Villa Victoria is situated less than a five minutes stroll from the shops and bars and has some very fine restaurants on its doorstep. For the active tourist there are windsurfing schools and scuba diving. The water park and golf course are all close by. There are cycle and quad bikes for hire. Due to the central location of this villa a car is not necessary for this property, however there are several car hire companies providing very reasonable rates for those guests wishing to explore what the island has to offer. There are many organised tours and excursions for those holiday makers that choose not to drive. This is the resort and Villa that has it all, it caters for those holiday makers that want action, and for those holiday makers that want to close the door and leave the world behind. The pool can be lit at night, is accessed by Roman steps and is electrically heated during the winter. It is the perfect place for you to relax on the sun loungers and beach towels provided. The poolside shower gives you the convenience of showering before or after the pool without having to enter the villa itself. There is also a pool table located on the patio area that adds to the entertainment options.

There is a secure barbecue area with a charcoal barbeque and dining tables that seat up to 10 people. This dining area is fully enclosed with a secure door leading out to the pool and patio, so it is ideal for little ones to play outside.

Villa Eileen has four bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 people. The upstairs bedroom is ensuite and has a private balcony, and all bedrooms have air conditioning.

From the landing there are doors leading out onto the fabulous large terrace with views inland and across the golf course and also the sea. All rooms have a fan.

On the ground floor, from the hallway, there are French doors that lead to the large private terrace with a beautiful swimming pool (size about 11m x 4m, depth varying from about 1.2m to 1.6m). At one end of the pool there is a shallow area ideal for the little ones. Pool heating is optional with cost, which is paid in cash at the complex to the villa managers, request it at the time of booking or a week before check-in. The villa has pool towels for your convenience.

On each side of the doors that lead to the pool there are comfortable sofas and a large table where you can enjoy and share meals with family and friends. In this area there is a very bright room for children to enjoy, equipped with board games, a blackboard, children's books and also for the elderly to relax with a good book... Family and friends will enjoy the fine furnishings, massive kitchen with solid oak carpentry and roomy bedrooms. But really it's in the large seaside patio where most of your time will be spent gazing into the deep blue sea. The promenade is only 50 steps from the end of the patio leading you past dozens of shops and restaurants and some of the finer beaches one can find on the island. Rent a bike and really explore the area, bring your clubs and enjoy the challenging 18 hole course just 5-minute drive away or take the kids to the myriad of attractions found around the island, there simply are no shortages of things to do on the idyllic and unique island of Manrique.

The architecture for which Lanzarote is famous is reflected in the villa's design. The bungalow, one storey style is ideal for those with mobility issues; parking is found in front of the home and access to the aforementioned promenade is only 2 steps down from the front of the house.

The main bedroom is very large and spacious with, what else but a spectacular view out towards the sea with connecting doorway onto the patio. The en-suite bathroom is very large with walk-in shower and his and her sinks. The scent of cedar is a delightful constant from the walk-in wardrobe closets.

The second bedroom has no less beautiful seaside views also with direct access to the patio and sleeps two comfortably on a queen-size bed and another two on a double-sized pull out sofa. Additional bedding is available if guests prefer to sleep with individual blankets. This room also comes with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower and also provides a desk for the workaholic of the bunch…that’s if the views don’t get them first.

Our last bedroom is snuggled in the quietest part of the house with large closets, en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and sleeping for two on two individual beds and one double-bunky above one of the aforementioned single beds.

In the evenings after a busy day of activities the family can get together on the massive wrap-around sofa and watch some movies on the enormous 65" SMART TV. For the musically inclined why not try playing a newly learned Spanish sonata on the piano provided? Those in a more romantic mood will enjoy the wind-protected gazebo, a wonderful enclosure where one can enjoy that well-deserved cocktail.

If you’re going to visit an island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean then you can well expect to have your senses exploded by the plethora of seafood available to you. But wait, not just seafood! What about the abundant wineries dotted about the islands? Or the infamous ‘papas arrugadas’ (wrinkled baby-potatoes) and accompanying sauces? Who would have thought that on such a (relatively) small island one could come across such a rich history of cuisine? This is the magic of Lanzarote, just when you thought you’ve discovered it all there is something just around the corner to test your senses. The check in process was really smooth and we were able to access the property earlier than expected, which was a real bonus. The size of the villa has to be seen to be believed, it is so much bigger than it appears in the photos. The outdoor area was beautiful with views to die for across the calm ocean with palm trees blowing in the wind. The pool was lovely and clean and our teenage kids loved it in there. The rooms are massive with loads of space so we were able to properly switch off and relax and not be under each other's feet all the time. All rooms were spotlessly clean and we really felt at home. The kids appreciated the wifi and also the TV with Netflix and Disney+ so that kept them happy! We were very impressed with the attention to detail with the villa which was packed with every utensil and gadget you can imagine, we even had a tinkle on the piano which was a lovely touch. It is in a very quiet, secure location without being on top of the neighbours (it beats an all inclusive hotel any day!) but it is also close very close to the nearest supermarket and restaurants which are about a 5-10 minute walk. We chose not to hire a car so this was a must for us. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk along the coastal path which is lovely, especially at sunset. With busy lives and jobs this was the perfect place to completely unwind and relax for a week. Special thanks to Karim for all his help and getting us to the airport when it was sadly time to leave. - "We stayed at Villa Paula for a week and had a lovely time. The property itself is spacious, and had everything we needed. The children loved the pool and although cold, we all warmed up quickly due to the sun. The location is brilliant, in a quiet residential street, but only a 10 minute walk to the shops, and restraunts and games arcade. We did the beach one day, which was about a 15 minute walk, and water park in playa blanca which was a brilliant day out, and free transport was provided when we booked in the local ticket shop. Close to everything, and very good value for money. There is a lidl by the airport, which i would say to use, as we stocked up on most things and used the spar for fresh food daily and top ups midweek. There was the odd dead cockroach and spme ants in the mornings, (to be expected in these climates) but spray and cleaning items are provided and if you keep food out of the way, they are manageable and were kept at bay. Washing machine availabile so we washed towels regularly and no problems at all. Communication with the villa was great, and we were given all the instructions needed. Parasol was not working around the pool, so was not a lot of shade but plenty of sun loungers and chairs etc. This villa was perfect for what we needed and we would come back for another holiday. The location is great - in a quiet cul-de-sac but only a few minutes walk to shops and the main square via a pedestrian short-cut. Large patio/pool area means you can catch the sun at any time of day. Decent wifi and internet speeds. Villa Beatrice is a fully licensed 'Vacation Rental Home' perfectly located approximately a five minute walk to bars, restaurants and supermarkets, so a car is not required.
The Blue Flag sandy beach of Las Cucharas is about a ten-minute stroll and here there are an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. Pueblo Marinero is around sixteen minutes walk and this is where the market is held on Fridays. There is a basketball court which is free to use, and a childrens play area just a few minutes walk away.

Villa Beatrice is in a quiet cul-de-sac with all amenities within easy walking distance.The sandy beach at Las Cucharas is around 10 minutes’ walk and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops in the immediate location so a car is not necessary. The Aquarium is just a five-minute stroll away and the Aquapark and the 18 hole Costa Teguise Golf Course is just a few minute taxi drive.

Bookings are normally from 2 PM on day of arrival to 10 AM on the day of departure. If you have different requirements for check in or out, please let us know as we aim to be as flexible as possible.
