- "Lovely for children - there is even a small animal farm on the premises" - "Check-in took 2.5 hours, I stood in a huge queue in the sun for 1.5 hours to get the sheets and the key etc., 0.5 hours at the reception because the key was supposed to be there, which in turn was outside was in the queue. 0.5 hour back at reception to inform about the chalet's deficiencies. The following defects: Lawn not mowed, tipping over on the floor, damage to an outside wall (hole), no light in the bathroom, both children's beds, the slatted frames were damaged, heating was on, I could only turn it off by turning off the gas, gas burner cover and controls loose in the cupboard, no Umbrella stand, no kettle or pan, 2 gas hobs broken, antenna cable from the television was missing, the television was more of a tablet anyway, the cover (shade) of a lamp in the bedroom was missing. In the park: restaurant closed, paths partially badly damaged, the picture of the chalet does not reflect what was actually on offer at all, i.e. beach at the house..., water playground rusted, algae everywhere, basketball hoop torn off, tennis court damaged, only one racket intact , mini golf course, 3 holes unplayable, table tennis and playground badly damaged, even the mailbox at reception was junk. All in all just booked a junkyard! We also heard from other holidaymakers what they had in the chalet that was unimaginable, e.g. no fridge, no door handle, toilet damaged, waiting times of 4 hours at check-in, just as unkempt, I then found out that the lawnmower was junk, I don't know what To off"

These mobile homes have three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Finally, there is a bedroom for the kids with bunk beds. All beds have duvets, pillows and sheets. The bathroom has a shower and sink. The toilet is separate.

A maximum of one pet is welcome.

Outside there is garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors and the environment. The car can be parked at the property.

- Outside the park there are many playgrounds, with artificial grass around it. You can also jump on the air-trampoline, and play in the outdoor playground with play hotel, a large slide and much more. During the holiday you have always a chance that you encounter the mascot "Eeky". Along with the recreation team, he does nothing but nice things! Oh yeah, there's also a mini petting zoo with goats, chickens and large rabbits.
- An activity that causes thrills is arche, air gun or blowgun shooting at the shooting range. These activities always take place under the supervision of an instructor. With archery and rifle shooting you show the power of your hawk eyes, steady hands and high concentration. Blowpipe shooting is the least dangerous of the three, but equally exciting. Fun for kids who feel a real Indian.

The Party center has great potential for various indoor activities.
- The indoor playground is a large covered area with a slide, a high tower, rope bridge, balance beam, bouncing chickens, ball and much more. Good for hours of entertainment. The indoor playground is located next to the Dinercafé & Pancakes. While enjoying a cup of coffee, lunch or dinner, you can keep an eye on your children.
- There is also a heated indoor swimming pool for free.
- For an always funny and enjoyable game of bowling you can use the brand new bowling fascility. Modern white lanes and LED lights give it a distinctive look. The special lighting effects and laser show provide a spectacular game.
- The child-friendly restaurant "Dinercafé & Pancakes" at the indoor playground is open all year round. While sitting at tables, children can have fun in the adjacent indoor playground. For the children are served several menus, including chips, snacks, yummy ice cream, and of course pancakes. There are plenty of coloring pages and crayons for the kids. There are high chairs, baby changing facilities and there is a quiet space available where the little ones can sleep (on reservation).
- When the weather is nice, you can of course eat outside on the terrace at the Regge. You look from the terrace to the dock with the motor ship "Regge Stream", the whisper boats and canoes.

And now up to to the outside, the environment! What lovely river the Regge is. There is a lot to experience on and along gthe water. There is plenty of nature: bulrushes grow luxuriantly, ducks and geese breed on the shores and who are lucky even see a kingfisher.
- Take a river boat trip on the Regge with the electric motor ship "Regge Stream". It is an copy of the Boston Tea party boat, which was very popular around 1850 in England. The comfortable boat can accommodate up to 25 adults. The wooden canopy with mood lighting provides shelter from sun, rain and cold. Refreshing drinks can be served. Or a delicious cup of coffee and raisin bread (krentenwegge), a delicacy from the region. From the water you can enjoy the beautiful flora and fauna. Along the route there are several attractions. So along the road you will see the Pelmolen, a biological farm, a recreational farm with "farmer's golf" and a vineyard. The skipper is a great narrator. The journey takes 45 minutes.
- They also organize culinary cruise tours along the Regge, where you can enjoy various dishes (4- or 5-course).
- A "Tour Reggestreek" is a varied program of 8 - 20 persons which takes about 5 hours. Along the way you can enjoy tasty snacks and drinks, get off the boat for sightseeing or a fun activity. The package can be booked from Monday till Friday.
- Why not rent an electric boat (with an electric motor) and experience the beautiful Regge area? Sail with the electric boat on your own with 4 to 10 km/h on the Regge and discover meanwhile the special and peaceful environment. The boats are easy to handle. The flat-bottomed boats are pretty stable. The canals and the lake are only one meter deep so that the boat also is very suitable for families with children. A pram, buggy or Maxi Cosi can stand on the bottom of the boat. For a more comfortable seat, you can take with you a cushion or a folding chair. They also rent swim jackets for children. Renting an electric boat (per hour) is just super fun!
- You can also rent a canoe and explore the area from a different angle. Paddling slowly towards the fish ladder at Nijverdal you enjoy the silence, the beautiful view over the fields and woods.
- For cyclists, there is a wonderful bicycle lane that follows the winding river through the landscape. There are plenty of routes available at the reception.
- In the vicinity are also many museums, nice markets and beautiful farms.
- In the clean and clear waters of the Regge is a good stock of fine fish. Along the banks you will find several nice fishing spots.

GROUPS
If the reservation concerns a number of persons who must or can be regarded as a group together, the person who makes the reservation must immediately and explicitly state this. The person making the reservation is jointly and severally liable for the fulfillment of all obligations, not only for himself, but for all registered members who are part of his group. Group stays are only possible to a limited extent at the park. Groups must pay a deposit per group upon arrival at the reception for the rented (amount to be determined in mutual consultation).

YOUNG PEOPLE
Young people traveling alone are not allowed in the rental properties or in the park.

BUSINESS
Business bookings are not allowed. Only bookings with recreational purposes.

VISITORS
If you receive visitors, please report this at the reception and you pay the visitor's fee for this. We would like to point out that you are responsible for the behavior of your visitors. Visitors must have left the site by 10.30 pm at the latest. Visitors' cars are parked in the parking lot.

On the day of arrival the rented object can be occupied from 3 pm. Upon arrival you will receive the key and other information of interest to you at the reception. On the day of departure, the rented object must be vacated by 10 am at the latest.

A maximum of 1 passenger car can be parked at each rental accommodation or campsite. The other cars must be parked in the parking lot.

Chalet park in Holten is situated on a unique location, easily accessible and in the midst of outstanding natural beauty. This park in development is based on a lot of space around the chalets, beautiful ponds and a careful park design. All bungalows have a view of the pond.

The park lies at the foot of the Holterberg, part of the Salland Ridge. In this National Park you can see the deer running in the morning, with a little luck you can observe stone martens and badgers, and do spotting of 75 species of birds. In the woods and moors of the Salland Ridge you can enjoy hiking and cycling. There are also Nordic Walking trails. The park is beautifully spacious and offers you peace, space and silence of nature, to relax completely.

The World Time Path around the Holterberg offers several hiking trails. Each trail takes you through a different period of history. Along the route there are more than 2,000 signboards, on which facts are stated of the relevant year.

In the area there is a variety of possibilities for activities and day trips. Who wants a shopping spree or make trips, can visit the city of Rijssen (3 km) or the village of Holten (2 km) during the opening days.

The Falcon
This spacious & luxurious home has a modern living room. The living room has doors that give you a nice view of the pond and nature. The accommodation also had a spacious kitchen, 2 separate double bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with a design radiator. Outside you have a lovely terrace and a beautiful view of the water at the front.

The beautiful National Park "De Sallandse Heuvelrug" is situated between the village of Holten and the town of Rijssen is. From your accommodation you bike or walk straight into the rolling heathland and vast forests. This landscape with hills and large stones was formed in the Ice Age. The main hills are the Hellendoornseberg, the Haarlerberg, the Holterberg and the Koningsbelt. The nature is very diverse and unusual species are living there, such as the almost extinct grouse on the Salland Heuvelrug. During walking and cycling trips you can spot them. You can cycle and walk without meeting anyone. The one and only companion is the wind rustling through the trees.

The cozy village of Rijssen has many fine shops and commended restaurants. The people have a Christian background and holds Sunday rest alive. On the fertile farmlands around Rijssen there are many original farmhouses, which give a good idea of how it used to be. On Monday morning there is a large, lively cloth market. - In the week from August 28 until August 31. You can join the Mölke Fiets4daagse for free. Every day start biking tours between 10:00 to 12:00 am, and there is a new cycle route available of 35-40 km. En route you can visit numerous attractions.

GROUPS
If the reservation concerns a number of persons who together must or can be regarded as a group, the person who makes the reservation must immediately and explicitly mention this. The person making the reservation is jointly and severally liable for the fulfillment of all obligations, not only for himself, but for all registered members who are part of his group. Group accommodation is possible to a limited extent at Buitenplaats Holten. Groups must pay a deposit per group upon arrival at the reception for the rented accommodation (amount to be determined in mutual consultation).

YOUNG PEOPLE

VISITORS

COMPLAINTS
Despite all the organization and care, you may have a complaint. You must then immediately report your remark or complaint to the reception in order to resolve it. If the complaint is not satisfactorily resolved, you have the opportunity to submit a written complaint to the management where the complaint is thoroughly investigated within 14 days after departure from the holiday park.

RESERVATION
The reservation of an object can be made directly via the Internet or by telephone at Buitenplaats Holten. You will receive your proof of reservation / invoice no later than 1 week after requesting the reservation. This proof of reservation is your proof of booking. The rates take into account the facilities available and whether or not they are used in the period in which you stay at our campsites.

PREFERRED
If you have a preference for location, several bungalows next to each other or a specific number, then we would like to help you, if possible. The preferred costs are € 12.50 per booking.

PAYMENT
When booking is made, 50% of the rent must be paid. The remaining amount must be in our possession at least one month before the start of the stay.

CANCELLATION
By participating in a cancellation insurance you can protect yourself against the costs of a possible cancellation. If you have not taken out insurance and you cancel the rented object, the cancellation rules in accordance with Article 6 of the Recron Terms and Conditions that are listed on www.buitenplaatsholten.nl or available at the reception are applied. A cancellation insurance can be taken out up to two weeks after reservation.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival the rented object can be occupied from 3 pm. Upon arrival you will receive the key and other information of interest to you at the reception. On the day of departure, the rented object must be vacated by 10 am at the latest.

FINAL CLEANING
Your bungalow will be cleaned by us upon departure. All you have to do is leave your accommodation broom clean, do the dishes and clean the fridge. Fold the duvets on the beds and put the sheets in a pillowcase. You put the garbage bag in the container.

RESIDENCE
Use and occupation maximum by the number of people for whom the accommodation is equipped. A full inventory is available in the accommodation.
BED LINEN PACKAGE AND CHILD FURNITURE
Bed linen packages are ready upon arrival at your bungalow, cottage or caravan. If you want to change your bed during your stay, you can rent bed linen packages at € 7.50 at the reception. This package consists of a fitted sheet, a bottom sheet and a pillowcase (single) The rent of children's furniture (camp bed + high chair) is € 5 per period (specify when booking). You have to bring the duvet and bed linen for the camp bed yourself.

CAR
A maximum of 1 passenger car may be parked at each rental accommodation or campsite. The other cars must be placed in the parking lot.

- Take a river boat trip on the Regge with the electric motor ship "Regge Stream". It is an copy of the Boston Tea party boat, which was very popular around 1850 in England. The comfortable boat can accommodate up to 25 adults. The wooden canopy with mood lighting provides shelter from sun, rain and cold. Refreshing drinks can be served. Or a delicious cup of coffee and raisin bread (krentenwegge), a delicacy from the region. From the water you can enjoy the beautiful flora and fauna. Along the route there are several attractions. So along the road you will see the Pelmolen, a biological farm, a recreational farm with "farmer's golf" and a vineyard. The skipper is a great narrator. The journey takes 45 minutes.
- They also organize culinary cruise tours along the Regge, where you can enjoy various dishes (4- or 5-course).
- A "Tour Reggestreek" is a varied program of 8 - 20 persons which takes about 5 hours. Along the way you can enjoy tasty snacks and drinks, get off the boat for sightseeing or a fun activity. The package can be booked from Monday till Friday.
- Why not rent an electric boat (with an electric motor) and experience the beautiful Regge area? Sail with the electric boat on your own with 4 to 10 km/h on the Regge and discover meanwhile the special and peaceful environment. The boats are easy to handle. The flat-bottomed boats are pretty stable. The canals and the lake are only one meter deep so that the boat also is very suitable for families with children. A pram, buggy or Maxi Cosi can stand on the bottom of the boat. For a more comfortable seat, you can take with you a cushion or a folding chair. They also rent swim jackets for children. Renting an electric boat (per hour) is just super fun!
- You can also rent a canoe and explore the area from a different angle. Paddling slowly towards the fish ladder at Nijverdal you enjoy the silence, the beautiful view over the fields and woods.
- For cyclists, there is a wonderful bicycle lane that follows the winding river through the landscape. There are plenty of routes available at the reception.
- In the vicinity are also many museums, nice markets and beautiful farms.

PREFERRED

CANCELLATION
By participating in a cancellation insurance you can protect yourself against the costs of a possible cancellation. Use and occupation maximum by the number of people for whom the accommodation is equipped. A full inventory is available in the accommodation.

The park lies on the border of the region Salland and Twente, with vast forests and heaths for pleasant walks and bike rides through the welcoming country. The park is also the departure point for many excursions. A day out with the kids is no problem, because nearby there are several theme parks such as Amusement park Slagharen, Adventure Park Hellendoorn, the Queen Juliana Tower and the Waarbeek.

Sleeping in our Panorama Lodge, that's an adventure! The Lodge has cozy, sheltered sleeping cabins, while the covered living area offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the Twente outdoors. The Panorama Lodge is fully equipped, all you have to do is pack your pajamas and get in the car. On to Zuna!

The Panorama Lodge has everything!
Hugely comfortable beds, check! A cozy sitting area, check! Own sanitary facilities, of course! The Lodge also has a kitchen and a private terrace. The sleeping cabins and bathroom are closed, so you have enough privacy. The living area is covered, but otherwise largely open. For example, you can hear the birds chirping during dinner. What else do you want? From the lodge you have a beautiful view over the Twente landscape and the quietly rippling Regge.

Live in the middle of the Twente nature
You do not have to leave this wonderful lodge to be outside, but if you are still planning to explore the area, we offer various options. For example, go boating on the Regge, or take a nice walk with the free walking route booklet that you get from us.

The Panorama Lodge is suitable for 4 people and there is room to place a cot. At our park, near the Panorama Lodge, there are various play options for children. So you have the time of your life, with the whole family!

Everything you can experience atthe park is also part of the environment.
- Outside the park there are many playgrounds, with artificial grass around it. You can also jump on the air-trampoline, and play in the outdoor playground with play hotel, a large slide and much more. During the holiday you have always a chance that you encounter the mascot "Eeky". Along with the recreation team, he does nothing but nice things! Oh yeah, there's also a mini petting zoo with goats, chickens and large rabbits.
- An activity that causes thrills is arche, air gun or blowgun shooting at the shooting range. These activities always take place under the supervision of an instructor. With archery and rifle shooting you show the power of your hawk eyes, steady hands and high concentration. Blowpipe shooting is the least dangerous of the three, but equally exciting. Fun for kids who feel a real Indian.

The Party center has great potential for various indoor activities.
- The indoor playground is a large covered area with a slide, a high tower, rope bridge, balance beam, bouncing chickens, ball and much more. Good for hours of entertainment. The indoor playground is located next to the Dinercafé & Pancakes. While enjoying a cup of coffee, lunch or dinner, you can keep an eye on your children.
- There is also a heated indoor swimming pool for free.
- For an always funny and enjoyable game of bowling you can use the brand new bowling fascility. Modern white lanes and LED lights give it a distinctive look. The special lighting effects and laser show provide a spectacular game.
- The child-friendly restaurant "Dinercafé & Pancakes" at the indoor playground is open all year round. While sitting at tables, children can have fun in the adjacent indoor playground. For the children are served several menus, including chips, snacks, yummy ice cream, and of course pancakes. There are plenty of coloring pages and crayons for the kids. There are high chairs, baby changing facilities and there is a quiet space available where the little ones can sleep (on reservation).
- When the weather is nice, you can of course eat outside on the terrace at the Regge. You look from the terrace to the dock with the motor ship "Regge Stream", the whisper boats and canoes.

And now up to to the outside, the environment! What lovely river the Regge is. There is a lot to experience on and along gthe water. There is plenty of nature: bulrushes grow luxuriantly, ducks and geese breed on the shores and who are lucky even see a kingfisher.
- Take a river boat trip on the Regge with the electric motor ship "Regge Stream". It is an copy of the Boston Tea party boat, which was very popular around 1850 in England. The comfortable boat can accommodate up to 25 adults. The wooden canopy with mood lighting provides shelter from sun, rain and cold. Refreshing drinks can be served. Or a delicious cup of coffee and raisin bread (krentenwegge), a delicacy from the region. From the water you can enjoy the beautiful flora and fauna. Along the route there are several attractions. So along the road you will see the Pelmolen, a biological farm, a recreational farm with "farmer's golf" and a vineyard. The skipper is a great narrator. The journey takes 45 minutes.
- They also organize culinary cruise tours along the Regge, where you can enjoy various dishes (4- or 5-course).
- A "Tour Reggestreek" is a varied program of 8 - 20 persons which takes about 5 hours. Along the way you can enjoy tasty snacks and drinks, get off the boat for sightseeing or a fun activity. The package can be booked from Monday till Friday.
- Why not rent an electric boat (with an electric motor) and experience the beautiful Regge area? Sail with the electric boat on your own with 4 to 10 km/h on the Regge and discover meanwhile the special and peaceful environment. The boats are easy to handle. The flat-bottomed boats are pretty stable. The canals and the lake are only one meter deep so that the boat also is very suitable for families with children. A pram, buggy or Maxi Cosi can stand on the bottom of the boat. For a more comfortable seat, you can take with you a cushion or a folding chair. They also rent swim jackets for children. Renting an electric boat (per hour) is just super fun!
- You can also rent a canoe and explore the area from a different angle. Paddling slowly towards the fish ladder at Nijverdal you enjoy the silence, the beautiful view over the fields and woods.
- For cyclists, there is a wonderful bicycle lane that follows the winding river through the landscape. There are plenty of routes available at the reception.
- In the vicinity are also many museums, nice markets and beautiful farms.
- In the clean and clear waters of the Regge is a good stock of fine fish. Along the banks you will find several nice fishing spots.

GROUPS
If the reservation concerns a number of persons who must or can be regarded as a group together, the person who makes the reservation must immediately and explicitly state this. The person making the reservation is jointly and severally liable for the fulfillment of all obligations, not only for himself, but for all registered members who are part of his group. Group stays are only possible to a limited extent at the park. Groups must pay a deposit per group upon arrival at the reception for the rented (amount to be determined in mutual consultation).

Several bungalows arelocated at a beautiful rural location on our park and are fully themed. The bungalow is suited for children and babies, has a themed interior and has a seperate location with a beautiful view on grassland with animals.
