- "It would have been nice if they would somehow warn you that you shouldn't come by foot. Definitely take a car/taxi up this bloody hill. We were both fit and it was exhausting to drag our luggage and belongings up the hill to the hotel. Definitely would not recommend to stay here if you dont have a car/taxi because you'll be hiking up and down all day. - "We paid £30/n for a twin room with en-suite. We got towels, soap and a TV, the beds were surprisingly really comfy, we were warm and made good use of the kettle and microwave. The room was clean, the bedding was clean, the bathroom was clean. It was a bit rundown but the price reflected that. The only thing I’d say is that the kitchen equipment was in a fairly untidy area - it would probably have been better having a decent kitchen area on the terrace. The man who greeted us told us we could borrow beach towels too if we needed them (we didn’t) which helps if you’re travelling light. Honestly can’t complain and I’d happily return. "

Nest felt like a little community & everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The communal room I was in backed out straight onto the pool area & staff were very good and strict with making sure people left the area after 11pm for those that want a quiet night sleep ! There was also a jacuzzi near the out door kitchen which was a lovely touch as well as plenty of bathrooms & kitchens so I never once had to wait around to use facilities. The location is only a 10min walk from the beach and near to lots of restaurants & entertainment. I personally went to Tenerife to scuba dive which I enjoyed very much and nest is within 20 mins from a few dive schools which is handy! I will definitely be returning, just like many others that I met! Some people had been going every year for several years! It was great to see such a range of nationalities & even huge age differences that were staying at nest ! Overall a lovely place to stay. "
