It is very peaceful in the apartment as you are away from any main roads. As is typical in La Palma the furnishings are fairly basic but adequate. The TV is actually a computer monitor but as it only shows Spanish or German stations this was not a bother. The flat is one of 4 or 5 in the block and the pool is shared. The owner Monica lives in one of the flats, is very nice and does not interfere at all."

- "Excellent, even though we reserved only a short time before arrival everything was taken care of prior to arrival. We told Monica that we would arrive on an early flight, to which we received a reply that there would be a possibility that the appartment would still be cleaned then. This turned out to be the case, and there was a very friendly lady who told us it would take another 30 minutes. No problem of course as we were already notified of this. The appartment was in excellent condition, and very clean. The location is nice as well, as it's only a few minutes outside Los Llanos by car but very quiet which we found very pleasant. Communication with Monica is quick, very clear and very friendly. I would certainly recommend the appartment."
