It is located just steps from the beach and pool. Our apartment features awesome amenities to give you a perfect stay! It is surrounded by a wonderful community, upscale beach condos, and miles of beautiful beach, and it’s just a few minutes away from several local restaurants, beach bars, pharmacies, and mini-marts. Major supermarkets, outlet malls, and fast food joints are a 5-10 minute drive from the community.

The Space:
This apartment features (3) bedrooms that has one King bed, Queen bed and two twin beds, accomodating 6 people comfortably.

Our place includes a fully equipped kitchen, dinning area, living room and patio.

- This includes access to the pool!

- The apartment is located on a first floor. You must go down a flight of stairs to arrive to the apartment!

- It is also equipped with air conditioners in every room, internet access, and a SmartTV with Netflix in the living room.

- There's no cable in the unit but the internet works perfectly.

- A big plus is that we have a washer/dryer in the apartment for our guests to use.

- Guests have access to all of the resort amenities in the condo complex, including several pools, tennis courts, clubhouse, and kids swings.

2nd bedroom: Comfortable queen bed with natural light and blackout windows, perfect for sleeping late.

We only provide basic toiletries such as 2 toilet paper per bathroom, 1-2 towel papers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If there’s something extra that you need we encourage you to bring your own.

The reservation includes one paper towel rolls and 2 rolls per bathroom! If you need anyone there are local pharmacies or supermarkets nearby.

Guest Access:
We are very proud of the high standard of security in this condo complex, which makes it one of the top family-friendly places in the area. The entire complex is gated, and all residents/visitors must be identified at the guardhouse to enter.

There are 2 assigned parking spaces per unit!

One of the conveniences we have is that you won't need a key. We have an electric lock. Once you check in into the unit.

There are several supermarkets between the airport and Palmas del Mar, but the most convenient is the 24/7 Walmart Supercenter. There is also a mini-mart in Palmanova complex.

Other Things to Note:
A $200 refundable security deposit is required as a protection against any potential damage. Our team will contact you after your booking is confirmed to arrange the payment. Deposit is released within 7 days post-checkout if no damage occurs.

It is separatly located upstairs from our 'Flamboyan unit' with Homeaway.com/954690. The two units share the same lobby area, but are completely separated with their own entrance doors. 'Palm' studio equips with a king size bed, a spacious loft with two twin size mattresses and a large bathroom, perfect for romantic getaways, or families with children. The property features two spacious balconies, one with uninterrupted ocean view and patio furniture, the other with a barbecue grill. 'Palm' studio has a small but well equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, a 55' cable TV, a split-unit air conditioner, washer/dryer, dinning table for four, a sofa, and high-speed internet.

Palmanova Village is located on the top of a hill next to the Palmanova Plaza in Palmas del Mar. Its a very quiet development.Palmas del Mar is a complete develoment.There a more than 3000 acres.We have schools , bank,restaurants,beach,yacht club,golf courses,hotels,tennis complex,walking trail,forest,bycicle trails,fishing,lakes,etc.When you stay here,its more than just a room,its a house with outside space for activities.

My apartment is a little slice of heaven! It is literally only a few steps to the beach! The bedroom & living room both have gorgeous views & open up to the porch. The porch has a counter running its entire length where we eat most of our meals listening to the ebb and flow of the tide & watching the waves crash, the pelicans dive for fish, & the iguanas climb the palm trees. We marvel at the occaisional surfers & kiteboard & wind surfers as the fly over the waves. At night the moon shines on the water creating a liquid silver effect which is stunning! It is located on the 2nd floor of a small 3 floor building & is very private. There is 1 master bedroom however 6 to 7 people can easily sleep very comfortably in both the loft/entrance area & on the huge U shaped living room couch. There are 2 large smart TVs with sound bars, 2 bikes/helmets/air pumps, lots of beach chairs & beach towels, & a fully equipped kitchen.The entire apartment is yours during your stay. There is a pool for the beach village members that you will have access to that is a 2 minute walk from your door. The Palmas Del Mar Resort is a gated community where many successful Puerto Ricans live or have a weekend place, where many people from the states choose to live & retire or work remotely & where many tourists come to relax and explore the beautiful island. The resort has several restaurants, a grocery store, 2 golf courses, a tennis center, a fitness center, a country club, many pools (one of which you'll have a key to) & a beautiful beach! You walk down the steps from the apartment and you are AT the beach!

Our villa is located in Palmas del Mar, a 2,750 acre gated community 42 miles east of San Juan or a 50 minute drive from the airport (SJU). Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our fully equipped villa. We are located 100 steps to the beach and situated directly next to the private pool. We have staff on site to care for the villa and can assist you if you should need anything. It's fun to walk or rent a bike to go around the community and enjoy the amenities of Palmas del Mar including 2 award winning championship golf courses, tennis, marina, 4 star restaurants, health club and spa. Palmas del Mar has the Caribbean's largest tennis center with 20 courts and 3 different types of surfaces. Children's park including swings , slides, climbing walls and a skateboard park only a few mins walk away with free access.

Our villa is located right next to the newly renovated private pool and is a 1 minute walk or 100 steps to the beach. Enjoy nearby attractions including; Bio bay, biking and kayaking in the nature preserve, zip lining or hiking in the El Yunque Rainforest, take a day trip to Old San Juan or visit the nearby islands of Vieques, Culebra or Monkey island. You can also visit nearby La Monserrate Beach and Kiosks in Luquillo. This is a fun experience to sample many different local Puerto Rican foods. Ponce, the island's capital, is rich in history and architecture and only 1 hr 45 mins away.

The villa has an en suite master bedroom with a king size orthopedic mattress and a balcony overlooking the golf course. Enjoy your morning cafe con leche on the terrace overlooking the golf course with distant mountain views. This a a great spot to sit and bird or iguana watch in the morning.

The second bedroom can sleep 5 with twin beds and a trundle or 2 twins can be converted to a king with our professional conversion kit. This bedroom has a lovely ocean view and you can hear the surf lulling you to sleep every night. You can also access the outdoor living space from this bedroom. All of the ceilings and doors in the villa are cathedral height giving it an open and airy feel.

The third bedroom is a spacious private loft that can sleep 4 with 2 twins that can be converted to a king and two roll away (cots) beds. There is also a pack and play which can be used as portable crib.

The kitchen is brand new with European style cabinets and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for both small and larger groups. The kitchen has beautiful white stone counter tops and a custom mosaic tile back splash reflecting the colors of the ocean. We have seating for 10 people in the dining area and additional seating outside for 4 on both the front and rear terraces.

The villa is equipped with all the extras for a fun day at the beach. We have body boards, sand toys, sand chairs, coolers, pool noodles, beach bags, beach towels and a beach umbrella.

The villa is fully air conditioned with individually controlled wall units in each room. We rarely need the A/C as the ocean breezes provide wonderful ventilation. The views from this villa are unsurpassed. Sit and enjoy happy hour on the front terrace overlooking the ocean and the island of Vieques.

There is plenty to do right in Palmas but if you desire to leave the property then there are many sites nearby to explore.

There is an additional fee of $25 per guest per night after 6 guests.

The swimming pool has rules and times for use, and the use is limited to up to 6 guests of the villa at a time.

- "The proximity to the beach was unreal - couldn’t get any closer which was perfect, especially with two toddlers. The condo was updated, but could use some TLC. Cracked stairs on the upper level, chipped paint in many of the rooms, etc. However, it did not affect our experience overall. The kitchen and “extras” (beach chairs, golf clubs, laundry supplies, beach and bath towels) were all VERY well stocked. We had to call the property management mid-stay due to a leaky vent, which was promptly tended to and fixed by maintenance. We had a wonderful time and we would definitely go back in the future!"

The apartment is the top floor of a Spanish-style villa, with private external access. It was refurbished completely in August 2021, in a clean, Spanish revivalist design, with all the modern comforts and facilities you'd expect (including 400MBS wifi and modern air conditioning).

The stylish master bedroom, with king-sized bed and comfy linen, has a walk-in closet. Wake up looking out over El Yunque, there's a lovely balcony ideal for breakfast. The brand-new bathroom has a hot-tub / shower, and there's a walk-in wardrobe to store everything.

There's a separate wood-floored study, with comfy lazyboy, work desk and office chair.

The private rooftop terrace has a shaded dining table for up to 6 people, recliner with umbrella, and an elevated table with stools, perfect for sipping cocktails looking out over the landscaped gardens. There's a barbeque and a washing machine also. The pergola with its twinkling lights completes the romantic atmosphere.

In addition to the barbecue, the kitchenette is well-equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, 2 hob rings and a full compliment of crockery and glassware.

Also if you are into bird watching, afternoons are a full delight with parrots and a few other species.

- "We enjoyed our time at this condo. The kids loved sharing a room (we were traveling with friends with similar aged kids). The beach is right across the street but unfortunately the waves are rougher and there was a lot of seaweed so it wasn't very usable. The pool was very close walk and nice but VERY warm so almost not refreshing (we traveled in June during a heat wave). We enjoyed the trail that is near the church and checking out some of the views from various areas. There was a farmer's market on Saturday near the school which had some vendors food and souvenirs. The host was very responsive and the kitchen had everything we needed.We cooked dinner every night were were there. Tennis courts were close but expensive to take 9 people (I think it was 25/hour per person). The hotel was a short walk for coffee/lattes in the lobby. Parking was easy. 2nd cars were able to park at the hotel for a small nightly fee (I think $5/night). The laundry was great, we were able to go home with most of our clothes clean! Lots of beach chairs and beach towels. We made day drips to Luquillo for a swimmable beach (go during a week day though, weekends were busy!) and Hacienda Munoz for the coffee farm. (don't use the address on their website) Had a great long weekend here! You can do grocery pick up from Walmart on your way in in Humacao.. just a warning it's a bit crazy so pick up is the way to go!"

The place felt safe due to 24 hour guards who where very pleasant and professional. I would come back and stay again" - "My Family and I just spent four nights in this condo and it was very nice and relaxing. The balcony area was super nice and big and with a great view of the pool and the beach. The beach is walking distance from the condo which was super convenient for us to walk to with a toddler. The beach in this are is nice but with stronger waves but we still enjoyed it very much. What I wasn't very happy with was the microwave, it was filthy but I had clorox wipes I brought with me and cleaned it myself. Also, the bed in the master bedroom is not the best if you are one of those people that like a soft bed. The condo has restaurants 6 minutes away and a little convenient store so you don't have to leave the area. It is a very cute gated community!"

The master bedroom is located on the main level of the villa.

The master bedroom, located in the main level of the villa, features a queen bed and a private terrace with 2 chairs and spectacular views. It offers a closet and an ensuite bathroom with tub. The two additional bedrooms are located on the second level of the property and they share a full bathroom. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds.

KITCHEN

Fairway Breeze Villa has a simple yet fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. It has a fridge with a freezer, microwave oven, oven, toaster, dishwasher, stove and a coffee maker. The kitchen is fully supplied and equipped with all the dinnerware and cooking ware needed for an extended stay. West Indies Vacation Rentals always ensures that guests have fresh dish soap and dish sponges for their stay.

GETTING AROUND

You will need to rent a car while staying at Fairway Breeze Villa to move in and out of the resort. There are also many activities within a 30-minute drive, which you will not want to miss out on. The villa includes one assigned parking spot. Ubers and taxis are not available in this area. Fairway Breeze Villa is about an hour from the San Juan airport.

LOCATION

Fairway Breeze Villa enjoys one of the most coveted locations within Palmas del Mar, Puerto Rico. Guests can walk to the beach and the community pool. The rest of Palmas del Mar's amenities are easily accessible by Golf Cart, which can be rented at Palmas del Mar. These include golf, tennis, a wide array of dining options, and various access points to the mile-long beach, marina, surfing, and mountain biking.

There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites:

Golf at one of Palmas del Mar's two 18-hole Golf Courses. Tee times can be booked over the phone.

Tennis at the Palmas del Mar Athletic Club with 20 courts that include artificial grass, Har-Tru Clay, and hard courts.

Lunch or dinner at La Pescaderia, an oceanfront restaurant by the marina with some of the best seafood on the island.

Explore the El Yunque Rainforest. El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship.

Chill at the beach! It is within walking distance, is a mile-long, and has a great beachfront grill!

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. AMENITIES

West Indies strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.
West Indies provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, and 1 dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated and you will be expelled from the property.
Building quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep noise levels down during these hours out of respect to the neighbors.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
Maximum occupancy of 6 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors.
Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

The West Indies Vacation Rental staff is eager to ensure everything about your vacation is 5-stars. We will share recommendations on things to do and places to eat prior to your arrival and we are available to provide suggestions for any other activities you may be interested in doing during your trip. Most importantly, you will have a dedicated Property Manager to resolve any issues that may arise during your stay. We want to make your experience the best it can be!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. We offer one-bedroom with a bunker bed Full size that fits comfortably 4 people. It is a space we have designated as an apartment in the back of a house, thus you’ll have access to the spacious backyard. It has a small kitchen with a two-burner portable propane gas stove. It is centrally located 2 mins. from main avenue #30. Pharmacy, mall, fast foods, and beaches are all within 3 to 30 minutes. Pets are welcome, no extra fee.

The space
You will have a private entrance to the apartment. It has a small kitchen, with a mini fridge, microwave, and small gas stove. We provide all utensils, pots and pans, and everything basic to use in the kitchen.

Guest access
You can park in front of the house, if there is space available. If there is no space in front, you can park at the other side of the road in front of the house.

The apartment has air conditioning for your enjoyment. We only ask our kind guests to turn it OFF when not in the room or the apartment. We kindly appreciate it.
