- "Fabulous " - "Probably it is the best hotel on the island with its many restaurants, swimming pools and gardens full of beautiful palm trees and flowers. A very enjoyable place to spend one’s vacations." - "Just returned from 5 nights/6 days at this hotel. Although it was very busy (UK half term) there were plenty of restaurants, pools and sun-beds such that we never lost out to the early rising, bed reserving brigade. We ate outside of the hotel a couple of times and there was very little difference in price so we didn't feel that the hotel restaurants were overpriced, although poolside drinks were a little steep. I would recommend the whale watching trip, we saw dolphins, pilot whales and swam with turtles. This hotel is built on a steep hillside and so there are a lot of steps. Although they have golf buggies to take you from top to bottom I would not recommend it to those unsteady on their feet. Overall the hotel is fabulous, with so many different areas to explore. Great views and great for families . The only draw back was that we thought the beach was part of the hotel. In fact it is a public beach where you pay for sun-beds, parasols etc. There are no complimentary water sports at this hotel."

- "A truly 5-star hotel with superb attention to detail. What made it stands out from all other luxury hotels we stayed in the past is the service, reception, pool side, restaurant, snack bar, spa, maid, everyone is so friendly and helpful. We had a junior suite with decent size balcony, wonderful view over the ocean and beach. Very clean and spacious bathroom. Highly recommend half board as the dinner quality is really good (buffet starter and dessert, main course is made to order to choose from 6 options, different every night). Also, as we had an evening flight, we booked spa after check-out, the reception staff offered us a courtesy room to use afterwards for 45 min to refresh, before we headed to restaurant for late lunch. Very thoughtful. "

I chose this hotel as it was close to all the action but somewhere nice and peaceful to come back to. It's not too big so staff remember you but it's connected to cleopatra and the med for things like the gym spa and restaurants. The room I stayed in was on the first floor and it was very nice. I went for my holiday and was given a free bottle of champagne and they also stuck balloons on my door which was very sweet"

- "I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room had a wonderfull view - partly on the sea partly on the mountains. The air conditioning was working properly. Meals and choice of food were really huge. The only thing I didn't like was a very cold water in the swimming pool. You couldn't swim at all as it was freezing in the water, alltough the temperture outside was about 25 degrees. The trade mill in the gym didn't work as well. Despite of that they really overcharged for using of WiFi - 1 hour cost 4 EUR. If you wanted to use the stationary PC located in the grounf floor it cost 1 EUR for 7,5 minutes. And the most radiculos thing - to borrow an iron they asked me to pay 15 EUR. So I didn't really feel well on new years eve as I decided not to pay that to simply profit makers."

- "Great stay at a great hotel! From check in the service was excellent!! Room was large and clean with large balcony to sit on and play cards. Pool area was clean. We opted for the 1/2 board as we are not big drinkers. I found drink prices to be reasonable. Food at the Buffet was very good!! Not 5tar dining but probably best buffet outside of Vegas that I have had. Infinity pool deck was a great place to watch the sun set and watch the surfers/people watch. Only 2 downsides… 1) no on-site parking. You have to find it on the street or in a local garage 2) sandy beach is not directly behind the hotel, however it is a short walk away. - "A very nice hotel, with an ecxellent location. 15 minuts away from the airport, and close to everything. Do yourselves a favor, an get the room with seaview! We stayed on the top floor, and had the most wonderfull sunset every evening! The rooms are clean and nice looking, but the beds are a bit on the hard side. but that seems to be a general problem in spain. We went there in january. Temperatures 25*C. Very nice! The hotel is not suitable for children, which in our case was great. When you are lying at the great pool areas, you wont be disturbed by children crying or them splashing around in the pool. - "Had a lovely week at GF Isabel over Christmas. The bungalow (an upstairs one) was spacious and spotlessly cleaned on arrival, and every day we were there. There was a decent sized, private terrace area with beds and a table/chairs. The main pool even though outdoors (and in December) was warmer than my usual indoor pool at the gym here in Scotland! More than enough sunbeds for everyone so there was no need to do the early morning towel dash to bagsie one! Breakfast buffet had a multitude of options, most items are labelled with dietary info e.g. gluten free, and there was soy milk and yoghurt for those who are dairy free. Staff were all pleasant and helpful throughout. There are 2 shopping centres nearby, both have a Dino supermarket. Highly recommended!"
