A large fully equipped kitchen/dining room, spacious living room, three en-suite bedrooms and all the amenities you could ask for including fast, fibre internet over the whole villa and surrounding terraces and a TV system with all channels – yes, all channels – you can be assured of a comfortable stay.

The upstairs bedroom terrace has sea views and looks down onto the kitchen/outside dining patio with stone table and seating for al-fresco dining, the gardens and the swimming pool area with space for everyone to take full advantage.

The swimming pool is 8m X 4m, has in-pool steps rather than a ladder and is electrically heated so an inviting temperature is always maintained.

All furnishings, inside and out, are of a high standard. The living room seats everyone on its three sofas with room to spare and all beds have memory foam mattresses. The duvets are feather and down and come in summer or winter thicknesses; non- allergenic ones can be supplied on request.

As well as the sun loungers by the pool there are rattan style chairs, sofa and a coffee table and other seating arrangements around the garden; all seating is supplied with cushions where appropriate whilst shade is provided by parasols. The whole villa, gardens, terraces and pool are private and not overlooked and provides different areas in which to enjoy your holiday.

Normal check in time is 15.00 and check out 10.00 which gives us time to thoroughly clean the property although depending on arrivals and departures you may be able to enter the villa early or depart late at no extra cost.

It was perfect for us; a veritable ‘home from home’! The location was fantastic, right in the middle of the beautiful and green Oratava valley with wonderful views of the sea in one direction and of Mount Teide from the other. Puerto de la Cruz is only a 10 minute drive away and offers some fantastic restaurants (do try Talle Seve Dias and Mil Sabores there and the more local eateries such as Titos and Mirador in the monastery). There is easy access to the motorways so you can easily travel to other areas: there is so much to see and do here. The villa itself was far more spacious than the photos portray and had every convenience. It was completely private, not overlooked at all. It was clean and well cared for as you would expect from a quality rental, but it was more than that: it still felt like someone’s home and was cared for as such. The sofas, the pictures, the antiques, the well equipped kitchen, the powerful showers, the airiness of the rooms. The garden was something else and we took away some ideas we’d like to try at home. And Desmond was wonderful; unobtrusive but immediately there with a helpful response to any questions. We loved staying in the north of Tenerife: it is so green and lush and sub-tropical. The scenery is magnificent and drives to Mascar or up Mount Teide can be quite emotional. So would we return to this part of the world? Yes. And would we come back to Villa Jardin Botanica? Our beautifully light and airy villa is fantastic for large families or those travelling with friends, as it sleeps a maximum of 10 adults and a baby in a cot. There is high speed fibre WIFI for those that need to work and stay connected and a pool table located on the terrace, perfect for keeping everyone amused. The accommodation is approx 2500sq. ft and has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area that has multiple sliding doors that open out onto the large south/west facing sunny terrace and heated pool. The contemporary feel is generated by the leather sofas in the sitting room with 42" plasma TV and the superb kitchen with integrated appliances. There are 5 large bedrooms (twin beds in each room), each bedroom has modern luxurious en-suite facilities so that everyone has privacy. There is full UK TV, all sport and world channels via our internet streaming box. Due to the elevated location it is a short downhill walk to the seafront and black sand beach and a slightly longer energetic walk on the way back!

Villa Cara is a great secure base for a holiday in Lanzarote whether you are a couple or a family seeking a perfectly sized villa. It is a semi-detached luxury villa that has a private terrace and pool area that receives all day sunshine. There is off road parking on the gated drive.The terrace/pool area is secured with a locked pool gate for child safety. The heated swimming pool (approx 9 ft by 18 ft) is located in the back garden. Sunloungers and pool towels are provided. There is also a shaded corner with a comfortable sofa to relax on away from the hot midday sun. This villa has a sunny south facing aspect.

The interior is decorated to a very high standard with quality fittings throughout. The kitchen boasts granite worktops, oven, hob, washing machine, iron/ironing board, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, & coffee machine. The dining room has seating for 5 guests. The Management Team for this villa live close by and are always at hand should you need anything throughout your stay. If you are staying for ten to fourteen days the villa will be cleaned mid stay and you will receive clean towels and linen. For longer stays the villa will be cleaned once a week with towels and linen changed weekly.

Car not essential - bus service 200mtrs away, Shop 10-15 min walk, beaches are only a 3 minute drive and a 20 minute walk will take you into the beautiful village of Playa Blanca. Catch a taxi to the superb Marina Rubicon, with a range of bars, restaurants and shops.
There is a small supermarket a 10-15 minute walk away. Taxi's are very reasonable, a couple of euro will take you to the the town centre. There are excellent supermarkets in the village selling fresh fish, meat, fruit and the usual array of products.

This villa is located in a peaceful residential area called Zafiro which is approximately 4 kms out of Playa Blanca itself but situated close to the beautiful sea front promenade towards the lighthouse that runs into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. There are a row of local amenities (2 provision stores, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.) around a 15 minute walk away, which makes this area quite self-sufficient but the main beaches and amenities are around a 40-50 minute walk (although another beautiful row of bars/restaurants and some sandy coves are only about a 25 minute walk away). That said, there is also a very efficient bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you in to Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The airport is approximately 35 minutes drive from this area.

Sports: Welcome to sports paradise! Except for swimming, which is possible even in winter due to the seas constant warm temperature, you can also enjoy the stunning golf-courses, tennis courts, and gyms. The coastline between Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos is perfect for surfing: There is a surfing school where you can also rent equipment. For those who love walking there are ample route choices; from the well-known La Caleta-Los Cristianos, a 12 km stretch along the beach and suitable for all, to more challenging inland routes.

Kids and children: Kids are are extremely welcome on Tenerife. In addition to the numerous beach activities (beaches are often equipped with various games, trampolines, inflatable water slides, etc.), the family atmosphere makes them feel at ease. They can have a try at a new sport, such as surfing or golf, supervised by qualified instructors (Los Palos, 16 Km). They mustn’t miss the visits to the Loro Parque in Puerto de la Cruz and to El Parque de las Aguilas (Arona). Besides being located in a natural resort, these parks offer various recreational activities as well as a very interesting wildlife(falcons, parrots, birds of any species, and even dolphin shows!). The Aqua park in the S. Eugenio area, with its breathtaking water-slides and dolphin shows will surely be very much liked by children but also by parents in search of an adventure. You must not miss the boat trip to admire the various colonies of whales and dolphins that have chosen to live there all year round.

Shopping: If you love shopping this is the right place for you! You will find very beautiful shops, both boutiques and commercial (Zara, H&M, Timberland, Benetton, Etam). In most of the outdoor malls of Parque Santiago 5, Safari, Meridiano, El Duque, and S. Eugenio there are also luxury boutiques with the best haute-couture names. The South is famous for its very large perfumeries where the prices of beauty products are generally cheaper than in other European countries. Be careful as this is not true of all brands. There are often considerable discounts on all sorts of perfumes and creams however: Luxury products have a lower price due to the Canary Islands' tax system, as goods are not subject to our VAT. Spirits and cigarettes which you will find in almost all the supermarkets, as well as some electronic items definately cost less. There are also jeweller’s shops which are official resellers of the best world brands that will surely tempt you more than once.

Yes as others have said, the hill and steps are HOT to do in August when you return to the villa during the day, so just be prepared. Short 15 min walk to Siam Park, and 20 mins to Siam Mall. 5 min walk to closest restaurant, and another 5 mins further to tons of bars and restaurants, and another 5 mins further is the beach! We spent lots of time around the pool area and terrace, with the amazing views it was the perfect spot for a glass of something nice in the evening. We did a mixture of eating out, ordering take out delivery from the Glovo app and cooking at the villa. The BBQ area around the back was a nice place to eat and the ping pong table was great fun for everyone. Inside is beautifully clean, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Welcome to Casa Jadaryga, we are an officially licensed (VV3530002360) villa on the exclusive phase 5 development of Faro Park (within 100 metres of a spectacular coastal path) in Playa Blanca.

This very special 3-bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villa with its own private heated pool, has recently been significantly upgraded, and now boasts a fully covered and tastefully furnished c27 square metre roof top terrace and an expanded and enhanced downstairs eating and seating area. Both the roof terrace and dining area have been designed to allow year round usage, for either an Al-Fresco or fully enclosed viewing and/or dining experience dependant on our guest’s personal preference due to the array of sliding windows and doors. The fully covered terrace allows for magnificent sea views 365 days a year, as it can afford total protection from the wind and cool evenings, quite a unique feature for a rental villa on phase 5 and to our knowledge (at time of writing) on Faro Park.

This luxuriously finished villa boasts spectacular rooftop views of the Atlantic, and the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos. The villa offers free WIFI, IPTV with extensive English and foreign Sports (including Sky, TNT etc), Films, Kids and Videos on demand, as well as the regular UK channels with catch-up. There is also a DVD player should you wish to watch your own favourites.

The villa has open-plan lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen, where we have recently fitted a drinking water filter in an effort to reduce plastic waste and strain of carrying heavy water bottles from the supermarket and recently replaced Dishwasher, Oven, Fridge/Freezer, together with a new Washing machine and a separate Tumble dryer conveniently located in an adjoining Solana.

We have provided a mop and broom for your use, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer for your laundry. If however you prefer to have a midweek visit from the housekeepers to change the towels this can be arranged at additional cost, with a price provided on request. .

Faro Park and Lanzarote in general is a low crime area, however for your comfort and safety we have installed an alarm system which is directly connected to Securitas who together with the local law enforcement agencies and our maintenance team will ensure any issues are dealt with swiftly. You will notice that there are security photo / movement sensor cameras (not video / cctv), discretely placed in rooms downstairs and on the first floor. As a rule we leave the shutters on the cameras open to enable remote pictures when the property is not occupied and maximum security. If you are not comfortable with this arrangement please let ourselves &/or our maintenance team know and we / they will arrange to close the shutters, which switches the sensors into "movement sensor only" mode during your stay which would reduce their effectiveness but would satisfy your requirements.

In order to satisfy and simplify the Spanish / Canarian Governments guest registration requirements (Royal Decree 933/2021 on October 26.) we use a 3rd Party, GDPR compliant, registration service named SES Admin. On completion of your booking with VRBO SES Admin will contact you via E-Mail with a link to their system for you to provide registration details for you and your party. This system, in-turn automatically loads the data supplied, directly into Lanzarote's Ministry of the Interiors system "SES Hospejades" . Registration is a two part process, so you will receive a follow up E-mail from SES Admin nearer to your date of arrival.

The communication with Patrick was speedy and super helpful and they really have thought of everything! The villa was super clean and modern and we just loved the thoughtful touches, such as the food and drink hamper for when we arrived, the lift and even a drinks trolley. The pool was perfect and a lovely temperature, even in the middle of August! We all really appreciated the air-con units in each room along with our own en-suite (& communal!) bathrooms. Would 100% recommend and we are already hoping to go back!"

IMPORTANT NOTE: The property is actually a three-bedroom property, however, one bedroom (the upstairs bedroom) is locked and not included within the rental. This has been reflected in the rental price and guests still enjoy the benefits of a larger-than-average property and plot. The two bedrooms which are included in the rental are both located on the ground floor. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor. The upstairs consists of only the locked bedroom, therefore guests will have no access to the upstairs of the property.

One of the architectural features of the villa is the central courtyard with its North African Palm. The mature tropical garden has bananas, dates, figs, lemons, pink peppercorns, chillies, basil and Aloe Vera - one of the best known plants for skin and health. The smooth running of the spa villa comes courtesy of the in-house team - housekeeper, gardeners, pool cleaner & technicians.
Notes: Guests are normally welcomed from 15.00 onwards and are expected to vacate by 10.00 on day of departure.

The fully heated swimming pool is 10m by 3m, and approx 1.2m deep.
All bed linen and bath towels are replaced after seven nights, based on a 2 week stay.
A deposit / bond against loss / damage will be required in advance, this can take up to 3 weeks to be processed and returned by the HomeAway Payment system once you have departed. Children 13 + welcomed, no more than 2 minors in any booking.

- "We had a two week break at Casa Verde in July 22. The villa has everything you might need for a relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed chilling out around the pool surrounded by the beautiful private garden. The owner was great; very responsive to queries and gave us recommendations of places to eat. Nearby there are several v good restaurants (La Villa was our favourite) and a super bakery just a few minutes walk away where you can also have breakfast and lunch. There are two small supermarkets in the village and larger ones in Corralejo which are open on a Sunday."

Our spacious, comfortable classic Canarian Country house is situated on a 10.000m2 plot outside the little village of Tabayesco (within the valley of Temisa,a nature reserve and protected landscape), surrounded by nature and small vegetable plots on the terraces.
The house has the typical local lay-out of a large (50 sqm ) central living space with access to the kitchen, the conservatory and the hall that leads to the bedrooms, situated around this central high ceilinged lounge.
The La Garita beach and local fishing village of Arrieta are a few minutes car journey - 2km, Haria village is under 10 minutes car journey or for a livelier outing you can reach Costa Teguise resort or the island capital of Arrecife within around 15 - 20 minutes.

The large 50m2 living room offers ample lounge seating, with a dining area for up to 10 people. There is also an adjoining conservatory with second sitting room, and a smaller dining table boasting beautiful views of the valley and ocean beyond.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a 4 burner cooker, oven, an A+++ fridge/freezer, blender, toaster, mixer, etc. We like to provide bare cooking essentials such as olive oil, vinegar, spices tea & coffee as well as a welcome pack.The kitchen table also seats 6 people.

Our spacious master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. There are two further bedrooms, both contain twin beds (one of them with the option of a double bed if required ) plus guest bathroom.
We recently spent a year thoroughly refurbishing the house and garden to create a delightful holiday hide-away for couples and families in a very privileged location. There are no direct neighbours, thus ensuring absolute peace, quiet and privacy but with most amenities almost on your doorstep.

Over the last 25 years we have developed a substantial part of the original farmland around the house, creating a terraced garden with many endemic plants and trees, typical for this subtropical dry-zone area. We also created several relaxing chill-out areas for outdoor living including an original tree trunk gazebo and a large wooden lounging bench with a spectacular view of the valley, onwards to the sea and the village of Arrieta.

A large sheltered courtyard, surrounded by a natural stone wall houses the swimming pool. The pool sits embeded lower into the floor for depth and sits partly above ground in order to enhance childsafety (3x5x1.20m). The pool is heated by a solar panel instalation twice the size of the pool itself which is on average large enough to keep a pleasant temperature most of the year . However a spell of cloudy weather for a couple of days in winter, can bring the temperature down some degrees.
Next to the pool there is a wooden terrace, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. The pleasant lighting creates a cosy atmosphere for night-time use, especially as the courtyard is well sheltered from the wind. A pergola made of recycled roof-timbers and adourned with ivy, means there is shade during the day. A perfect sitting area with a little pond and waterfall for extra tranquility. Our outdoor areas have been well thought out, providing guests with a very pleasant space for anything from an early breakfast, to a barbecue-evening under a spectacular starry night sky. The house has its own power supply from a sophisticated solar power installation making the most of our sunny climate.

- "The second time and for sure not the last time in Finca Chafariz. For our two small families the best and most enchanted place to be. Hilbrand is a great host. He is there if you need him, also has wonderful ideas what you can do outside normal tourist routes. The house is not only beautiful and has the best view I can imagine, it also is build with a lot of thoughts, so you have enough space to be there with 6 People or even more. It is tasteful and spacious and runs most time on solar energy. The kids love the little pool. My daughter wants to move here now. And last but not least the beautiful beach of Arrieta is only 3 Minutes drive away. So, of you are not afraid of a real hideaway and you can drive a little dirt road up the hill, it is the most wonderful place to be."
