- "I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room had a wonderfull view - partly on the sea partly on the mountains. The air conditioning was working properly. Meals and choice of food were really huge. The only thing I didn't like was a very cold water in the swimming pool. You couldn't swim at all as it was freezing in the water, alltough the temperture outside was about 25 degrees. The trade mill in the gym didn't work as well. Despite of that they really overcharged for using of WiFi - 1 hour cost 4 EUR. If you wanted to use the stationary PC located in the grounf floor it cost 1 EUR for 7,5 minutes. And the most radiculos thing - to borrow an iron they asked me to pay 15 EUR. So I didn't really feel well on new years eve as I decided not to pay that to simply profit makers."

- "Our room was large and comfortable, but was very warm and there didn’t seem to be any air conditioning control. The breakfast staff were brilliant , but the pool attendant made us move away from the pool to eat our lunch even though we did not see any signs stating this ..she then sent a waitress to take our drinks order even though we hadn’t requested this and we felt obliged to order. We ordered the early breakfast for 6.15am on our departure day , and confirmed this and our taxi with 2 different staff members. However when we went down to reception we were told that early breakfast did not start until 6.45am , and whilst we understood this was due to staffing, it would have been helpful for the reception to call our room and let us know! We then had to ask for some water and we’re not offered anything even though there were pastries on the counter. We had a lovely few days at the hotel and enjoyed our stay . "

- "Right in the central shopping/dining tourist area- great for a night of 2 before heading to other islands. " - "Nestled just above the beach in the heart of Los Cristianos this was a decibel l definite case of don't judge a book by its cover. The outside is like the rest of the buildings there, a little dated, but the inside is nicely renovated such that on walking through the doors you could be in any upmarket hotel from New York to Tokyo. Nice white marble flooring and dark wood. Lovely staff and a painless check in process, one small form and the card keys were handed over, explanation of the breakfast restaurant and rooftop pool then off to my room. The rooms were a mix of dated and new, the bathrooms being renovated recently to match the lobby, the room amd furniture more dated, but i loved the recessed wall mounted tv with the surrounding fearure lighting, and a decent size tv at that, with full internet capability including YouTube, netflix, iptv, screen mirroring, and a mix of local amd european channels. The room had a small balcony with a couple of seats and small table, overlooking the intersection, so was quite noisy with both traffic noise and people, so it was door closed most of the time i was inside. But fine at night so sleep was not a problem. Beds were comfortable and the long pillows excellent. Rooftop pool, A++, good number of loungers, great pool temperature, and lower level outdoor area with more seats and a couple of of those lay down gazebo beds. Breakfast was very simple, but acceptable. Overall a top stay and likely I will stay again next time"

- "Love it. Always go there. " - "Close to everything " - "When we arrived we had a room on the 15th floor which had excellent views, however the room was in desperate need of refurbishment; that said, as soon as the Manager of the block became aware of our concerns, he offered us a replacement room. We switched to room 108 on the 10th floor which had stunning views across the bay to the East all the way round across the harbour up to Mount Teide. The room and furniture was very clean and as expected, and all the appliances and amenities worked OK. We visited in the last week of February 2020, and there was adequate parking in a secure underground car park for which you can request a keyfob from the reception. The reception is located on the ground floor and there is a well stocked Iceland supermarket on the same level. There is also a sports bar "Legends" located on the same floor, which appeared busy most of the time, but did not interfere with our stay. The pool area is large and includes a children's paddling pool. It has plenty of space and catches the sun right through the day; it is also possible to access the promenade via a locked gate for which we were given a key on arrival. The beach area in front of the hotel is great for snorkelling ! There is no restaurant within the complex, but directly across the road there is a small strip of about eight restaurants, including pizza, sports bar restaurant, Chinese, Indian and traditional English menus such as roasts etc, and all appeared good value for money."
