- "This is a gorgeous hotel which is very well maintained, with a fabulous seafront location. What really stands out though is the staff. They are all really friendly and courteous and nothing is too much trouble for them. From the housekeeping staff, reception, restaurant and bar staff, everyone was so welcoming. They all appeared happy in their work! The rooms were spacious, we had an interconnecting room which was ideal for travel with 2 teenagers. Evening entertainment was excellent. There were always pool beds available, even on busy days. The main pool is seawater so it is cold but we managed to use it . We were all inclusive. The food in the buffet restaurant was excellent and varied. If I had one ‘complaint’ about this hotel, it would be that it is absolutely huge and very spread out, with long walking to get anywhere within the hotel. They won't want to leave the complex. We had a junior suite with lovely sea view and it was large and luxurious with a very much seperate but connected sleeping area for 2 children. Inside surprised me, looking more like a cruise ship that has seen its best days. The rooms, beds, pillows, blankets, shower were all pretty ok. Lots of pensionare clients, who wake up early and go to bed early. That means slamming doors starts around 7am when everyone goes to breakfast and also that the evening entertainment is over by 11-12pm. I like to sleep late on my holidays but was woken up at 8:30 for ”cleaning”. My bad that I forgot to put up that ”don’t disturb” sign. The next day there wasn’t any cleaning even if the ”clean my room” sign hanged on my door the entire day. You hear 2 quick knocks and they immediately burst in if you’re not fast enough to run to the door yourself. Soundproof is very poor, so have your earplugs ready bc the cleaning appearantly starts at breakfast time, at 7 am, and you can hear all these cleaning trolleys and the cleaners conversations. For smokers: there are areas, but not on your balcony or terrace. Would I stay again? ….maybe when you give me the room with a balcony view that I paid for instead of some leisure area overlooking some terrace rooftop. Location nice. Beach, restaurants and supermarkets very close by!"

- "The hotel is set at the back of Puerto de la Cruz, but has good views across the town. There is parking, and at the time of writing, the cost was €10 per night. Although parts of the hotel are a little dated, it is clean, and well run. Staff were very friendly. We had the all inclusive. The food was a good variety of Spanish and International cuisine, and there was plenty of choices. The hotel had plenty of amenities, such as gym, tennis court, table tennis, petanque and pool to name a few. The hotelbhas extensive and well maintained gardens. Every evening there was entertainment each from 9-10.30ish, which was usuallya variety act. There is a free bus into town several times a day. The hotel lobby also has a an excursions booth. The room i had was large and clean with daly housemaid service. I really enjoyed the experience of The Blue Sea Jardin."

Bus stops at the entrance and taxis at the end of the urbanization. Shopping center with supermarket about 250 meters. Many shops and restaurants nearby. From the airport south Reina Sofia 16 km.

The apartment is situated in a safety monitored apartment complex with three swimming pools and a beach bar. With car you arrive beaches, shopping center, groceries stores and so on in just a few minutes. We enjoyed our visit, thanks to Sunny. Our host made us feel welcome and supported us with tips and helpful recomandations."
