The B&B consists of three cozy rooms in a traditional workers' home from 1907! Through the private entrance you enter the house, after which you reach the spaces on the second or second floor with the stairs.

Room 1 features a double bed, antique wardrobe, and a table with two chairs and private bathroom with shower and wc. Use can be made of the shared kitchen on the second floor. Finally, this room also has access to a shared roof terrace.

Our Tiny Studio (16m2) with private entrance, is located near Central Station (200 meters) in the city center of Rotterdam. A 5 minute walk will take you directly into the heart of Rotterdam center. The Central Distict has a lot to offer. Nice restaurants and shops, musea and galleries. A perfect stay to explore the city of Rotterdam or Amsterdam by train! If you want to visit IFFR Filmfestival, Art Rotterdam or other festivals events, this is a central place to stay!

The space
The studio is with bathroom and kitchinette|pantry. It is problably the nicest, sweetest and smallest studio (16m2) in the central district. Only 200m from Central Station. It has a private entrance and it is located in the garden of our corner house.

The kitchenette has a nespresso coffee machine, a watercooker, two induction cooking plates, a microwave, a tiny refrigerator and a hand held blender.

To save space, we have a Hemnes Ikea sofa bed. It is a sofa bed with two good new mattresses. Within 3 actions, the bed is ready for use. (Everything has already been put up and is in the drawers of the sofa bed (couch)).

The Tiny Studio is seperate, private entrance from the street around the corner. De garden is the not for use. Guests can use the 2 chairs at the street bewteen the pots and plants next to our house, or for a picknick at the Singel.

The studio is a separate building with direct and private entrance. It is like a hotelroom, but without a lobby. However with a kitchinette allowing you to warm up food or cook simple meals. The space is all yours. You do not have to share services with others.

The tiny studio is 16m2. The studio has a sleeping couch (Hemnes Ikea), a table and 2 chairs, a closet and kitchenette. The bathroom/toilet is separate. As you can see on the pictures: the nicest, sweetest tiny studio of the Central District Rotterdam!

Basic products such as sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil are available. Welcome coffee and thee is also available.

- Non-smokers are preferred as our entire property including garden is non -smoking area. Smoking is possible at the street in the front of the studio please.

- We need quiet guests as the room is in a residential area. Just like home we expect you to respect the location and the neighbors.

The summer house is a little, comfortable and clean place right near the beach, boulevard, restaurants and shops. There is a new kitchen with all new and necessary equipment. There is a combi oven/microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and a washing machine. The television has all the Dutch channels and some international channels. On the first floor there is a double bed (160cmx200cm), bathroom, toilet, a closet and airconditioning.

The space
This summer house is located in the middle of Noordwijk aan zee. The beach, lighthouse, restaurants and the boulevard are only 100 meters away. Literally everything you need is on walking distance.

Amsterdam Airport is only 25 minutes away and Amsterdam city center is only 40 minutes by car.

This house has been renovated during spring 2019. This place is NON Smoking!

In this area there is paid parking only. We have a parking permit available which allows you to park at the “Wantveld”, a 2 minute walk.

Furthermore, you can also use the cozy living room and kitchen on the ground floor. Also there is a garden available. The forest is within walking distance and the beach is 4 km away. Furthermore, you will be in The Hague, Rotterdam and Delft within 30 minutes.

This beautiful summer house is located in the characteristic old south of Katwijk by the sea and within walking distance of the dunes, beach, the center of Katwijk, the bus stop (including The Hague, Leiden) and a few minutes drive to Soldaat van Oranje
A lovely place to be able to enjoy everything Katwijk and the surrounding area has to offer.

Comfortable double room in the historical centre of Gouda within walking distance of the central square, public transport and parking (Klein Amerika). The room is on the top floor overlooking a calm pedestrian zone. No breakfast service included but there is a spacious kitchen and a dining room or a leafy outside area.

The staircase is fit for able bodied persons but may be challenging for guests less mobile.
