The TV is actually a computer monitor but as it only shows Spanish or German stations this was not a bother. The flat is one of 4 or 5 in the block and the pool is shared. The owner Monica lives in one of the flats, is very nice and does not interfere at all."

- "Excellent, even though we reserved only a short time before arrival everything was taken care of prior to arrival. We told Monica that we would arrive on an early flight, to which we received a reply that there would be a possibility that the appartment would still be cleaned then. This turned out to be the case, and there was a very friendly lady who told us it would take another 30 minutes. No problem of course as we were already notified of this. The appartment was in excellent condition, and very clean. The location is nice as well, as it's only a few minutes outside Los Llanos by car but very quiet which we found very pleasant. Communication with Monica is quick, very clear and very friendly. I would certainly recommend the appartment."

The space
The Canarian house is entered via the conservatory, which has a kettle cabinet and a table with four chairs. From the conservatory you get into the living room or into the kitchen.

The living room has a sofa bed and a fireplace. He has two bedrooms.

One bedroom has a wardrobe and two single beds (90x200). The other bedroom is quite small, but also has a wardrobe and a double bed (140 x 200).

Both from the conservatory and from the second bedroom you get to the fully equipped kitchen. This has a small dining area (2 chairs). From the kitchen you enter the bathroom.

The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, sink and washing machine.

Guest access
In addition to the rented living area, the garden and pool may be used. However, there is no garden or pool service.

In the garden you will find a variety of fruit and vegetable plants that you are welcome to harvest and enjoy. However, we ask that you act responsibly when harvesting and only harvesting as much as you will actually consume. This way we ensure sustainable use and consideration for each other.

Please also note that the garden may have some potential hazards. We would like to ask you to avoid these positions and to keep your safety in mind at all times. In particular, we would like to point out that the garden is not child-proof. Parents or supervisors are asked to adequately supervise their children and make sure that they move safely in the garden. This helps to avoid possible accidents and ensure a worry-free stay.

Our pool is at your disposal to refresh and relax on warm days. However, please note that using the pool is associated with certain risks. We accept no liability for any accidents or injuries that occur during pool use. We therefore recommend that you exercise caution and observe the pool rules. Children should only use the pool under adult supervision. There is no pool service.
