- "This character property was very spacious, well appointed with high quality fittings and had tasteful modern decor. It was very clean too. Nice and quiet, despite being near the airport. The beds and sofas are comfy and a generous size. The sofas are all very low though, so not suitable for older people or those with mobility issues. There were lots of boardgames in the house, modern TVs with Sky and a space invaders machine. We enjoyed our stay overall, but had a few snags, hence only 4 stars. Had to chase the owner for check-in details and the house was freezing when we arrived. There were instruction labels on certain items like the TV and woodburner, but no information folder in the house which you normally get elsewhere. There was plenty of kitchen equipment, plates, glasses etc, but no washing up liquid or dishwasher tabs. No welcome pack either, but we were only staying 2 nights to be fair. "

Chevin View is an apartment with a fantastic glass wall looking over fields in Otley and Pool towards Almscliffe Cragg and Guy Fawkes ancestral home. All on one level, there is 1 (King size bed) bedroom and a full King sized sofa bed in the front room. The apartment can sleep 4 but is an additional charge therefore please message for details.

The apartment was built in 2014 and as such is fresh, modern, luxurious and comfortable. Chevin View isn't the largest apartment by any means but the large glass wall in the living area won't make you feel enclosed and there is always something to look at even with the changing of seasons.

The property has a good sized & well equipped Kitchen with a Bosch fan assisted oven, NEFF fridge with freezer space, induction hob, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, tassimo coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is a table with 4 bar stools positioned to take advantage of the fantastic views.

One or Two well behaved dogs are very welcome at the property and a crate can be borrowed should you feel the need. Dog walkers will love the Chevin with its many streams, beautiful flora and fauna Otley's very own paradise on your doorstop.

We do have chickens which can be seen from the property and we also have a cat, dog, & two horses live in the fields you look over.
