A two bedroom, two bathroom flat (showers in both bathrooms - one walk-in, the other is over the bath) with a rear garden in a lovely quiet street of Victorian and Edwardian terraced houses close to the river in London's Zone 1.
Guest access
Two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a king bed and a further single bed can be made up on the sofa. Rear garden with BBQ, table and seating, kitchen-living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven and microwave and a dishwasher. There are two bathrooms, both with showers, one with a bath. There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom and outdoor space for drying clothes. Central heating throughout. High speed fibre broadband WiFi.

If I'm in town I will probably be staying close by, if I'm away then a relative or friend living nearby will be on hand.

Such a great place to be, located close to all the arts venues of London's Southbank such as the National Theatre, Hayward Gallery, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Tate Modern, BFI National Film Theatre, Shakespeare's Globe, Borough Farmers' Market (for foodies!), the Old Vic theatre, the Young Vic theatre, Union Theatre, the London Eye, London Aquarium and many more! There are 6 supermarkets within a few minutes walk.
Getting around
Situated between two very convenient stations, Waterloo and Blackfriars and with many bus routes close by - though you will probably choose to walk most places! Covent Garden is a 15 minute walk and Soho is 25 minutes away on foot. London taxis can be hailed around the corner on the main road and Ubers will pick you up from the door.

There's a TV, a hi-fi and Wi-Fi and a radio! A hair dryer, a printer, a Nespresso machine, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a microwave oven. A high-chair and a cot can also be provided if requested when the booking is made.

The location of the flat could not be any better, it is walking distance to every major attraction, the supermarket is only 4 minute walk and has everything you need. The neighborhood is safe, we walked there late in the evening, absolutely no problem. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and beyond, plenty of dishes, flatware, glasses, pot and pats. Damien provided nespresso capsules which was awesome in the morning. The apartment is exactly how it is advertised and more. The host is very responsive, he greeted us and showed us around, bought for us wine, beer, milk, juice, fruit etc. He was just a text away if we needed anything. He provided us with restaurant recommendation. I can not say enough good things about the apartment and the host. We had the best time. If we ever visit London again, this will be our place to stay!"

This is a wonderful flat, full of natural light with floor to ceiling windows in every room.
Situated on the top floor of this small development, you benefit from views of the london eye from the kitchen & living room and views of the Shard from the bedrooms. All rooms are set back from the street so are quiet.
There are 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms - one with a super king bed and ensure master bathroom with plenty of room for luggage and a second bedroom with double bed, desk and wardrobe space.
There is a family bathroom which is off the hallway next to the second bedroom. Both bathrooms have a bath and standing shower as well as sink and WC. A 5th person can be accommodated on a roll away single bed either in the master bedroom or in the living room.
The kitchen is well equipped for longer term guests with seating for up to 10 people and All kitchen amenities including coffee makers, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, gas hob and breakfast bar.
There is a baby grand electric piano as well as a separate TV room with large L-shaped sofa for relaxing in the evening.
In addition the flat has WiFi, a washer/dryer and Air Conditioning for the summer months!

Feel at home and relaxed during your stay in London at this gorgeous, quiet and secure flat in the heart of London by Waterloo station & the London Eye.
The flat is located on the 3rd floor with a small balcony and features 2 full bedrooms (one USA queen bed and one double bed) which both have full bathrooms next to them (one ensuite). There is plenty of closet space for your stay as well as all towels and linens are provided.
The Master Bedroom has direct access to the balcony as well as a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have black out blinds.
There is an open plan living / dining / kitchen area with seating for 6 and the sofa in the living area can be made into a queen bed for additional guests. The living area also features a flatscreen TV as well as cultural books on London to use during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, American coffee maker, french press, nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, basic supplies including salt and pepper and cooking utensils and of course a variety of pots and pans etc... There is a full sized fridge and freezer as well as microwave and oven.
Off the hallway is a utility room with a separate washer & dryer. The flat features underfloor heating throughout for the winter months and we have Air Conditioning for the summer months.
There is a communal roof terrace which overlooks the London Eye - however we cannot guarantee this is always open due to weather or other health and safety reasons.
The flat is managed by Hannah Levin who lives locally and manages several flats in the area with excellent ratings for business and services. She will be delighted to help you with any aspect of your stay!
Please note that for bookings of more than 2 weeks, please inquire for special rates. Please also note there is a £100 additional charge for the sofa bed to cover additional laundry and cleaning costs for your stay. Check in is normally between 3 - 7pm and check out is on or before 11am but we will of course work with your timings as best as possible. Should you wish to guarantee early check in, you can ask to book the night before (if it is available) for an additional £75 which means we will block off the night before so you can check in anytime from 7am on day of arrival. She answered our questions and gave us great information on how to operate everything in the apartment. Beds were comfortable and two bathrooms made it possible for all of us to get ready more easily each morning. The nespresso machine was wonderful. Downstairs is a small grocery store to get basic needs and food. I will definitely return to London and stay here again."

This is a wonderful, new, 2 full double bedroom, 2 full bathroom (one ensuite) flat in the heart of zone 1 of London in Waterloo. It is a perfect base if you are coming to London for work or leisure with amazing transport links.
Just a 7min walk to Waterloo station for mainline railway, Jubilee, Northern and Bakerloo lines or a 5min walk to Southwark station for the Jubilee line. Also just a 10min walk to the Tate Modern, 15 min walk to Borough Market and a 20min walk to the London Eye.
The flat has lovely large windows so lets in good light and all windows are fitted with curtains for privacy when wanted. It is in a quiet development with a shared communal garden (see photos). All linens and towels are provided as well as all the mod cons you would expect including dishwasher, washer and dryer for clothes, coffee press, microwave etc....
The flat has an open plan living and dining area with seating for 6.

Suitable for 1-2 people, it has also a double sofa-bed for guests. Non-smokers, no pets. Deposit required.

Lovely light and bright three bedroom in a period ex-local authority red brick mansion block close to ALL the attractions on the London Eye, Old Vic, Tate Modern, Covent Garden and much more.
The Space
We take great pride in our place, and have recently spent lots of time, energy and money refreshing the decor and amenities to make it is somewhere we would personally want to stay. There is an eclectic mix of contemporary and vintage, with nice period features and a warm, welcoming feel. Three generously-sized bedrooms are decorated in calming neutral colours and nice new carpets, with a double bed and good hanging space for clothes. The bathroom has a large shower and sink the toilet is in a separate room across the hallway. The living room has lovely bold palm wallpaper, a small table and chairs for four to eat, and a TV with Netflix subscribed. Good fast WIFI. The kitchen is small but nicely laid out, with a gas cooker, Bosch washer-dryer and dishwasher.
The Location
The real highlight of this place is the location which is, quite frankly, amazing and the main reason we chose to live in the flat originally. It is 30 seconds to Waterloo, with access to literally anywhere by bus, train and Underground. Better still though is where you can WALK to, it is 5 minutes to the South Bank (Tate Modern, County Hall, London Eye, BFI, Festival Hall etc) And within 20 minutes you can be anywhere from Covent Garden to Borough Market, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben to London Bridge. Closer still, we’re talking one minute here, you have Lower Marsh Market with international street food vendors almost every day, The Old Vic, The Young Vic and much more. Did we mention we love the area?
The Building
The building is an ex-local authority/council red brick mansion block, it’s not a tower block or anything like that, It’s actually one of the first and best built examples of this kind of building in London but its a bit scruffy on the outside. This doesn’t affect your stay at all, it’s very safe and actually very quiet in the evenings for somewhere so central, with many families living in the apartments around. But we mention it in case for some reason how a building looks on the outside is super important to you.
Hosting
We work with our friend Hannah to manage chats and greet people, she's local and knows the area at least as well as we do, so one of us will always have the answer you need.
If you’d like to check in after 7pm, we charge £20 per hour after this to cover waiting time and travel charges.
If you’d like to check in early, we charge £75 to block off the night before and then you can arrive anytime on day of arrival.

We would leave in the morning and not get back until late, so it really was for sleeping and getting ready in the morning. We found the flat to be comfortable and we were able to walk to so many locations. It is a 3 bedroom and my sons liked not sharing a room. The bathroom is separated with a toilet in one room and a shower and sink in a separate room. There are no outlets in the bathroom, but there is a large mirror and many outlets in the living room so using hair dryer, etc was easy. It is near an ambulance bay so one night we did hear some street noise as we kept windows open. It felt safe and was a good value for the cost. The location was so convenient. The manager was friendly and responsive."

The company also said there was one towel per person - if we found extras and used them we would be charged - those weren't for us. How cheap is that??? Overall, I would still recommend this apartment, but the property mananger could be more helpful."

Experience living like a local when staying at my home, with the Duke of Sussex Pub just close by for a quick pint, or take a stroll at Waterloo Millennium Green when the weather is fine and feed the ducks that hang around the pond. Lambeth and Southwark stations are less than a mile away for you to get and conveniently travel around London, with Lower Marsh down the road for quick shopping as there's a local grocer and Iceland.
The flat has one living room that invites you to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring London. Sink into the plush sofa and watch all your favourite shows on the TV, or enjoy meals over the four-person dining table. The fireplace is purely decorative but lends a sense of Britishness to the room. The kitchen, although small, is more than adequate to handle light cooking and comes equipped with essential cookware and cutleries.
There are two bedrooms. One is with a king bed, and another is a convertible sofa bed. Both mattresses are lined in hotel-quality linens for a good night's rest.
The bathroom has everything for you to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries.

This is a fantastic centrally located 2 bed flat on the third floor in a wonderful residential building. Given its Central Location the flat is quiet with 2 good sized Bedrooms (one King (or USA Queen) and one Double bed) and two full Bathrooms - one ensuite.
The area is within the sought after Waterloo conservation area and regularly used for filming and has some of London's best pubs & restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away.
Waterloo Station is 5 minutes by foot and Covent Garden is just 15 minutes walk away over Waterloo bridge.

From the vibrant artworks to the bowler-hat lampshade, Kennington Road is an eye-catching place. Entering into the sitting room, abstract art hangs above a sofa and an old chest which doubles as a characterful coffee table. The master bedroom, straight ahead, has a double bed and a contemporary ensuite, and to the left is another bathroom. Descending the stairs ahead of the entrance you’ll come to the second bedroom, which leads to another bathroom and an outdoor terrace. Opposite the second bedroom is the open-plan living area. Six can dine at the antique table, and there are clusters of pendant lamps above the kitchen’s black glossy worktops. Straight ahead, vivid artwork and colourful cushions catch the eye in the second sitting room, which narrows as it leads through to a traditional conservatory. Keep going and you’ll find glass doors leading out to the pebbled garden.
Home Truths:
- This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers. Some noise from the road outside can be heard in the front room on the entrance level. There is no wardrobe in the second bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage. This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home does not have a freezer. This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator. There is currently construction taking place in the building behind this home. It is visible from the garden which in turn has slightly reduced in size. Some noise may be heard between 8am and 5pm on weekdays only.

I have a very large room in the heart of Central London. Please see images and put in the post code of SE1 7DX into maps and check the location for yourself, it is perfect for anyone who wants to be in central London, close to all of Waterloo and South Bank's amenities. Also, very close to Big Ben and St Thomas' hospital too.
Currently 3 tenants occupy the flat, with 'you' there will be 4th occupants.
The space
There is also a roof top terrace, which is perfect to hang out in on sunny days. Plus a communal garden downstairs too. I think this may be perfect for someone to enjoy a relatively short term stay in.
Please note, there is NO sitting / living room and the kitchen is due a bit shabby and outdated for serious meal cooking, though everything works absolutely fine. The kitchen is due for renovation in early January, that is why it the room is priced at £79 and not £102..
However as noted, everything works absolutely fine, including microwave, washing machine/dryer, fridge, oven etc. There is also plenty of cutlery too.

This is for you if you're into culture and you want to be in easy reach of all the major sights. Transport links are great. The area is laid-back but lively. The flat is quiet, there's space to eat and hang out, and I'm the only other person there.
The space
The room is in a two-bedroom second floor flat (no lift) in a secure block on a friendly estate.
The room measures about 3.5 metres by 2.5 metres and contains a European king-size (150cm width) double bed, as well as a table and chair if you need to work.
The rest of the flat includes a bathroom, a separate toilet, a lounge, a kitchen and another bedroom for me, the owner.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower and a sink, and there's a sink in the toilet as well. I provide towels and there's a hairdryer too.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine/dryer.
The lounge has a sofa, a chair, a table and a flatscreen TV.

You can go anywhere apart from my bedroom and you're welcome to use the kitchen including the washing machine as long as I help you work it. You can also use the fridge and freezer to store food. There's also an iron and ironing board if you need.

I'm quite often in the flat as I'm a freelance journalist, but it's unpredictable so I may be out during the day.
