- "Honestly it’s a nice property, convenient and very well located but they are not a full service property. This means electronic check in at a machine, self storage for luggage, and if anything happens (like with us when the door didn’t work one evening) there is no one around to help. They do have someone available to speak to by intercom but it’s not ideal. Also, there is no restroom except in the rooms so if you haven’t checked in or after checkout beware. If they just had a person on site and a restroom this would be a 5 star review. "

The place is supposed to have washer/dryer but unfortunately my unit’s machine was out of order. The staff offered to wash for us for free. The clean clothes were nicely washed, dried and folded, delivered to us end of day. The room is very spacious and good for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). There are lots of closet space! The bathroom has a heated rack for warm towers and dry cloth. I would definitely stay in this place again if we go to Lisbon. Highly recommend to our friends. "
