Unfortunately, there were quite frequent outages on our room TV, but it was tolerable. - "Excellent attentive staff, exceptionally clean, good variety of food and no shortage of sunbeds. Shuttle to beach club worked well with excellent facilities on the beach. High cliff location so multiple lifts and steps are required to reach some of the accommodation blocks and facilities. One whole set of lifts was out of action for the duration of our stay but the others were fine. Fabulous views though from the pool area, terrace and rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - would definitely return. "

- "Been there before and really enjoyed it " - "It isn’t a 4 star hotel, the rooms are tiny and basic, no baths, the sink was stained, no water fountains on the floors, vending machine didn’t work, hole in the ceiling in the hallway of block 4, food basic and bland after the 3rd day knew what to expect each day. The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming, rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners were always polite and helpful, but I will not be returning. The rooms need to be updated."

- "Good location, large rooms, plenty of parking spaces, large restaurants, lovely spacious lobby, easy access from and to the airport by public bus, with bus stops right outside the resort. Some of the buffet food not so great but always you can find something to enjoy, as there is plenty choice. All day snack bars. Totally amazing water park for all ages. Despite the large capacity of this hotel, you can still find some relaxation between lavish, tropical gardens all around. Staff is trying their best to avoid any panic during busy lunch and dinner buffet. Few interesting shops inside the resort. I would stay here again. "
