- "Our family stayed at the apartment in Logrono for two nights. The person we met to get the keys to the apartment was not super helpful. The apartment was spacious; however, it had very minimal supplies (toliet paper and towels). The towels had to be washed before use due to the mold smell. When we reached out to the apartment contact, they didn't respond until after we checked out, which wasn't helpful. It was also not mentioned that the apartment is right above a daycare. Due to the weather, we had the windows open and were woken up by a lot of children and infants each morning."

- "Communication with the host was excellent. The check-in process is so convenient as it is all online, no key needed. The apartment was clean, spacious and located close to the center of the city. Finding a parking spot was not that hard (free). We missed having an extra bathroom because we’re a family of six, but we managed. Beds/pillows/linens were very comfortable and new. We missed some basic kitchen items like a capsule coffee maker, salt, more dishwasher capsules, vinegar, oil, bigger pan. There is a good cafeteria just next to the entrance to the building.
