The room is located on the first floor of the family house. The main house entrance will take you upstairs where are three Airbnb rooms with one bathroom/toilet to shear.

The space

Large room, everyone welcome friendly household that includes our cat. English and Spanish speaking hosts. 5 mins walk to Asda, Iceland, plenty of local takeaways. 7 minutes drive to the Etihad Stadium and surrounding area. 13 mins drive to Manchester City Centre. 10 mins walk to the local tram station direct tram to Manchester Victoria station where you can go shopping or stop off at Printworks. Plenty of buses to the city centre. Bus stop 1 min walk takes you straight to the Trafford centre.

If you are a cat lover, my home will be right up your street! Nice neighbourhood, retail park, several supermarkets and gyms nearby, close to motorway network, with easy access to scenic locations. Not strictly central to Manchester for concerts, but still well located for the V1/V2 guided busway running from the early hours and up to midnight for access to them.

Whilst the room are not huge, they are comfortable with smart TVs and plenty storage space.

A double room in a nicely decorated, spacious 3 double bedroom terrace house with a shared bathroom, shared kitchen and shared living room. The house is within a 2-minute walk of buses going into Manchester, only a 15-minute bus ride from the house. Free on-road parking, 5 mins walk to supermarkets, shopping centre, restaurants, library, community centre and many other local amenities in Harpurhey. The house has a large private garden.

There is a washing machine, a 65-inch TV and free WiFi.

The space
There is a shared lounge with a 65 inch TV, free broadband and a dining table with 4 chairs. The shared kitchen has utensils and things that you need to do your own cooking. The shared bathroom has a bath with a shower in it too.

Guest access
The guests will have access to their allocated double bedroom. They will also have full access to the shared bathroom, a shared lounge/dining area, shared kitchen and the large garden too. There is a private doorway to the house for all guests and access directly from the front porch.

During your stay
I will be available and responsive via AirBnB messaging or my personal phone if you have any issues during your stay. I will keep in touch to make sure you are happy and have all that you need.
I will send the self check in code by 3pm on the day of check in. The cleaners will be there at 11am on the day of check out.

Stylish private double room in large five bed house, with a lock on your door. A large bathroom is shared with guests from 3 other rooms. Located on a cute cul-de-sac right in the heart of lively Levenshulme, there's free parking right outside the house. Next to Levenshulme station, one stop (6 mins) to Piccadilly in the city centre. Lots of shops, bars and takeaways nearby, and a Saturday artisan market. You can use the well equipped shared kitchen during your stay and also the garden.

The space
Guests have access to their private room, and the shared bathroom, kitchen and garden.

There are five private guest rooms in the house, each with a unique key for their door, which can be locked from both inside and outside. Guests are also given a key for the front door.

Note: this room is on the top floor of the house so guests have to climb two flights of stairs.

Claudia doesn't live here but she and her cleaner visit every few days to check the communal areas.

Claudia can be contacted any time and is always happy to help with guests’ questions or issues.

Claudia is a Superhost and takes personal care of her properties and guests. Unlike many hosts these days, she will never use channel managers or AI for guest communication. All communication will be direct with Claudia and she will be personally responsible for your guest experience from beginning to end :)
