- "Bel Marina Hoi Ăn was the best stay I’ve had in my entire visit to Vietnam! The location was great, it was very walkable into the town, less than 15 mins. But if you didn’t want to walk they provided you with bikes and also had the option to call a cable car for you. The staff was very kind and helpful. The property was beautiful and very relaxing. The spa was so convenient and was a great addition to our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay very much and wished we could have extended it. Bel Marina was definitely a highlight of our trip and they will have returning guests if we visit Hoi An again. "

- "We had the best time at Banyan! Our villa host Mi was amazing, she was super friendly and attentive! Upon our arrival, we received tea with local mung bean snack, I said that I really liked it and to my surprise Mi gifted me an entire bag when we were about to leave. She texted us throughout our entire stay, checking if we needed anything. We dined at the Saffron twice, and the waiter who I also discussed mung bean cake with did the same on our second visit - I’m leaving Banyan witch a lot of mung bean cake!! Dinner at Saffron was wonderful, delicious food beautifully presented and the service was 10/10! We even got some complimentary starter snacks and tea after our meal. We were staying at the lagoon view villa, it was spacious and clean. There were no ants in the room, and the air conditioning was working perfectly. We had everything we needed at all times. The gym was nice, even though it was small it had all necessary equipment. The mats were not the best for Pilates/yoga, but when I asked Mi if I could borrow one from the yoga pavilion, they delivered one for me at the villa. There are a lot of activities to choose from if you get bored by the pool. We played tennis and did a Tai Chi class. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were all wonderful, lady at the crepe station made us delicious fresh crepes every morning and the head chef at the kitchen was super sweet coming over to chat while making sure everything was to our liking. Very happy with our stay at Banyan! "

- "Loved this resort so much! So much so that some of our family decided to spend all day there one of the days, instead of going to the waterfall. While you do have to drive into the city, and the provided shuttle doesn't run very frequently / you have to make a reservation in advance, the privacy and the little beach is lovely. The breakfast buffet was so good. And the golf carts are fun to ride around in. The gym has a nice view but was quite hot, even with windows open. Some solid A/C in there would be great. - "Every staff was friendly, and the hotel provided various considerate services to every traveler. 3-4 types of beautiful pools and the private beach were great for pics. The 24-hour gym was impressive, and it was nice that there were fresh coconuts in the refrigerator. I LOVED the Power Plate and could work out again without muscle aches. The food was good, and I loved our room's balcony, spacious bathtub, and waterfall-like shower. We were planning to look around town but ended up using different facilities by the hotel. Huge compliments to the staff. Ellen Hong, the Korean staff's help, was the cherry on top, enhancing our stay from perfection to dreamy. She understood what Korean family groups wanted and went above and beyond. We were staying at another hotel in Phu Quoc and were a bit flustered. But Ellen knew what we wanted before we even knew, helped us navigate the services that the hotel provided, and helped us better understand the region. One other thing to mention- this resort is a bit secluded (nowhere to go without a car except the golf course) but after touring Vietnam for 2 weeks we were more than happy to relax at the resort and there was lots to keep us occupied. For transportation, we took a free shuttle from downtown Ho Chi Minh (contact hotel to arrange) and taxi back to the airport (1600000 vnd, approx 2.5 hrs). Would definitely recommend this resort!"

- "We stayed here to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and Gran Melia did a wonderful job! We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a private pool and loved the layout, with the second bedroom located on the second floor, complete with a full bathroom. All the staff were very friendly and greeted us every single time. Our butler, Truyen, did an excellent job coordinating our schedule. I was deeply touched by Louis from the FO team, who was detail-oriented. My grandmother is 95 years old and cannot be as active as someone in their 20s. However, Louis helped her get into buggies every single time and brought a chair for her. Another butler, who wore black-framed glasses (sorry, I couldn’t get his name), was not even our assigned butler but was always willing to help us without being asked. All the staff from Hispania were amazing. Their service was top-notch and food was great. Lastly, the Song Spa was excellent. I regret that I only experienced it on my last night. The only downside of this hotel is the breakfast, which needs improvement! If you go after 8:30 AM, it is chaotic and extremely disorganized. We waited 30 minutes for coffee and 20 minutes for food (à la carte) after asking twice. I understand that food can be delayed due to increased volume, but making tea and coffee should not take so long or require asking twice. It would be helpful if we were informed of the busy hours when we checked in so we could avoid them. Overall, it was a good stay and definitely wanna come back! "
