Location good, not noisy or busy but close enough to walk to town, some gorgeous gardens, along the coastal path and to local shops & bars. Food was generally very good. some dishes were not to our taste but there was always plenty of choice. Salad buffet was especially good. The only slight negative was the quality of the entertainment wasn't always the best but that seems to be standard in hotels. Some of the hotel looks a little dated but all still very comfortable.Service was top notch."

What made it stands out from all other luxury hotels we stayed in the past is the service, reception, pool side, restaurant, snack bar, spa, maid, everyone is so friendly and helpful. We had a junior suite with decent size balcony, wonderful view over the ocean and beach. Very clean and spacious bathroom. Highly recommend half board as the dinner quality is really good (buffet starter and dessert, main course is made to order to choose from 6 options, different every night). Also, as we had an evening flight, we booked spa after check-out, the reception staff offered us a courtesy room to use afterwards for 45 min to refresh, before we headed to restaurant for late lunch. - "Everything was perfect" - "Amazing!" - "This was our second stay and it was excellent again. Room was great, staff all excellent. Our 3 year old loved the kids club. Lovely pools, great dining every breakfast and dinner." - "Modern hotel, great central location right opposite the shopping centre and a few hundred yards from the beach. The gym is the only facility that doesn’t meet up to the five star standard, it’s small and doesn’t offer much. They could do with a more sociable bar, the one in the foyer lacks atmosphere and the Sky bar, although impressive lacks ambience. Rooms are great, big suites and nice views. Breakfast offered a huge selection. Kids and teen clubs are excellent and included in the price. Will definitely stay here again."
