far better for less. I’m not in the business of writing poor reviews, but this needed it."

There is no free/paid parking available at the property. We usually signpost our guests to utilise the free parking spaces near Havelock Rise, Wensleydale, Wardown Park/Crescent. This is only a 10min walk/3min drive from the property. PLACIFY will not be liable for any penalty charge notices (PCNs), fines or traffic contraventions issued by the local council

For this reason, we have compiled a few pointers that we would politely ask guests to note before their arrival and practice throughout their stay:
