it's a semi detached house with a parking space and cu de sac

I rarely live there, guest can use airbnb text message to contact me.

Other things to note
There is a key box outside of the front door, i will leave the door keys inside the box and text message to the guests with secret code number so guests can do the self check in if i can't meet them at the house.

On the check out day guests can leave the keys on the desk in the bedroom, no need to put the keys back in the lock box.

I'd like to ask all guests please keep down noises between 10pm-8am,so other guests will have a peaceful and good night sleep.

Please note that guests will share the dining room,kitchen, bathroom and toilet with other airbnb guests.

when fully booked there will be four people in the house, otherwise if not fully booked there will be only one or two persons.
There are four single bedrooms for rent in the house .

We live to the North of Birmingham about 4 miles from the Centre (25-30 mins by bus & 15 mins by train) in an area known as Hamstead.
Good public transport links for both rail & bus.
Motorway network, M6 & M5, 5 mins away.
Local shops & banks within walking distance.
A £10 deposit is payable locally for keys incase they get lost & this is refunded upon return of them at the time of leaving.
