- "Great to have a washing machine in the apartment. Great balcony for sunning. Large, with kitchen. There was a lot of construction right outside the hotel but didn't affect our stay. Our room 315 was very noisy, we could hear noice from the pool and from the kitchens. " - "The hotel is incredible. So was the breakfast in the other restaurant, which had all you could think of, including Cava. There were only few minor dislikes, there was construction all around the hotel, so not very appealing to walk through. There was no washing machine. The hotel car park was full, so had to look for parking elsewhere. All in all I would definitely return. "

- "Had a great week at this hotel, especially enjoyed the Monkey Beach Club" - "This is an excellent resort, suitable for families as well as groups of friends. We were on a stag do and wanted something a bit more high end than just a place to stay at the end of a night/morning on Veronica's strip and this proved perfect. We had an apartment to stay in on the ground floor just away from the pool and they have a supermarket on site (perfect for topping up the beers) as well as pool tables, air hockey, table tennis and a great pool to keep entertained in the day. We had the breakfast buffet each morning and it was good food, very well presented. All of the hotel staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the only tiny, tiny downside was the two of the beds in our room (room for four people) were fold out beds and they weren't too comfortable but the apartment itself was clean, air conditioned and well decorated. Location wise, you're a 5 Euro taxi ride away from the strip or the beach so it's perfect. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for what we wanted and I'd happily go back!"

- "Great place to stay and the pool is heated to" - "I booked a sea view room for my partners birthday. The room/apartment and grounds were beautiful. We regret not having more time just to chill in the hotel. It's a very beautiful setting up in the hills but an easy walk to the beach and restaurants- no noise pollution here. The staff are great and really helpful to get you taxis and the facilities are well thought through- there is a post box, extra showers by the pool and hair dryers and lots of outdoor games. The only things I would recommend is a mattered topper as we had two single beds in our room pushed together and that would have made them more comfortable. The restaurant was running when we were there but there is a supermarket a few doors down and the room is fully kitted- you could make a full Christmas dinner with that kitchen! The pool bar plays nice music and very good value drinks- nice to sit in the jacuzzi and look out to the sea with a cocktail. You could easily stay and not leave the hotel. We will very much look forward to coming back because it was a very nice place to stay, we will definitely book in massages next time- we forgot to pre book and ran out of time! We stay in hotels constantly (sometimes every week) and this is one of the ones we have enjoyed the most. "

A spacious apartment ideal for a family or group of friends, very well lit, with windows facing outwards in all the rooms. It is very close to the connections with the main highways of the island, and is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. It is not located in the historic center of San Cristóbal de la Laguna. But you can get to it in a very short time if you have a car, in ten minutes you are in the center. There are two shopping malls near the apartment.

The space
It is very close to the University Hospital of the Canary Islands, and it is also very close to the tram stop, just a 5-minute walk. It's also close to Alcampo Mall and Carrefour Mall. The street is called Obispo Ildefonso Infante, I clarify this because in capital letters it looks like a double L and has led to confusion.
