The property is within easy access to Jaguar Land Rover(Whitley), Warwick university via the A45, A46, train station, (the bus stop is right outside the house) Coventry University is only a bus ride away. Close to Warwickshire landmarks (Stratford, Kenilworth, Stoneleigh, Warwick). Also has local shops incl. a post office & the War Memorial Park (parkrun/Godiva Festival).

There is a key box outside of the front door, i will leave the door keys inside the box and text message to the guests with secret code number so guests can do the self check in if i can't meet them at the house.

On the check out day guests can leave the keys on the desk in the bedroom, no need to put the keys back in the lock box.

I'd like to ask all guests please keep down noises between 10pm-8am,so other guests will have a peaceful and good night sleep.

Please note that guests will share the dining room,kitchen, bathroom and toilet with other airbnb guests.

when fully booked there will be four people in the house, otherwise if not fully booked there will be only one or two persons.

Other professionals are very welcome as equally you are important; you will find the space suitable to you because it is very quiet and have enough space for you to do own work. Matured students; and commonwealth scholars on course or conference visits; in the area are equally welcome.

Quiet and access to the garden is there. With road side car parking. The house has bathrooms on every floor and therefore as a guest you will have one of theses floors to yourself.
