- "I picked Sapaxa as I wanted to experience Sapa much closer to nature. There are only 8 cottages so it is such an itimate vibe. Mua really helped with everything that you need and really my made my stay so much better. The bed is one of the most comfortable bed you'll ever sleep on! An hour hike away is a Hmong village, easy hike and do not miss out on the herbal bath in the village. The water pressure in the shower is not the best but the hot water at least is very good. The food at the restaurant is simple and I do recommend the chicken soup in the morning. When in Sapa, the best places to stay are outside of the city centre. - "We had a wonderful stay at The Ocean. We stayed for 3 nights in a Villa, 4 adults and one 1.5 yo baby. The Villa was well equipped and very comfortable. The master bedroom with a large bathroom and bathtub was great. The open concept living space was convenient, and well lit. The resort is new with excellent gym, large clean beautiful pool and play room for kids. There is only one restaurant, on the Maia Resort ground (neighbour). The menu was diverse with specialties every night (steak, chicken, Vietnamese...) and serves fresh and delicious food. One downside is that there is no other option for restaurant on the resort or walking distance, so be prepared to pay quiet a hefty price for food. We used the spa, it was fantastic, 4-hand massage and bamboo stick massage. Also quite expensive but very good service and serene environment. The beach is beautiful and very few people. It was rough weather, double red flag, so no swimming but beautiful for walks. Overall we loved this resort, the staff really is wonderful and made our stay great. We hope to be back. "

If my native sister did not call the property owner, they would have never contacted me to tell me about it. Because my sister called about getting an additional rental for additional guests, that's when the property owner informed us about the condition of the booking. The owner pleaded to have us stay one night while they transfer us to a different unit. The new unit had a sewer smell in one room, the second room toilet makes a huge noise when flushing, and the third room had windows that could not close. There was construction going on 24/7, which the owner can not control, but the fact that windows won't close did not help us shut out the noise. The lack of communication until my native speaking sister called was disappointing. Had she never called, would the owner have contacted me about the condition of the unit? I think not, since it was the day of check in when the owner brought it up with my sister. I'm not sure I would stay here again unless there was significant improvements or some type of reimbursement or concession. This place was going to be my go-to long term when I visit Vietnam, but it has less to be desired now and I will probably start looking elsewhere. "

My house is newly built and adoredly taken care by my mom, dad and Happy. We have lived in this wonderful neighborhood for nearly 30 years. The surroundings are filled with lovely coffee shops, scrumptious street foods and traditional markets. It takes you 15 minutes to the beach, the oldest pagoda of Nha Trang - Long Son, train station or Xom Moi market, 7 minutes to the Stone Cethedral, and only 5 minutes to the closet super market. My family is very happy to have you with us.

The space
Our new house has 3 floors and a rooftop. My parent live on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors have totally 5 guest rooms where we welcome friends from all over the world to stay with us and enjoy the local lifestyle of Nha Trang. November room is on the 2nd floor and located at the back of the house where you can fully stay away from all the busy daily life and have your own peaceful space. The view of red-tiled roofs remind some of our guests of Barcelona in Spain :))

We have an open terrace on the 1st floor where you can just sit there and feel the breeze and fresh air.
The rooftop is also available where you can enjoy the sun. We are still in the progress to make a rooftop garden. Also on the rooftop is the washing-machine which you are welcome to use.
