- "I had to leave the apartment at 2am on the first night as I feared for my safety. This apartment is not as the photographs or as represented as newly refurbished’. The painted kitchen cupboards are badly chipped. The apartment was hot and unaired. The lock on the kitchen window had been removed leaving a dirty mark and hole.The electrical sockets and wiring hasn’t been renewed in many decades. The sockets are dirty and battered. There is no electrical safety certificate. No signage and no safety equipment. The heater was switch above the bathroom is also battered dirty and away from the wall so steam can get into the electrics! The bin was broken and battered. The mat was stained. The flooring had gaps and was unfinished. The smoke alarm was not working as the owner hadnt checked it in so long it was making an electrical fizzing and crackling noise and no recognisable low battery noise.The owner was also rude when I contacted him as advised and denied any responsibility. Avoid!"
