- "This is a lovely apartment, comfortable for 3 people, in an ideal location in the town of Zarautz. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive, and provided a great guide to local restaurants (almost all the food there is good, but it helps to avoid a couple of tourist traps) and to public transit (we ended up not using our rental car at all). The place is steps from the beach and multiple great restaurants, a 10 minute walk from the old town, and so on. People in this region are very friendly, and even a few words of Euskara (Basque) earn a smile. It's very easy to take the bus to Bilbao for the Guggenheim, or walk along the coast to Getaria, or take the bus to Donostia (San Sebastian). Really a fantastic visit, we hope to do it again next year."
