There was a bit of noise from the upper floor apartment but that quieted down at night and we slept soundly and well, also thanks to the external outside shutters. Each window also has a sun shade which provides privacy during the day. The apartment has a washer and the drying is done by hanging the clothes outside from an interior window. We had a great time! It is a renovated and decorated apartment in Nordic style and blue and gray tones. Practical and with everything to be used for the first time.

It has 3 rooms, a spacious well-equipped kitchen, seating area with a large sofa and 40 "TV and a bathroom with a large shower with a screen. Laminate flooring, gas heating, and double metal windows.

It is a shared apartment in which you rent a room and share common areas (kitchen, bathroom and living room) for minimum periods of 3 months, if you are a young worker, or 5 to 10 if you come for studies.
Fully equipped, you will have what you need for a long stay, from linens and towels to all the dishes and iron. If you miss something you can request it and we will value your purchase.

During your stay
I give my guests independence, but I'm available if they need me. We have a customer service office with business hours but we are available on the mobile phone from 9am to 10pm from Monday to Sunday.

You will share a flat with other young workers or students..
The minimum stay from September to June for studies or work is 3/4 months and the months of June, July and August is 30 days.
We contract for each room.

It is stipulated that guests will pay for each month of lease through AIRBNB, a RENT with expenses and cleaning of common areas included.

The TENANT is obliged to pay the rent until the end of his stay, although he is absent from the house due to vacations, illness, alarm status, pandemic or other reasons during the agreed months.

The RENT and EXPENSES will vary based on the people who occupy the house and the use of the supplies.

The supplies (water and garbage, electricity, gas and fiber) have a maximum amount of €70 per person. If we detect an increase of more than 10% over the marked rate (calculated according to the annual average of the floor or other apartments of similar characteristics) extra amounts may be requested.

The RENT may be updated based on the prices of the supplier companies and the consumption made. (Invoices will not be attached).
