The space
Our 420-square-foot studio suite comfortably accommodates two guests. The suite features a plush king bed, a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, and a private balcony offering stunning mountain or ocean views. The tropical-themed décor creates a relaxing island ambiance.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the resort's amenities, including multiple swimming pools, a full-service spa, two championship golf courses, tennis courts, and a mile-long private beach. The resort also offers various dining options, from casual to fine dining, and the 5 o'Clock Somewhere Bar for signature cocktails.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in.

A valid government-issued ID and a major credit card matching the primary guest's name are required at check-in. A security deposit may be due at check-in and will be released upon check-out; it may take several business days to reflect in your account.

Pets are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited within resort buildings; designated smoking areas are available. Violations of the smoking policy may incur a fee.

Special requests are subject to availability at check-in and may incur additional charges. Late check-outs may be available for a fee, subject to room availability and occupancy levels; please inquire with the front desk 24 hours prior to departure.

The property is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort. Please note, on-site parking may be limited; one vehicle is permitted per reservation. The resort may be unable to provide parking for boats or trailers.

The resort may charge your credit card for any violations of its rules and regulations, including but not limited to smoking and pet policies, and any damages caused by you or your guests. Violations may result in additional fines and penalties, including removal from the premises without a refund.

To finalize your reservation, please provide the guest's name, address, phone number, and email within 48 hours of booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
