It is ideally located away from the crowds in summer, but close to ocean and bars. 2 bedrooms are opening into a fruit tree’s garden with a recreation area, sofas and chairs. The house has a fully fitted open –plan kitchen and a living room of 50 m2 with access to a large terrace.You will be delighted by a large terrace- solarium (54 m2) with a mountain view on the top floor equipped with kitchenette, seating area with sofas. Is in a 10 minutes walk from the centre of Los Cristianos.Along the promenade you will find lots of bars& restaurants. Los Cristianos Port, with ferry services to La Gomera, La Palma and Santa Cruz, is a 15 minutes walk .

A complex has 3 swimming pools with sea view, one is heated. I have air con but if you want this option you need to pay extra 100 EUR per a week. If you reserve and pay only for 4 persons i appliqué the price for 4 persons at your disposal there will be only 2 bedroom access to the third of the bedroom will be closed.

The villa is cleaned by your arrival. If you need one additional cleaning during your staying, it will be for extra fees 150 EUR including the changing of bed linen & towels.

You book a house in a resident complex with families with children, elderly people. According to the rules of our complex it is impossible to make noise, to organize noisy celebrations, to listen loud music after 23:00. We warn that if you violate the peace of your neighbors after 23:00, penalties may be imposed on you

This large and ample townhouse is situated in the heart of Los Cristianos, at just a few minutes walk to the beach, town centre and port. The property overlooks the complex swimming pool, with terraces both back and front of the house, in addition there is a roof terrace with jacuzzi where you can relax in the warmth of the all year round Tenerife sunshine. Within easy walking distance you will find everything you will need to ensure your holiday is one to remember i.e. Supermarkets, restaurants, sports & entertainment bars and the beach.

The villa cannot be rented for stags, hens and to young people (under 27) as the community comprises of people of all ages who also like to sleep.

The villa is located over three floors, with the living area on the entrance floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The lower level has been tastefully converted into a 1 bed apartment. Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Air con can be provided in some of the rooms, and Wi-fi can also be included.

The Villa in Detail
The villa has been beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and is built on three levels. On the entrance level the property offers a spacious lounge equipped with a 42 inch Plasma TV. Large patio doors leading out from the lounge onto a terrace that overlooks the pool area - an ideal spot for al-fresco dining.

The villa enjoys its own built in area on a separate terrace. A retractable pergola is provided should you require some shade.

Vista Hermosa has a lovely pool area with spacious terraces that are furnished with a patio table, chairs and sunloungers. The large, inviting swimming pool can be electrically heated. (payable on arrival)

This lovely villa is very comfortably furnished. Downstairs there is a living room with leather sofas, a well equipped kitchen with dining area and cloakroom.

From the living room you walk out to the terrace and the lovely sparkling pool with sea views in the distance. (Pool can be electrically heated at extra cost - see below).

The villa is very well equipped with all the mod cons including fast wifi internet access, air conditioning, a private heated pool, washing machine, tumble dryer and even a private garage (guests can use this free of charge). The private pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace which has 4 sun loungers, plus a dining table and chairs with a chimney barbeque for alfresco dining. There is a covered area with a couple of comfortable rattan sofas and there is a 3rd sofa overlooking the pool. The villa enjoys amazing sea views and also has a private garage. The spacious lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, DVD player, dining table and 6 chairs, as well as air conditioning. Although in a tourist resort the villa is situated in a residential area. We, therefore, ask guests to be respectful at all times towards the neighbours and in particular, not to make a loud noise (including playing loud music) or use the pool after 11 pm.

Guests must also look after the villa, leaving it clean and tidy after departure, and must also remove all their rubbish.

The owner met us at the gate and showed us around the villa. There wasn't a hair drier and we only took under seat bags so didn't have our own. I messaged the owner and he went out and bought a new one for us and dropped off at the villa and checked everything else was ok. The outside furniture wasn't great a few ideas were broken I let the owner aware and they made notes so we weren't charged for the breakage. I asked for a later check out when were were leaving and they said it was no problem which worked out perfect for us. As a thank you I stripped the beds and put the towels on to wash to make it a quicker turn around for them. Over all it was just what we needed and would use them again."

Although the villa doesn't have a private pool, it does have access to the community pool on the complex. The villa has several balconies and terraces which have sea views. The villa also has air conditioning and wifi internet. It has been recently refurbished (November 2020) and is furnished in a luxurious style. The villa is laid out over 2 levels. The lower level consists of a spacious lounger consisting of an L-shaped sofa with a very large wall-mounted flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels. There is also an armchair, coffee table, side table with lamp, and dining table and chairs (please note the photo was taken before the chairs were delivered). This is a brand new villa, and the photos were taken immediately after the refurb. The American-style kitchen consists of a breakfast bar with 4 stools, an oven, microwave, hob, extractor fan, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and kettle.
