The space worked out well (we gave the primary suite to two teens because of the larger bed; the third slept on the pullout in the living room). The location was wonderful, walkable to both beaches, all restaurants and right around the corner from the grocery and laundromat (we opted to use the washer in the unit). The unit is on the top floor of the building and was very warm when we first checked in. Once we closed all of the blinds and turned on the fans (fans only in the two bedrooms, the living room has a portable AC), it cooled down enough to be comfortable, although not chilly like our American habits are used to. There are few things that needs improvements: 1) communication - After we fully paid we asked to have one person mobile number so we can text and call. Every time we sent a message, someone else replied, sometime not informed of previous communication. We weren't told the recycling procedures or where the garbage bins where (until we asked). Getting into the apartment was done remotely and didn't exactly work as instructed. 2) Air circulation - There is no A/C and the apartment. Living Room faces a major street with much noise. At night we had to close the windows. The bedroom and bathroom while beautiful have windows facing an air shaft and other apartments' windows, so really cannot be used. Luckily it wasn't too hot, so using a fan (provided) was ok. but in hot days it will be hard to sleep. 3) While the apartment is very well equipped, it would be nice to have some basics items like salt, pepper, etc. Also, there is nowhere to put one's toiletries and clothes in the bathroom (we had to bring a dining chair in) "

Located a 6-minute bike ride / 14-minute walk from the iconic La Concha beach and the historic center. Top restaurants, gastrobars, traditional pintxo bars, shops, markets, and the beautiful Buen Pastor Cathedral, a San Sebastian must-visit, are within short walking distance.

We want our guests to feel as welcome and comfortable as we like to feel when we travel and to experience the uniqueness of the city. Jose and I are young, professional, easygoing locals happy to receive guests from all countries and cultures in our
home. Your stay at our place will include:

-Great location: the apartment is strategically located steps away from downtown in a quiet neighborhood of locals, just minutes away by walk from the historic center of San Sebastian and the most emblematic beach, La Concha.
- Apartment and room setup: the room consists of two units: a bedroom and a study connected by sliding doors. This room has windows facing an interior patio of the building, allowing for ventilation. Outside, in the hall, there is a bathroom with a shower just for guests. Jose and I live in the apartment, therefore, the common spaces you can use are: balcony, kitchen, and dining room.
- High quality of materials, furniture, appliances, and a queen-size bed for a comfortable stay. High level of insulation and lack of external noise.
- Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, hairdryer, foot and hand towels, and two towels per guest (one large and one small).
We are totally adaptable and happy to share a glass of wine or a coffee with guests who want to converse and exchange some stories, but also welcome travelers who enjoy their own space and look for a reserved experience of San Sebastian.

This relaxing double bedroom is located in the upmarket residential area of Ayete, 2 minutes from the old bit of the city by car, or if you wish there are frecuent buses which leave you in the centre in 5 minutes.The double bedroom itself is ideal for a couple and has lovely views to the street. It's got a comfy bedroom for two,bathroom with shower, and a beautiful balcony. There is internet connection, so you can be in touch with the world, only if you want it. Also, you have the possibility of parking your car in the private garage.

This is a medium-sized and comfortable bedroom. The apartment is located in the center of the town, in a lively place overlooking the river, the sea and France. Hondarribia has a wonderful medieval historic center, day and nightlife, public transport, airport, parks, beach and mountains. You'll love it for its beauty, its strategic location between France and Spain, its people and its atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, pilgrims, and solo adventurers.

The house is located in the heart of Hondarribia and the hustle and bustle of the bars can be heard in the room. In that case, I advise you to close the window with noise-resistant glass and turn on the fan. And if necessary, I can also give you some earplugs!
