Central location for Northampton, good for Brackmills (Barclaycard), excellent for Moulton Park (Nationwide). Close to Abington Park, good bus routes into town. Driveway parking available.
Large bright and airy room in 1930ies semi-detached house. King bed, overlooks private garden filled with mature trees. Bathroom includes electric shower cubicle. Gas central heating, double glazed.

The house is unsuitable for children of any age.

Guests have sole use of the house. This house has three bedrooms, the rear bedroom with garden view and king size bed is provided for guests. 2 other rooms are locked out of use. Weekly cleaning will be arranged for stays longer than 10 days.

Other things to note
Reviews prior to 2023 were from guests who I hosted in person. From 2023, the house has been provided for sole use of guests, I live nearby.

Visitors to University of Northampton, Waterside Campus can drive in 11 minutes. Walkers take 55 mins and Bus passengers take around 30 mins (including 15 mins walking). Active people may use hire scooters which should take around 15 mins.

Visitors to Silverstone Race Track, take 40 mins by car (allow extra time on race days).

Sweet, lovely room at the front of the house , includes a comfy single bed at ground floor if needed an extra spare bed is available, built in wardrobes with lots of space, TV. The window faces the front so you have sunlight all afternoon.

There are two kitchens, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, shower room on the ground floor and bathroom and shower on the second floor available to use and beautiful garden.

We are live in hosts: Kathy & Andrew in Delapre, near Northampton Town Centre & Cultural Quarter which is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car, a bus route 1 minute walk from our house, the Northampton University is 20 minutes walk and Delapre Abbey, Brackmills, Golf Course and Rushden Lakes nearby.

Small and cozy single bedroom in a friendly home. There is a breakfast bar area with seating in the kitchen, reclining chairs in the lounge and the conservatory for comfort and a large dining table with 8 chairs.

There are two shower rooms one upstairs and one downstairs.

The bedroom is comfortable and we guaranteed fresh bedding and towels on arrival and weekly if staying for longer. Smart TV in the bedroom.

You may share the house with another guest as well as ourselves as we have a double room listed on Airbnb.
