- "This is a gorgeous hotel which is very well maintained, with a fabulous seafront location. What really stands out though is the staff. They are all really friendly and courteous and nothing is too much trouble for them. From the housekeeping staff, reception, restaurant and bar staff, everyone was so welcoming. They all appeared happy in their work! The rooms were spacious, we had an interconnecting room which was ideal for travel with 2 teenagers. Evening entertainment was excellent. There were always pool beds available, even on busy days. The main pool is seawater so it is cold but we managed to use it . We were all inclusive. The food in the buffet restaurant was excellent and varied. If I had one ‘complaint’ about this hotel, it would be that it is absolutely huge and very spread out, with long walking to get anywhere within the hotel. The elderly or infirm may therefore struggle "

Lots of pensionare clients, who wake up early and go to bed early. That means slamming doors starts around 7am when everyone goes to breakfast and also that the evening entertainment is over by 11-12pm. I like to sleep late on my holidays but was woken up at 8:30 for ”cleaning”. My bad that I forgot to put up that ”don’t disturb” sign. The next day there wasn’t any cleaning even if the ”clean my room” sign hanged on my door the entire day. You hear 2 quick knocks and they immediately burst in if you’re not fast enough to run to the door yourself. Soundproof is very poor, so have your earplugs ready bc the cleaning appearantly starts at breakfast time, at 7 am, and you can hear all these cleaning trolleys and the cleaners conversations. For smokers: there are areas, but not on your balcony or terrace. Would I stay again? ….maybe when you give me the room with a balcony view that I paid for instead of some leisure area overlooking some terrace rooftop. Location nice. Beach, restaurants and supermarkets very close by!"

This is an original and large one bedroom ground floor apartment - not a converted from a cramped studio like others you may see.
The accommodation comprises a large one bedroom double bed, American kitchen with breakfast bar, large fridge/freezer , ample range of cups, glasses, crockery, and cutlery, . The living- dining room has a double bed settees, coffee table, TV, DVD, CD player, table and chairs. Patio doors lead onto the balcony which enjoys stunning mountain views and an evening sunset sea view from the patio path.
The complex itself is extremely peaceful. Step outside and you are right in the hustle and bustle of a thriving resort with dozens pubs, restaurants and shops.
LOCATION INFORMATION
Extremely popular and convenient location - the apartments are situated in south Tenerifé in the exclusive area of Torviscas Bajo, just a short walk from center of Playa de Las Americas, and a 5 min walk to the beach or harbour. Tenerife South Airport is only 20 minutes away by taxi or bus, (which stops at the complex) around 35 minutes. There are many local attractions within a minute or two, restaurants and nightlife. 5 minutes taxi from Tenerife's new Siam Park. Just a 5 minute walk to Fanabé Beach or the local harbour and 2 minutes from the new Commercial Center Gran Sur, with large supermarket, Shops, world cuisine restaurants and Cinemas.

The complex resembles a Spanish-style pueblo, a low-level complex and many apartments with gardens and beautiful plants including palms, bougainvillea's and tropical plants. There are 5 pools including children's pool and cascades and waterfalls flowing throughout the complex.
The bed configuration is as follows. There is 1 double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the large lounge. There is also a single bed which pulls out from under the sofa bed. This is only suitable for a small adult or child. So can potentially sleep up to 5 persons if you are a close family and we would normally suggest that a group of up to 3 adults is ideal. We have a travel cot available by prior request. You should bring your own cot linen.
The apartment has a washing machine. For a 2 week stay we leave a spare set of linen so that you can change yourselves but ask that you leave a set clean on departure.. We offer alinen service for those who don’t wish to use the washing machine for a small extra charge.
