In the upper part there are two rooms; One double and the other with two single beds, there is also a bathroom with bathtub / shower. Cozy house with sea view in la Matanza de Acentejo situated within our avocato farm on Tenerife´s Northern Shore with a sun set view over the ocean.

The house is 30 year old, but has been totally renovated. The style is quite modern with scandinavian and indonesian look and feel.

Two bedrooms (4 people and extra bed for the 5th. person) and a single full bath-room. A Great living room, full of natural light, with sea-sunset view. The villa is located on the coast of Tacoronte, two minutes from a fishing village, El Pris, where you can taste fresh fish from the area or enjoy a swim in its natural pool. The house of 150 square meters is built on one floor on a plot of 700 meters. It has a large living room connected to the dining room and kitchen, as well as a porch overlooking the garden. On the left you have a big living room with a confortable sofa, SAT TV and DVD. There is free Wifi. On the right hand you have a modern kitchen with everything you could need. A big induction plaque, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a lot of small appliances. The dining room offers place for up to 8 guests. There is one bathroom with shower next to the living room. At this plant you also have one of the bedrooms with double bed and next to it a smaller bedroom with sofa bed. This is ideal if you have small children and want to be next to them but they are in a separate room. From both bedrooms you have direct access to the garden. Next to this bedroom there is one ensuite bathroom with shower.

At the first level there are 2 more bedrooms. One with double bed, ensuite bathroom with a big shower and a private terrace. From here you have great views over the Orotava valley and the mountains. The other bedroom, also with a double bed has also an ensuite bathroom. This one is spectacular with 2 sinks, bathtube, extra big shower, bidet. A lot of natural light. Nothing missing here. And also a private terrace of 20 m2 with spectacular view to the sea and you can also see the Teide from this point.
The house is surrounded by a garden and the pool is at one side with external shower. The terrace next to the pool is furnished. You can have lunch or dinner outside and also enjoy sun on the sunbeds. There is always enough parking space in front of the house but you have also space for 2 cars inside.
