- "Front desk staff were great. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were great after our days snowboarding. Tandoor restaurant was great as well. Only area to improve was the room cleaning. This Pet friendly rooms are located in the lower level (Window is above ground but NO outside Patio attached to this rooms )of the hotel.Please note there will be Pet fee of $25 per pet per night will be extra.

Set against the backdrop of the Elk River or the Fernie Alpine Ski Resort and the Lizard Mountain Range, our three bedroom condo is ideal for any group looking to escape into the mountains in luxury. The condo comes fully equipped including washer and dryer, full kitchen, fireplace and TV,. The main living space has a sofa bed, the master bedroom has one queen while the second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has one queen bed. As with all of our chalets, the views of Fernie are breathtaking and worth the visit all in themselves. There is no air conditioning in these units..... NO PET ALLOWED IN ANY CONDO

Lots of room, quite basement for kids to play, bunk beds, waterslide, and close to the ski hill and mtn bike trails." - "Served our purpose well." - "We were happy with the house. The basement is fabulous. Nice huge couch laundry lots of space and a good TV. There is one bedroom that my husband and I used, it’s a little small but fine. There is a nice bathroom downstairs as well. The kitchen are is definitely tight at the table but we managed fine. Note that there are all the pots, slow cooker and two fridges. One up one down. There are two nice bedrooms with ensuites each. Basically for the price we were satisfied."

- "Nice For kids to play at hill then come back and play in the pool with a waterslide" - "A little stressful because the reservation is not instant and you have to wait to see if you are approved. Then you have to wait for check in instructions which didn’t arrive until a few hours before arrival!" - "We are three 70+ adults travelling across the country returning to Toronto from BC. We either rent suites with separate sleeping quarters or two separate rooms. This property was described as 2 bedrooms plus a bath so we assumed it was a small condo; particularly since the building also has suites for families with lofts. What we got was a standard hotel room with two queen beds. The building overall was OK but nothing special."

- "The listing itself is deceptive, because it does not tell you that it is in a hotel-- a very. filled up kid / dog friendly hotel. Staff were fine but the room itself was nasty. The place is in disrepair, stains and generally yuck in all the corners etc. walls are paper thin enough you can actually hear the bathroom activities of your neighbors....."
