It is located just steps from the beach and pool. Our apartment features awesome amenities to give you a perfect stay! It is surrounded by a wonderful community, upscale beach condos, and miles of beautiful beach, and it’s just a few minutes away from several local restaurants, beach bars, pharmacies, and mini-marts. Major supermarkets, outlet malls, and fast food joints are a 5-10 minute drive from the community.

The Space:
This apartment features (3) bedrooms that has one King bed, Queen bed and two twin beds, accomodating 6 people comfortably.

Our place includes a fully equipped kitchen, dinning area, living room and patio.

- This includes access to the pool!

- The apartment is located on a first floor. You must go down a flight of stairs to arrive to the apartment!

- It is also equipped with air conditioners in every room, internet access, and a SmartTV with Netflix in the living room.

- There's no cable in the unit but the internet works perfectly.

- A big plus is that we have a washer/dryer in the apartment for our guests to use.

- Guests have access to all of the resort amenities in the condo complex, including several pools, tennis courts, clubhouse, and kids swings.

Master bedroom: Private bathroom for your ultimate convenience and comfort. Queen bed. Pool and balcony views.

2nd bedroom: Comfortable queen bed with natural light and blackout windows, perfect for sleeping late.

And there is a beautiful patio where you can get relax and enjoy time on your trip!

We only provide basic toiletries such as 2 toilet paper per bathroom, 1-2 towel papers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If there’s something extra that you need we encourage you to bring your own.

The reservation includes one paper towel rolls and 2 rolls per bathroom! If you need anyone there are local pharmacies or supermarkets nearby.

Guest Access:
We are very proud of the high standard of security in this condo complex, which makes it one of the top family-friendly places in the area. The entire complex is gated, and all residents/visitors must be identified at the guardhouse to enter.

There are 2 assigned parking spaces per unit!

One of the conveniences we have is that you won't need a key. We have an electric lock. Once you check in into the unit.

There are several supermarkets between the airport and Palmas del Mar, but the most convenient is the 24/7 Walmart Supercenter. There is also a mini-mart in Palmanova complex.

Other Things to Note:
A $200 refundable security deposit is required as a protection against any potential damage. Our team will contact you after your booking is confirmed to arrange the payment. Deposit is released within 7 days post-checkout if no damage occurs.

It is separatly located upstairs from our 'Flamboyan unit' with Homeaway.com/954690. The two units share the same lobby area, but are completely separated with their own entrance doors. 'Palm' studio equips with a king size bed, a spacious loft with two twin size mattresses and a large bathroom, perfect for romantic getaways, or families with children. The property features two spacious balconies, one with uninterrupted ocean view and patio furniture, the other with a barbecue grill. 'Palm' studio has a small but well equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, a 55' cable TV, a split-unit air conditioner, washer/dryer, dinning table for four, a sofa, and high-speed internet.

Palmanova Village is located on the top of a hill next to the Palmanova Plaza in Palmas del Mar. Beutifull views from the nature surrounded porch.Very good floor plan .Good location from the parking and good walking distance location to all the área amenities. Its a very quiet development.Palmas del Mar is a complete develoment.There a more than 3000 acres.We have schools , bank,restaurants,beach,yacht club,golf courses,hotels,tennis complex,walking trail,forest,bycicle trails,fishing,lakes,etc.When you stay here,its more than just a room,its a house with outside space for activities.
