I have celiac disease which is not easy to accommodate but chef Stanley came to ask me what I wanted at every meal and then made me gluten free safe food so I never got sick and ate well. All guides especially Anton who I interacted with a lot were so attentive to needs and were proactive in pointing out wildlife and sharing facts as well as bringing all the supplies you needed for the day. I can’t say enough good things about Anton. The guides also paddled the tandem kayak for me twice while I just sat - it was ideal! They took pictures and were so professional and kind. Another guide Ryan aLeo assisted with the kids in our group. Beyond the people, the actual island and surrounding area were beautiful. It felt like a movie it was so unreal. We did the complimentary (other than $200 php lagoon fee) resort organized private tours each day and it was a short boat ride to each. This was the most incredible and relaxing trip. I hope to be back. There was an issue at the end with our Airswift flight off el Nido back to Manila getting cancelled because the small propeller planes don’t have modern technology and can’t fly through haze, which was stressful to be stuck and unable to get back to the resort at night after the cancellation, so just beware of Airswift limitations as a small airline and try to have a day buffer in case you get trapped on the island like we did, even though they say that’s a rare occurrence. The Cocoon is Balinese inspired in whitewashed finish with its unique shape of a butterfly cocoon or a seashell pod. It provides approx. 42 sqm interior space with a 5m wide floor to Ceiling window front overlooking the Bacuit Bay of El Nido and about 60 sqm open lounge decking for your relaxation facing the gorgeous sea view as your canvass. Equipped is it with a king size bed, air condition, TV, WiFi and refrigerator for you glamorous camping.

Our pod can accommodate maximum of 4 guests. Price posted is based on two occupancy, kindly input number of guests if more than two to see the additional price before check out, this includes extra linens and breakfast.

Ever been to a safari in El Nido, now you can sleep in a safari style lodge, but instead of lions and elephants we offer you to watch monkeys and hornbills. Set atop a scenic hill that showcases Karuna’s breathtaking ocean views, our Lumbung Premier Loft Villa is a unique blend of traditional Indonesian charm and modern comfort. Inspired by the iconic Lumbung homes of Indonesia, these units feature the distinctive curved roof and an entirely teak and merbau wood construction—crafted without a single hollow block and measuring 9 meters long by 5 meters wide, with a stunning 6-meter gable height. Each unit is furnished with pieces crafted from old boat wood, sourced and handmade in Jogjakarta for a one-of-a-kind, relaxing experience.

The loft bedroom includes a luxurious king-size bed beneath an oversized, backlit Mandala, offering a serene and intimate space. Step outside onto your 10 sqm porch with panoramic views of Bacuit Bay, perfect for unwinding. The Lumbung Premier also includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, and French press coffee maker, ideal for preparing merienda or a light meal.

All units are air conditioned, and have sea views.

We have a free hourly town shuttle from 8am to 11pm for in-house guests.

SHARED INFINITY POOL AND RESTAURANT/BAR  WILL BE CLOSED FROM SEPT 1 TO 22 2025, to undergo maintenance.
During these dates, we have a limited option menu and food will be served through ROOM SERVICE only.

Our Studio Family Premier is a modern, open-layout Suite.With a wrap-around private balcony to dine on, view the sunset, or just relax after a bath or shower, the Studio Family Premier has also all other amenities such as kingsized bed and sofa bed, 40” smart TV with Netflix, imported ethnic artworks, acacia desk and chair, complete kitchenette facilities, indoor toilet, full stone outdoor bathtub and shower, and a full ocean view over the Bacuit bay from its floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.
The unit is good for up to 5 guests (3rd to 5th persons with surcharge).
