The Master bedroom is located on the highest level of the villa where you can appreciate the best view to the ocean. It has a walk-in closet, living room with amazing views from the balcony- El Yunque Rain Forest from one side and the ocean from the other side. The master bathroom is delightful! ...Granite and Travertine tiles, and an open shower for a relaxing shower after a fun filled day. On the Main floor, you will find a large sitting area and a balcony with a view. This level has one large bedroom with king bed, kitchen, dining room, den with full entertainment for the family. The east side of this floor has a huge terrace overlooking the ocean, village and El Yunque rain forest this terrace/outdoor den with full kitchen, bar and BBQ area. This level is great for entertaining.

The main living area of the villa is intelligently designed to appreciate the beautiful view of the ocean and the mountains. Here you will find a large living room with a comfortable leather sectional sofa, a dining room which sits eight, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and and stainless steel appliances. This floor also has an ample balcony and a sitting room area to enjoy the ocean view.

There are 5 bedrooms located on the lower level of the villa. All rooms are private, quite ample and each has a bathroom . Again, wisely designed to offer more privacy and comfort to everybody in the family.

Villa has many stairs and high balconies and may not be suitable for children under 3 years of age.

The pool level is large area with plenty of seating and an in pool ledge for sun bathers to enjoy. Also on this area is a full bath with both indoor and outdoor showers.
