The house has a fully fitted open –plan kitchen and a living room of 50 m2 with access to a large terrace.You will be delighted by a large terrace- solarium (54 m2) with a mountain view on the top floor equipped with kitchenette, seating area with sofas. Is in a 10 minutes walk from the centre of Los Cristianos.Along the promenade you will find lots of bars& restaurants. Los Cristianos Port, with ferry services to La Gomera, La Palma and Santa Cruz, is a 15 minutes walk .

A complex has 3 swimming pools with sea view, one is heated. I have air con but if you want this option you need to pay extra 100 EUR per a week. If you reserve and pay only for 4 persons i appliqué the price for 4 persons at your disposal there will be only 2 bedroom access to the third of the bedroom will be closed.

The villa is cleaned by your arrival. If you need one additional cleaning during your staying, it will be for extra fees 150 EUR including the changing of bed linen & towels.

You book a house in a resident complex with families with children, elderly people. According to the rules of our complex it is impossible to make noise, to organize noisy celebrations, to listen loud music after 23:00. We warn that if you violate the peace of your neighbors after 23:00, penalties may be imposed on you

The Villa in Detail
The villa has been beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and is built on three levels. On the entrance level the property offers a spacious lounge equipped with a 42 inch Plasma TV. Large patio doors leading out from the lounge onto a terrace that overlooks the pool area - an ideal spot for al-fresco dining.

The villa enjoys its own built in area on a separate terrace. A retractable pergola is provided should you require some shade.

Vista Hermosa has a lovely pool area with spacious terraces that are furnished with a patio table, chairs and sunloungers. The large, inviting swimming pool can be electrically heated. (payable on arrival)

This lovely villa is very comfortably furnished. Downstairs there is a living room with leather sofas, a well equipped kitchen with dining area and cloakroom.
Off the living room is a separate area that has a sofa bed where a 7th person can sleep. (Extra charges apply - see below).

From the living room you walk out to the terrace and the lovely sparkling pool with sea views in the distance. (Pool can be electrically heated at extra cost - see below).

The 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a double bed, optional air conditioning (see extra charges below) and an ensuite with shower. It also has its own huge sun terrace with wonderful views.

The private pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace which has 4 sun loungers, plus a dining table and chairs with a chimney barbeque for alfresco dining. There is a covered area with a couple of comfortable rattan sofas and there is a 3rd sofa overlooking the pool. The villa enjoys amazing sea views and also has a private garage. The spacious lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, DVD player, dining table and 6 chairs, as well as air conditioning. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, chest of drawers with mirror above and air conditioning. The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower and double wash hand basin with a large mirror above. The small 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, and an occasional chair. The 3rd bathroom also has a walk-in shower, wash hand basin with mirror above, and WC. There is also a small attic room with 2 single beds and a flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels. It has a low ceiling so would only be suitable for 2 children. So the villa could be suited for 6 adults, or 6 adults and 2 children maximum.

The pool heating costs an additional 100 euros per week. The owner also charges a final clean of 150 euros and there is a refundable security bond of 100 euros.

The lead guest should be 25 years or older. No groups of all males or all females.

Although in a tourist resort the villa is situated in a residential area. We, therefore, ask guests to be respectful at all times towards the neighbours and in particular, not to make a loud noise (including playing loud music) or use the pool after 11 pm.

Guests must also look after the villa, leaving it clean and tidy after departure, and must also remove all their rubbish.
