Welcome to Casa del Sol! This newly constructed ground floor unit in Bayamon was built to provide optimal comfort while you`re away from home. It`s located in a quiet neighborhood within a short distance from anything you might need. It is located one minute from the main road that crosses the island from east to west giving access to some of Puerto`s Rico`s most beautiful beaches.
Unit A has it`s own separate entrance and is detached from Unit B by a 10` driveway.

We offer two spacious air conditioned bedrooms, a large 50` screen Roku TV, new kitchen, open concept living room/ dining room and a beautiful, large bathroom. Perfect for a stay with the family. This apartment is also wheelchair friendly containing no steps, 36` doors, 48` hallways, and a large marble shower.

We were slightly confused about the entrance, but we later figured out that we only have the back portion of the house. Best thing about Levittown is that is an Urbanization Area in Toa Baja County, that can be considerate as its own county since it posses all the qualities. Best spots: Lemy Bakery (softer bread ever!), Kampestre Rest. for local dishes, Cano's Pizza. Also, The Boulevard Avenue has the best spots for weekend hang outs, no need to get out of the zone! Just walk and explore every little "chinchorrito" while grabbing a beer!

Getting Around:
There is easy car access and parking in Levittown, so is up to you if you want to do your walk or commute in car. There's the Trolly that goes around the area, small public cars or the AMA for public transportation, but takes you a lot time for commuting ( I recommend Uber in any case). From the house you have the #165 (To San Juan or to Dorado) or #167 (To Bayamon), both take you out of Levittown.

Sunset Studio was created with the idea of a bright and cozy place to wake up to a beautiful morning and have a good breakfast outside in the deck or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset and enjoy listening to the ocean's wave music. In a quiet neighborhood with quick access to cover all your needs, this studio is our second home to recharge our energy and goods vibes.

Guest will access throughout the white gate and walk upstairs to their studio.

The Neighborhood:
Very quiet neighborhood, where we are close friends with neighbors for a long period of 20 years and counting. You have nearby grocery stores, supermarkets, Rio Hondo Mall, restaurants (various type of food), bakery, fast food, gas stations, banks, police station, firefighter station, Laundromat, Hospital, Bars, gyms, Punta Salinas Beach, Barcardi Destillary, 15 mins to Casino and much more.

Getting Around:
I highly recommend renting a car or use Uber for transportation. There are many places to walk around, but public transportation is very limited and usually hardly on time.

Other Things to Note:
Access is with a door code given upon the day of check-in. The first-floor private garage is not for use of any guest. Only for owners. Noise should be kept on the 2nd floor, as the first floor is another apartment, which guests can be disturbed by outside noise.

By the way and although not mentioned in property description, they have wonderful restaurants and bars all within a 3-5 minute walk from your doorstep. Cozy studio designed with a rustic style and fully equipped. Located in a 2nd floor, it has a private terrace with a great breeze and sound of the ocean's waves. The area is very centric for any type of entertainment around the Boulevard Avenue. You will have to drive 3 minutes to the main entrance of the Punta Salina Beach.

Guest Access:
Guest will have one parking space on the red zone in the front right side of the house, with access to the property through the white gate. First door (#1) up the stairs is the entrance to the Rustic Studio.

The Neighborhood:
We have been living in this property for more than 20 years and we are friends with all our neighbors! very quiet and relaxing!

Getting Around:
Recommended to drive by car or uber, area is walkable for common bars, bakery and others.

Other Things to Note:
Please allow the other studio next door to enjoy the deck area and keep yourself to your private terrace.
