Owners need to help with communication in my opinion and make sure tv and internet is working to make this a little more comfortable. "

Central Birmingham can be reached within 20 minutes by car or on the X2 bus. Solihull can also be reached on the X2 bus in less than 30 minutes, or a 20 minute drive.

- "I asked through Vrbo about the parking situation near the flat and though I received all other necessary information, no one replied to my parking query. When we arrived our host who as on time to meet us explained that we couldn’t use the car park for the flats and had to park on the road. Which was fairly parked up already. 2 bulbs were out in the bathroom meaning the light was poor for my husband shaving. The oven had not been cleaned. The rest of the flat was clean and tidy and it was a perfect base for us over the 3 nights we were there. The bus stop was outside the flat which meant easy transport to & from NEC. Tesco Extra opposite so buying food was easy. Over all a pleasant stay and I would be happy to return to as long as I’m not using the car!"

- "We stayed here for our Crufts trip. It was great location to the show site and dog friendly. We were moved from our original house and this one did not have a crib like we were told would be there. The yard had trash and the fence was missing for a section of the back yard. The grass was very long and had not been cut. Overall it was fine but missing some details and lack of instructions for turning on heat (luckily my husband is handy and got the heat going)"
