The space
The back room is a spacious room for 3 people with lots of light. The room has a spacious double bed of 2 by 1.6 meters with 2 mattresses and 2 duvets. There is also a 1 person bed of 0.8 x 2 meters. There is only one bathroom with shower, so you sometimes have to be patient or arrange something together. The house has all the comforts. You will have the rest of the house and garden along with the other guests for your own use. Everything is available in the large kitchen for self-catering. Both baking & lettuce oil, as well as vinegar is present, further there are all the basic sauces and there is butter in the fridge. The Herb Rack is very complete and of course there is a Pepper Mill and salt. The coffee and tea is included, there are 6 types of tea and 2 types of coffee. There is also a milk frother, but bring your own milk! Of course you will also find the sugar, creamer and sweets in the cupboard! The spacious living room and garden offer a lot of privacy. If you are bad on your feet, pay attention! because there are many ups and downs in this old house, and a very steep staircase to the top. Also the boulders of the terrace are not suitable for high heels! There is a bike to pick up sausage rolls at the bakery.

Next to the house is a spacious driveway with space for 2 cars. The bus to Den Bosch leaves about 800 m from our house and there is an excellent train connection to Den Bosch. It is also possible to cycle from Den Bosch Centraal, a beautiful route through beautiful nature brings you to us in 30 minutes.

We are usually in the neighborhood and live next door to the B&B. So if there is anything, or you want to know something, feel free to ask. Have you forgotten something, toothbrush or razor we always have something in stock. And if we are not there, you can text your question or give us a call!

If you would like to rent bikes, the BBQ or a bag of wood for the fire pit, please inform us in a timely manner. We make sure that everything is ready on arrival.

If the center of Waalwijk is too small, we are exactly between Tilburg, Breda and's-Hertogensbosch. In short: our B&B is wonderful for two or more days of fun. ;-)

As you can see in the title of our listings, we attach great importance to taking care of the environment as best we can. Of course, we cannot do this alone; we expect you as our guest to separate your waste and try to keep your ecological footprint as small as possible together with us.

Our B&B is IN our home and therefore not a private cottage or anything like that. This means, among other things, that we have to take each other into account.

Each room has a queen-size bed and is suitable for 2 adults. Children up to 10 years old may be booked in the room. For a baby, we can add a camping bed. For a larger child, an air bed can be added for a fee of only €10.00.

The Kleine Huuske is a small but complete cottage with us in the garden. You will be sleeping in a cozy bedstee and wake up to birdsong in the morning.
