The South is famous for its very large perfumeries where the prices of beauty products are generally cheaper than in other European countries. Be careful as this is not true of all brands. There are often considerable discounts on all sorts of perfumes and creams however: Luxury products have a lower price due to the Canary Islands' tax system, as goods are not subject to our VAT. Spirits and cigarettes which you will find in almost all the supermarkets, as well as some electronic items definately cost less. Yes as others have said, the hill and steps are HOT to do in August when you return to the villa during the day, so just be prepared. Very clean and well maintained house in a relatively quiet location but with cafe and pizza restaurants and a well stocked supermarket within short walking distance. We hired a car and on street parking was not an issue to find. There is building work going on in the area so I'd recommend checking the status before just incase the adjacent plots are up for development. Outside
The villa is all about the outside area. So much attention has been paid to making the most of the outside space which is perfect for a holiday in Tenerife as outside is where you will spend most of your time.

The first thing you'll notice about this lovely villa is the fantastic views from the garden. Everything here has been designed with making the most of this elevated position. From the patio doors you will be able to see the luxurious outdoor furniture that sits on the terrace, also on the terrace you'll find a built in barbecue and Gas barbecue with plenty of space for alfresco eating. This is a wonderful space for relaxing with your family and friends as the sun goes down.

Beyond the terrace there is a grassed area, leading down to the steps which give you access to the lower terrace with the pool and sun loungers. There are several sun shades to make sure you have access to areas out of the sun's rays, we think this is perfect for an after lunch siesta.

The private heated pool which is heated during the winter months (Oct-April) to approx 26 degrees . The traditional square shape with curved steps down into the pool itself. At the end of the outside area is a clear glass fence. This makes the most of the amazing views out over the Costa Adeje golf course and beyond to the azure Atlantic. This is a garden worth spending time in to relax and soak up the quiet area around the villa.

The villa is accessed by secure remote gate and has off road parking.

The private swimming pool is cleaned weekly and Beach towels are provided.
Inside the villa
The inside of the villa is a very stylish space. The open plan living and dining area has been decorated to make the most of the contrast between the light bright walls and floor and the dark chocolate brown furniture. There is a 42"TV system with all british/European channels and films that can cater for all nationalities.

There is also free 5G Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is perfectly formed and includes all the fixtures and fittings you would expect from a home away from home, including dishwasher and all white goods.

One of the lovely double en suite bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has large patio leading out onto the terrace area.

Upstairs there are two further double bedrooms that are both en-suite. Two of the rooms are double beds and one has two single beds, all three are furnished very well, with lots of attention being paid to the finishing touches. The two upstairs rooms share a large balcony furnished with sun loungers. This is a perfect space to relax and enjoy the stunning views.

The swimming pool is 10 Metres long x 4 Metres width. The depth is 1.20 Metres at the end where the entry stairs are located & 1.30 Metres at the opposite end. - "We had a fantastic stay at Villa Monaco. The location is simply stunning. The views need to be seen to be believed. The drive up to the villa is great fun up a mountain road, we took Tony's advice and we all had hire cars. We did use Taxis one night and they found the property easily. The house itself is lovely, well stocked throughout and was spotless on arrival. There are amenities everywhere and the kids absolutely loved it. The outside area is a beautiful space to play, eat, drink and socialise and the Sonos equipment is a nice tough. Big kudos to Tony who's communication leaving up to the visit was perfect. Always on time with answers and always there for recommendations. Other comments: - go to Teide, even if it's just for a drive the scenery is breathtaking - Siam park is brilliant, but invest in all inclusive or fast pass. The queues are big in summer and we queue jumped everything - Los Gigantes is worth a trip for dinner. Nice little port, but the cliffs opposite are like something from Game of Thrones My only negative (and it's a small one). The pool is kept at 28 degrees. Maybe a touch warm on the really hot days. But can see how it would be perfect in autumn/winter months. Overall 5*. Will definitely try and return! :)"

The Villa is in the last building of a street adjacent to a Barranco. This ensures that the view is not obstructed by anything and gives unique emotions. However, the barranco makes sure that the sound propagates particularly effectively within the road.
With the help of my neighbors, I personally guarantee that my guests will enjoy peace and quiet after 10pm. In the same way, I guarantee to the whole neighborhood (of which I am part, living in an apartment adjacent to the villa) that my guests will have accepted the house rules and will respect them. I mean, if you need peace and quiet at night, this is absolutely the villa for you. In case you can't do without listen to good music and celebrate during the night, I advise you not to book my villa, but to opt for another solution, possibly that allows parties.

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao.

This accommodation is 600 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.

At the ground floor we have a staircase leading up to the main entrance of the villa and the swimming pool/terrace but also a huge garage which fits 2 cars that directly runs in to the entertainment room and living room where you will find a pool table, a darts, a TV and a patio where you are able to relax to the fullest.
Also located on the ground floor is one big bedroom, a smaller bedroom and a bathroom.

FIRST FLOOR:

At the first floor on the outside you will find our private swimming pool with a proper staircase perfect for people with mobility problems which is heated the whole year at 28 degrees, the terrace around the swimming pool and at the back a small garden with a ping-pong table.
On the inside of the villa on the first floor, we have our fully American styled equipped kitchen which leads to the terrace/swimming pool area, next to the kitchen is the living room equipped with a Smart Tv so you can stream whatever you like. Going through the hall you will find two bathrooms and two bedrooms, the bedroom windows lead to the garden at the back.

UPPER FLOOR:

Arriving at the upper floor we have our master bedroom with en-suite bathroom which leads to our big upper terrace, the perfect place to get the best tan possible.
