- "We liked the apartment and the pool. We didn’t eat there so can’t judge that. It’s 15 mins walk to the beach and busy parts of los cristianos. Supermarkets, restaurants and local buses nearby too, including number 40 to the airport. Staff was great, always helpful and kind. Will, the children entertainer was amazing with activities by the pool. Jesus, receptionist, was very helpful with local information. You can also leave your bags stored at check out and have a shower before you leave. All good! "

- "Arrived 1:30pm. Checked in and luggage stored. Room not available until 4pm. Requested a seaview when booking in March. None available. Was offered to upgrade to the Penthouse with all round views, hot tub and bed & breakfast for £300 extra for 3 of us - so why not. Been several times so knew what was on offer. No hot water for showers until part way into 2nd day. Room wasn't cleaned for check in time 4pm. Hot tub was cleaned either until day 3 - certainly not what was expected for upgrade fee. All sorted in the end and got offered free BBQ tickets, not that we would go anyway. Pool was nice and clean and plenty of loungers. Victor the lifeguard remembered us from previous stays which is always nice. He is one hell of an artist too.... Breakfast is in the sister hotel Mirage. Same as last year. Some days better than others, lots of choices, something for everyone. Only criticism is hot selection could do with being warmer as it was always luke warm. Beds comfy but firm. One single long firm pillow each which took some getting used to. The hotel looks lovely from the outside, especially lit up at night, but it is a bit dated and seriously needs to invest in some lifts as its all stairs which is a nightmare carrying the luggage up & down. Im not going to moan as love Los Cristianos. It always feels and looks clean and looked after. The upside being at the top of LC is you get great view's if you're sea facing. The downside is the oncoming heart attack walking up the hill!"

- "The location is terrific BUT there are bars with karaoke and live bands right across the street. Starts around 8pm and ends at midnight. So if you have a young family, this could be an issue for you. On arrival the person on reception is not what I would describe as friendly, he then proceeded to say we had been “refunded” our advanced payment two days previously and had to pay the full amount again. After I should bank statements and he made a few phones calls I was advised there had been a “glitch” a couple days before. He wrongly assumed this had affected us along with other customers. - "The apartment is on Avenida Suica, which is in the centre of the old town of Los Cristianos and just a few minutes walk away from shops, supermarkets, the beach, bus station et al. For the first few days, I had to wear ear plugs as I do not drink and the bars and restaurants were a bit noisy but after a few days, I got used to it and no longer needed the ear plugs. There were no UK TV stations that I could find on the two TV sets, but the Wi-Fi was very fast,73 Mbps, so I could watch YouTube and listen to BBC radio on my laptop, but I was out most of the time anyway, Whale watching, watching the surfing and beach volley ball and the Los Cristianos carnival and the burning of the Sardine as I got lucky and Easter fell early this year, and I was in Los Cristianos when the third-largest sailing ship in the world, Sea Cloud Spirit moored up in Los Cristianos for a day. I also took buses to Adeje, Porto Colon and San Eugenio and generally had a great break from the non-stop rain of Greater Manchester."

- "My husband and I stayed in the apartment for 4 weeks,the apartment was spotlesly clean and everything you need for your stay was there . Mila was lovely and very helpful there were plenty of towels and clean sleet to change your bed also a washing machine. We have rented other apartments in Tenerife but never been left shampoo conditioner toilet rolls and wash liquid and fabric conditioner which was very useful. The location is within walking distance to the bus station bars and cafes and supermarkets. Would we stay here again yes we would."
