Needed extra pillows which we spoke to reception and they brought them instantly. Beds so comfy, all had a good nights sleep, area outside quiet as we had window open and didnt hear anything. Such a quiet safe area. Breakfast was toast and cereal, and a full english, with coffee and juice, served by a lively friendly lady who was attentive and helpful. Checking out, again friendly man on reception asked how our eve was, and just friendly and welcoming. Only negative is the bathroom was very compact and not easy to move around, but this didnt impact us, husband still had a shower it was just snug. But this isnt something that put us off. Everything else was fantastic and we will def be returning and staying again, overall fantastic location, fantastic staff and place to stay. Will definitely be returning."

The hotel is a little tricky to find because the sign isn't very big, but the instructions on the website helped. It's small and so very charming. I saw some other reviews complaining about the lack of air conditioning. I can only assume they were from my fellow Americans (we do love our AC), but we were there in July and you just don't need AC in the UK. All the windows could be opened which provides a lovely breeze if you want it, and all the rooms had oscillating fans if you need even more air flow than that. We certainly didn't. It's an older building with lots of charm, which my group loved. All the rooms had crown molding, and the rooms were decorated nicely. The entire apartment with all amenities is accessible for my guests.
All closets are empty but full of hangers, you will find toiletries and hair dryers in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, china, glasses and cutlery. Basics like tea, coffee, water, milk, capsules for the Nespresso Machine are provided to make sure your arrival will be relaxed. Detergents for washing machine and dish washer are provided for a stay of 3 nights.

My stand-by guest manager will happily provide more supplies on request for small additional costs!

Other things to note
Please take note that not every neighbor is happy about the New Sharing Economy. If we want them to understand the 21st century, we should respect normal house rules like the following:

1. No Smoking/No Partying, etc.
2. No Pets Allowed
3. Observe Silence in Staircases/Hallways
4. Do not disturb the neighborhood when you can't find the keys in you

Comfortable & cozy double room in the heart of central London . In the flat are my 2 lovely housemates, Karita from Brazil and Pavel from Czech Republic who occupy the 2 other rooms. They are usually quite busy working, or are out and about enjoying London so most of the time the flat will be all yours when you stay . It is located on Edgware Road and is only 15 minutes walk to Hyde Park and Oxford street and is brilliantly located around many of Marylebone's famous restaurants, bars and cafes.

The space
There is a multi-purpose kitchen/dining area which is shared with my two housemates and is ideal for catching up on the day and making your plans for tomorrow. Great place to kick back and make plans, eat or cook or to relax and have a coffee or a drink with the other housemates. The room has got a comfy King size bed and is surrounded by artistic pictures ensuring for a restful night's sleep. There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers, couch, study/work desk and chair, mini fridge, Smart TV (new bigger 40" than one in the photos with firestick & Netflix), and all the linen and bath towels needed aswell as plenty of storage space room and my own very fast Wi Fi. The kitchen has a washer and dryer, cooker, microwave, air fryer, kettle, and your own individual fridge freezer here aswell. The bathroom and shower is shared with the 2 other housemates with a constant supply of hot water.

Apartment is accessed via a staircase from street level on to the 2nd floor of the 3 story building. There is no garden but we are very close to two lovely parks in Hyde Park and Regents Park and a smaller local park right across the road which are perfect spots to chill out and enjoy abit of sun when we are lucky enough to get it!

I'll be away on holidays in Ireland but I'm only a phone call or text away if you need me for anything. Also, my housemates are super friendly and will be happy to help you out while I'm away.

Guest access
The main door of the flat has a turn-key lock from inside. PLEASE DON'T USE IT or you will lock everyone out. The door can be locked simply by shutting it.

When you depart, you can leave the keys in the room and the way to get out is that there is a button at the pedestrian gate from the North Iron Gate entrance [ near to masala zone ]. You just need to press that button, and pull the iron gate towards you as it is magnetically locked.
