- "We stayed in a one bed apartment with jacuzzi on the balcony. It had all the kitchen appliances you need. The bedroom at the back was comfortable and quiet. The views were excellent. The balcony was large and the automatic sunshades were very good allowing you to choose from full sun or shade. What made it stands out from all other luxury hotels we stayed in the past is the service, reception, pool side, restaurant, snack bar, spa, maid, everyone is so friendly and helpful. We had a junior suite with decent size balcony, wonderful view over the ocean and beach. Very clean and spacious bathroom. Highly recommend half board as the dinner quality is really good (buffet starter and dessert, main course is made to order to choose from 6 options, different every night). - "My wife, 2 year old son and I stayed at the Hotel Suite Villa Maria in May 2024. Our experience from the moment we arrived was nothing short of exceptional. The check in process was smooth, the individual behind reception and the bell boy who took our luggage (and parked our hire car in the under ground garage) were professional, polite and engaging with us all (including my son). From that moment on every employee we came across from room service to the people working in the restaurants/bar showed the same dedication of professionalism. The facilities in the resort are excellent and well maintained. We went to the indoor play area which my son loved, as well as the outdoor play area. The villa we stayed in was the 2 bedroom suite, which had a jacuzzi outside and amazing views. The breakfast has everything you can think of and the area where breakfast is served (restaurant La Torre) has breathtaking views on a morning. The pools are clean well maintained. The pool bar had great food, and could be served pool side which my son enjoyed daily at lunchtime after a good swim. I highly recommend Hotel Suite Villa Maria for anyone coming to stay in Costa Adeje as it will not disappoint (especially for families)! A spacious apartment ideal for a family or group of friends, very well lit, with windows facing outwards in all the rooms. It is very close to the connections with the main highways of the island, and is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. It is not located in the historic center of San Cristóbal de la Laguna. But you can get to it in a very short time if you have a car, in ten minutes you are in the center. There are two shopping malls near the apartment.

The space
It is very close to the University Hospital of the Canary Islands, and it is also very close to the tram stop, just a 5-minute walk. It's also close to Alcampo Mall and Carrefour Mall. The cottage has recently been tastefully decorated. It has a living room with seating set, a kitchen with 4-burner gas stove and oven, fridge as well as pots, pans, crockery, cutlery ... A wonderfully cozy fireplace in 3 minutes conjures up cozy warmth when it gets cooler in the evening.
Furthermore, there is 1 bathroom with shower-bath, sink and toilet.
A large terrace with a uniquely beautiful sea view adjoins the living room. The terrace furniture is all made of pretty acacia wood (no plastic furniture).

If you book at short notice with arrival on the same day, please give us up to 6 hours of preparation time. Of course you can message us and then you may be able to come faster.
The bed can be pulled out into a double bed. Then the space is really tight. Ideal occupancy is therefore 1 guest.

The finca with 3500 sqm of land is organically operated and depending on the season you can harvest fruits for a reasonable price.

It supplies itself with solar energy. A special feature of this finca is that here the purest drinking water comes from the Teide from the pipes. Otherwise, you have to buy drinking water from plastic bottles in the supermarket almost everywhere in Tenerife.

The Mirador de Chirche viewpoint with its restaurant is just a 3-minute walk away.
Beautiful beaches can be found e.g. in Alcala and Playa la Arena, which can be reached in 22 minutes by car.
For hikers and cyclists, the finca is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and let the impressive natural landscape affect you.

On the finca there are 2 high-quality eBikes (1x ladies, 1x men) as well as 1 men's road bike available for rent. Daily rent per bike 28€.

Since the finca itself supplies itself with solar energy, it is not possible to connect any number of electrical appliances to the socket. Light, mobile phone, refrigerator are not big consumers - so no problem.
A hair dryer and a straightener is ready for the guests.
Two kitchen towels and a medium-sized bathroom towel are provided per guest.

During your stay
I myself live about halfway on the finca. When I'm there, I usually live in this main house. Often someone is on the finca in the garden and can help you if you need something. Otherwise, I am easily accessible via WhatsAp or email.

Other things to note
You can either collect the wood for heating yourself (I always take pine cones) or buy a basket of wood from me for €7.50.
Alternatively or in addition, I also have a gas stove. Then a gas bottle costs 30€ extra 30€. However, the gas oven can also be used by another guest. To prevent this, you can reserve it with me in advance.

There are 3 cats that take care of themselves (so please do not feed). If you want, you can let her in the house.

We have good mountain water and consciously handle it. Your shower water will be collected and used for scrubbing or for flushing the toilet.

I am a backpacker and couch surfer, I enjoy sharing my home with fellow travellers. A cheap and clean place to stay, and the rest of the money to enjoy the island! The complex is old, this is not a 4-5 star hotel, hence the cheap price. I believe the apt should be clean. Wifi is available in the apartment. This is Tenerife so get use to the locals being chilled and relax, even when you think it is urgent ;)

If you arrive after working hours to the complex, you will be paying the Caretaker €20 cash, to receive you at the entrance for the Security Fob to enter the complex.

Please note: If the Security Fob is lost when you are using it as a guest, you will be charged a €50 surcharge that needs to be paid when we have to replace it for the next guest to use it. Security measure were recently in place by the complex. We have parking in the complex for the residents. There is limited parking in the complex for visitors so most likely you would need to park your rental car on the street. If this is not ok for you please cancel the reservation.

When you arrive at the complex. My caretaker will collect 60 euros for the security card- to enter the complex and also for the card for the gate to the swimming pool as a deposit. The money will be returned to you when you return the 2 cards.

If either of the cards is lost no deposit will be returned. The money will be used to replace the cards for the next guest to use.

This is Tenerife, the tropic weather encourages pests infestation. The apartment has been fumigated against ants, roaches etc To maintain the standard for all guests. Please remove all garbage from the apartment promptly. Garbage bins are conveniently located below at the recycling center next to the building (next to Coviran Supermarket)

When checking out please remove all trash from the apartment, when it is not done you will be charged €150 for the fumigation and extra clean.

The space
WE ARE BILINGUAL HERE (ENGLISH-SPANISH). THE ROOM: a double room with a double bed.
The room is on the first floor where we also have a kitchen just for guests, a small office with a terrace with a big table, sofa and chairs which you can also use, a large bathroom which is for guests, with a huge bath, a toilet, a bidet and a sink. we also have a small bar area with electronic darts and a sofa to sit down.
on the top floor we have a solarium with a Chill-out area, a large terrace which we almost never use.
on the ground floor we have my bedroom with a small room for my children and a bathroom just for my family. And for everyone we also have a washroom with a washing machine, a patio with barbecue area and table tennis and finally a big lounge with a big TV set with DVD player, Home Cinema, media hard disc and Wii console with loads of games.
We have WI-FI in the whole house, also sound system in every room.

Atogo is 2 min drive from the airport south!!!! do not worry about the noise, because you can't hear a thing.
It is because of the noise we left Los Cristianos, where we are now is very quiet. you can rest here properly. In Atogo there are 3 restaurants. There is a small supermarket, a playground for children, a small football stadium. a petrol station with a minimarket and a restaurant next to it. Everything in this petrol station is open 24 hours.
Next to the ostrich restaurant, recently opened a new chill-out bar.

bear in mind that the street isn't asphalt.
The nearest beaches are El Médano or Los Abrigos, about 6min drive both of them.
Los Cristianos and Las Americas are 12 min drive from here.
The bus stop is 6min walk and there's a bus every 30 min to Los Cristianos-Las Americas(number 111 or 450) or to Santa Cruz way(bus number 111).
We highly recommend to rent a car. well, sometimes we could give you a lift to Los Cristianos or Las Americas.
There are also 2 bicycles available.

We are a friendly couple. we are open minded and not prejudiced. We also like to give advises and tip about the island best spots and attractions, we also normally give them maps and/or flyers among some info.

The neighborhood is quiet, but there are 3 bar-restaurants in a walking distance. We like the prices and local food on these restaurants they also have Menu of the day(menú del día). Our favorite restaurant is Tamaduste, which is 3min walk. It's what we called a Guachinche, a traditional Canarian restaurant.

But we don't want you to dine in the bedroom, neither do we. There is also a table in the living room on the terrace for this purpose. Feel free to use.

During your stay
If they ask for my help, or if they don't, the guest will receive the keys and, after handing over the room, everyone lives their own lives on their own according to the rules.

Other things to note
The kitchen and breakfast terrace can be shared with me. But if the guest uses it, I won't bother you. Of course, it's not meant to be there all day.
The room and private bathroom are used by the guest whenever they want, they come whenever they want.
The use of the upstairs room A and C, bathroom marked E, is not allowed for the guest.
The toilet and washing machine on the lower floor can be used with prior permission from the owner.
