Location is perfect, very near to the bus stop and only a 10 minute walk / 5 minutes on our free bike to the city center. and only 5 minutes walk to the park (Noorderplantsoen)

The Schilderbuurt area is a very popular area, it is also very quiet and close to the city center. It is located close to bars and shops.
The Schilderswijk is not touristic but always vivid.
The parc (Noorderplantsoen is very nearby)

Bus stop is only around the corner
(if I am available it is possible to pick you up from the train / bus station)
You will make it on the highway in just a couple of minutes.

The apartment is very spacious (45 m2), it is wonderfully designed with excellent use of space making it feel much larger then the photos suggest.

Beautiful apartment on the water.

Wonderful studio near the center
This wonderfully stylish studio (45 m2) is located on the ground floor.

It is beautifully centrally but also very quietly located in the Schildersbuurt of Groningen, directly on the Reitdiep.

This spacious apartment has a kitchen, private bathroom with washing machine, and a separate toilet. The studio is fully furnished. It has a spacious double bed (160x200) or 2 twin beds (80x200). Wifi and digital TV, DVD and audio are also available.

You can use the communal garden / jetty, but also the boat on the water.

Nespresso machine, milk frother and kettle are of course available.

There are 2 beautiful bikes available for free and there is a sloop that can be used in the summer months for a trip through the canals of Groningen (01 may till 01 oct).

I welcome you to my house, which is located in a suburb of Groningen. It is therefore wonderfully quiet.
The room is on the second floor and is suitable for max. 2 persons. My house is non-smoking.
The cozy room has a double bed and faces south.

Breakfast can be booked for €12,-. Please let me know when you make your reservation.

Easy to reach by car and public transport.

The room is in my residence on the second floor. It is a nice room with a double bed of 140 wide. There is a kettle in the room, with coffee and tea.

Our studio is in our backyard of our home but has his own entrance.The studio is designed and furnished in such a way that you don't lack anything. In the garden there are comfortable chairs and a table where you can relax with a newspaper or a book.

Close to the center and the "Grote markt", 10 minutes walk. Near the Central Train Station and of course near the pubs.

In the backyard of the Sterrebos is the new nature-inclusive district of English Park. Peace and greenery in town. A maximum of 10-minute walk from Europapark station and a 20-minute walk from central station. Bus stop and shops/supermarket within a 5-minute walk.

StayRosy is located in the heart of Groningen city, a 15-minute walk from the Martinitoren.

The quiet, green and stylish neighborhood is characterized by the architecture of 'The Amsterdam School' of the 1930s (protected cityscape).

The entire property is for guests only.

In the spacious bedroom (18 m2) there is a king size bed and a sitting/working area with table and chairs.

Two French doors give access to a long south-facing balcony. The balcony has a seating area and gives, among other things, a view of courtyard gardens and the Martinitoren in the city center.

The bathroom has a bathtub, a separate shower and a sink. There is a private toilet in the hall.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

The accommodation is easily accessible by public transport (a bus every 10 minutes).

From the main station, take bus 3 or 4 (Zaagmuldersbrug stop) or bus 10 (Floresplein stop).


PARKING

The "Circus" parking garage (Korreweg 9, 9715 AA) is within 10 minutes walking distance and costs €12 per 24 hours.

In Groningen, also in our neighborhood, you can park publicly on the street. You will be charged €4.50 per hour during the day.

P+R Kardinge (Kardingerplein, 9735 AA) has 780 parking spaces with plenty of charging points for electric cars. Every 6 minutes, bus 3 and 4 runs to bus stop Zaagmuldersbrug at our corner. The ride takes 3 minutes and costs €1.47 (OV-chip card or debit card).

On the outskirts of the district 10 minutes walk is an industrial area on the corner Korreweg-Ulgersmaweg (9731 BR) where you can park for free all day. By car, you have to drive around for 10 minutes because the car bridge is under repair.

After a 7-minute walk you are on the city beach. This beach of over 4,000 m2 is a large public attraction in the summer months.

In addition, it is a good location for sporting events such as a beach volleyball tournament, boat cam trainings and the Frisbee City League.


NOORDERPLANTSOEN

A 12-minute walk will take you to Noorderplantsoen. This park developed from sand back, via city whale and decent garden to a place where young and old meet and enjoy art and culture.

With nice weather you can lie in the grass on the pond banks, lined by beautiful special trees.

At the end of August it is the location for Noorderzon, a major festival with theatre, dance and music.


THE ISLAND OF SCHIERMONNIKOOG

A day trip to the beautiful and quiet Wadden Island of Schiermonnikoog is well worthwhile. Go by bus or car to Lauwersoog and get on the boat there.

My house is located in a quiet, green street near the Noorderplantsoen, 5 to 10 minutes walk from the city center. There is a large supermarket around the corner.

I like to share my house with friendly people who want to visit Groningen for a few days.

The space
The attic room I offer has a good 2p bed (a box spring of 1.40) and its own large roof terrace from where you can see the A-tower, Martini tower and the trees of the garden. The simple bathroom with shower and toilet will be shared with me when I get there.

There may be another large 1p room available and a small room with a sofa bed. You can use the kitchen for coffee and tea and I can provide a simple breakfast.
