The 70-meter penthouse has 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom each. One room has 2 beds joined together that make a bed 180 x 2 m long. The other room has a trundle bed with 2 mattresses (90x 2 m) also very comfortable for adults.

If we could go back to the sixteenth century and stroll through the fields of Euskadi, would enjoy the sight of numerous granaries or Garaixes, formerly very common in the villages of the eastern valleys vizcaínos and today virtually none left.

The space we offer you is a small apartment attached to the house. The south face is full of windows, making the place super bright.
The entrance is totally independent of the house and outside there is a porch where you can enjoy the views and the sound of birds.
We have set up an outdoor kitchen where you can prepare all the meals of the day. It is a very large space with a large table where you will enjoy the after-dinner chat in the company of your loved ones. The washing machine is for community use but, we don't want to disturb you! We'll always use it when no one is in the kitchen!
The apartment is in the heart of nature. You can enjoy the calm of the mountain and the proximity of the sea on beaches such as Laga, Ea, Ogeia or Lekeitio.
The perfect place to disconnect from the city's hustle and bustle.

It is located in the center of the village, 50 meters from the beach and 100 from the pier.
Perfect destination to enjoy the nature, the sea and the vacation atmosphere of the coastal village in the Urdaibai region.

The Sabai today has been carefully restored with fir wood to become an open space of 95 square meters that integrates a kitchen, living room with fireplace and a double bed , along with another room with double bed.

The space
The barn or Sabai was formerly in the original structure of the Astei farmhouse the place where the dried grass was kept to feed the animals, according to the typical Basque rural way of life of yesteryear, mainly dedicated to agriculture and livestock.

The Sabai today has been carefully restored with fir wood to become an open space of 95 square meters that integrates a kitchen, living room with fireplace and a double bed flanked by two former seamstresses and a painted headboard of the eighteenth century on which hangs an antique bronze lamp.

A large floor-to-ceiling window allows you to enjoy the view of the mountains and the green tones of the various trees and plants of the Astei garden. From the sofa, we invite you to enjoy the ringing of the rain on the roof sheltered by the fireplace, the leisurely reading and the antiques that decorate Sabai, such as the large antique chestnut cabinet typical of Basque farmhouses and let time pass.

Adjacent to the main space, Sabai has an adjoining bedroom decorated with chestnut wood furniture consisting of a queen bed and full bathroom making it ideal for families with young children.
