The 4 ACs were the best part as it cooled the rooms down within few mins. There are local vendors and food places within 30 min drive, in case you feel the need to shop or eat. Obviously if you need more choices, you can always head down down to other towns or san juan but we loved the local flavors. The owner(Rafael) was super responsive. We had two issues with parking spot and door pin not working. But all was sorted out with little help from Rafael. Overall we had a calm and relaxing stay. We definately would come back again."

Major supermarkets, outlet malls, and fast food joints are a 5-10 minute drive from the complex.

The Space:
Our place is equipped with:

- A fully stocked kitchen,
- Air conditioners in every room,
- Ceiling fans in the living room,
- Internet access, and a SmartTV with Netflix and.
- A DVD player for your entertainment in the living room and master bedroom as well.
- There's no cable in the unit but the internet works perfectly.
- We also provide an electric BBQ, perfect for cooking on the balcony or in the gazebo.
- A big plus is that we have a washer/dryer in the apartment for our guests to use.
- Guests have access to all of the resort amenities in the condo complex, including the pool basketball courts, tennis courts, clubhouse, volleyball court, and kids swings.

Master bedroom: Spacious queen-sized bed, your own 32-inch smart TV, and a private bathroom for your ultimate convenience and comfort.

There are two bathrooms and we provide basic toiletries such as toilet paper, towel paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If there’s something extra that you need we encourage you to bring your own.

Guest Access:
The complex requires wristbands to be worn when using the resort facilities. All guests must have a bracelet issued by the condo to use the facilities.

Please provide the names of everyone in your group in advance so we can have the bracelets ready for you. The resort fee is $12 per guest and must be paid at check-in (one-time fee).

The condo management is now strictly enforcing a maximum of 8 (Eight) people per condo - including babies and kids. This means that if you already have (8) people in your group, you can not invite friends or family to the resort.

If you will bring an additional person as a 9th guest, you can ask if is possible and we will confirm you the availability. (Bracelet fee is not included with Airbnb payment) Will send a payment request.

Condo management has a "no exceptions" policy - so please do not book this condo if you have more than (9) guests or if vacation plans involve inviting local friends or family to the condo. All guest/visitors names should be submitted 48 hours before arrival. If the condo administration asks you to vacate the condo for not following the rules - there will be no refund.

IMPORTANT:

** Pools are open daily from 8 am thru 11:30 pm. Water fixtures such as slide and water cañons are only open on the weekends.

** We only provide basic toiletries such as toilet paper, towel paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If there’s something extra that you need we encourage you to bring your own.

** We are very proud of the high-security standard in this condo complex, making it one of the top family-friendly places in the area.

** The entire complex is gated, and all residents must be identified at the guardhouse in order to enter. We have a STRICT NO VISITOR POLICY. We will be needing the names of all the guests staying at the property 48 hrs prior check in.

** Due to the HOA regulations no extra guests are allowed after check in nor names can be exchanged after check in.

** There are (2) assigned parking spaces per unit- so whether you rent one large van or several, you'll always find your own parking space.

** The unit is located on a 2ND FLOOR. There are a flight of stairs to access the apartment!

** There are several supermarkets between the airport and Aquatika, but the most convenient is the 24/7 Walmart Supercenter at the intersection of Rt. 3 and Rt 188 on your way to Aquatika.

Important: A $200 refundable security deposit is required as a protection against any potential damage. Our team will contact you after your booking is confirmed to arrange the payment. Deposit is released within 7 days post-checkout if no damage occurs.

Power and water outages are extremely common on the island and may last from a few minutes to a few hours.

Sometimes the power goes once a week or sometimes once a month, it’s completely out of our control.

* PMI property Management will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption of water or electrical services.

Pools never seemed too crowded, and easy to find some shade at both the pools and beach. Need to bring the beach chairs from the condo to the pool (or beach), but this actually helped the pool decks feel more spacious without extra chairs everywhere. Beach on site was nice, sandy and water this time of year was good for swimming. Facility felt safe secure. Having a car is a must, most places we went were within 30 minutes or so of the facility - rain forest hike, other beaches on the north side, day trip with East Island excursions for snorkeling (wonderful), and time in Old San Juan. We did not walk anywhere from the facility, we found restaurants and food stand type places while we were out and about. Great stay overall!"

The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has another queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second-floor loft has a convertible sofa bed. The condo has internet access (WI-FI). There is also free WI-FI available in the clubhouse that is just a few steps from the condo. There is a TV in the loft area equipped with "Chromecast" to allow you to stream online channels from your computer or mobile device. We have toys for the kids, including mini golf clubs and most of the beach accessories (based on availability) you will need for a beach trip. Air Conditioning is available throughout the whole condo along with ceiling fans. But please be mindful of Puerto Rico's fragile energy grid and high energy costs.

The community has very high security standards. The entire complex is gated, and all residents/visitors must be identified at the guardhouse prior to entry. There are 3 assigned parking spaces for registered guests - so, you'll always find your own parking space just outside the condo. Guests have access to all resort amenities in the condo complex, including five pools, hot tub, kids’ pool, water slides and even a "lazy river', basketball courts, mini golf, tennis courts, several modern playgrounds, clubhouse, and finally the Beach. The beach area is gated and requires a key (provided) for access. All guests are required to wear bracelets (issued by security) while at the property. Failure to wear the bracelets may result in removal from the complex, without refund.

Prior to arrival, guests receive a digital guidebook with valuable information, ranging from transportation and restaurants to house rules and check-in instructions. The home offers one of the most convenient locations for exploring the best of Puerto Rico. It is within short drive to:

- "Our family enjoyed our stay in Rafael's beautiful penthouse condo. It was just as pictured, very spacious, with great views of the ocean and the mountain/rainforest. The condo was very clean and has a fully stocked kitchen, with a drip coffee machine and expresso machine (they also provided coffee), spices and plenty of drinkware, dinnerware and pots/pans for the nights cooking in. The complex has 5 pools (the main pool is currently under construction, but did not deter from our swimming options) and just steps away from the small private beach. The pools were never crowded during our stay and beach has sand smooth with calm waters. There is a local bar/restaurant that can be accessed from the beach (opened from 3pm-10pm), it was a nice surprise! The hosts had a great with through communication that lead up to our stay, check in was a breeze and the online handy book with check out process, local attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the beach, taking a dip in the pool and gazing at the stars from the rooftop terrace. Just 15 minutes away you can find multiple groceries, an outlet mall with activities like an indoor track, bowling alley, arcade and rock climbing, Walmart and many restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate staying here again!"

There is a house battery that can keep the apartment running (excluding fridge, stove and AC) for about 8 hours and then solar panels to recharge the battery. Owner was in constant contact as we worked through the process. Luckily for us power was back on in less than 24 hours.Overall, this is an excellent home base to explore the island. Stay here, rent a car and drive around to some of the most beautiful beaches and other sites you can find! Highly recommend. "

Our Top level apartment is located at Malibu complex between SJU airport and the Rain Forest in the northeast side of the island. Enter the apartment and enjoy the magnificent oceanfront view. Nothing between you and the ocean.

The area around the apartment complex is mainly residential, but it is a short drive from the community of Piñones, a very popular part of Loíza and known for its local restaurants and nightlife. There are also many restaurants and attractions to explore in the nearby towns of Carolina, Rio Grande, Luquillo, and Fajardo.

Beautiful Beachfront Resort Villa features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with two free assigned parking spaces. Each bedroom is equipped with the best quality of Mattresses, bed sheets, comforter, pillows and air conditioner. My guests will enjoy 600 Mbps of WiFi. The living-room area has two 68" ceiling fans and a 70" LED Smart TV with many apps such as Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime and cable TV with a BOSE Sound Bar that you can also pair with your phone to listen your favorite music. The kitchen features a stainless still fridge with ice-maker, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, microwave and stove; large counter with 2 bar stools alongside a 6 chairs dining area. Our guests have access to the entire Apartment and the use of all the facilities in the complex, including the 2 pools, Tennis courts, basketball court, beach volleyball court, 3 kids playground, Gym, 3 gazebos and private access to the Beach.
Other things to note
Renting a Car is highly recommended to get to restaurants, bars, grocery stores and to move around. UBER, Taxis and public transportation are limited in the area.

Air Conditioning is available throughout the whole condo along with ceiling fans. But please be mindful of Puerto Rico's fragile energy grid and high energy costs and turn off when not in use.

The community has a very high standard of security. The entire complex is gated and all residents/visitors must be identified at the guardhouse prior to entry.

There are 2 assigned parking spaces for registered guests - so, you'll always find your own parking space just outside the condo.

Guests have access to all of the resort amenities in the condo complex, including five pools, hot tub, kiddy pool, water slides and even a "lazy river', basketball courts, mini golf, tennis courts, several playgrounds, clubhouse, and finally the Beach. The beach area is gated and requires a key (provided) for access.

Aquatika Resort Fess are already included. All guests are required to wear bracelets (issued by security) while in property. Failure to wear the bracelets may result in removal from the complex, without refund.

Through our digital guidebook, guests are provided with check-in and access instructions, rules (including community), checkout procedures and additional information about the unit and the community (restaurants, activities, etc.). Our maximum occupancy is 6 guests.. Please be mindful that babies, even newborns, count towards that limit. Guests are not allowed to bring visitors onto the community.

Surrounded by many other beach resorts. 2 pools!!Responsive & informative host. Clear check-in instructions. Easy check in. Assigned parking spot. This unit is closer to parking & main entrance. Security was available when we arrived late in the evening. Security was courteous & came with us to show us the parking spot & lockbox. While security in morning shift understood English, the security in the evening shift wasn't speaking English. But yet we were able to communicate with him & verify our names as in check-in form (Host sends it over to security ahead of stay) .Locked doors & Keyed entry into building adds further security.All rooms have A/C & fans. Lights & Fans got remotes.Beach is few blocks away. Looks like Sea erosion shrunk beach size.It's better to drive into Costamar Beach Village from PR-187 through road adjacent to Mega Fresh store which is wider rather than Calle El Charlie road (narrow in parts). Watch out for speed bumps / potholes. It's in all sizes & many times without any markings in Puerto Rico."

This is our lovely home away from home. Our kids have grown and we would love to rent our apartment to families that will enjoy Aquatika as we do. The complex is perfect for big families traveling to Puerto Rico that want the same accommodations they have home.

The condo is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, air conditioners in every room and in the living room, ceiling fans in the living room, internet access, and a SmartTV with Netflix for your entertainment in the living room and master bedroom as well. There's no cable in the unit but internet works perfect. We also provide an electric BBQ, perfect for cooking in the balcony or even in one of the 7 gazebos throughout the complex. A big plus is that we have a washer/dryer in the apartment for our guests to use. There is also free WI-FI available in the clubhouse which is just a few steps from the condo. Additionally, there is a large-screen TV in the clubhouse for major sporting events that are much more fun when sharing the experience with an enthusiastic local audience. Guests have access to all of the resort amenities in the condo complex, including several pools (5), water slides, 'river pool', basketball courts, tennis courts, clubhouse, mini golf, volleyball court, soccer yard and kids swings.

Master bedroom: Spacious queen sized bed, your own 32-inch smart TV and a private bathroom for your ultimate convenience and comfort.

2nd bedroom: Comfortable queen bed with natural light and blackout windows, perfect for sleeping late.

3rd bedroom: Perfect for kids. Two twin-sized-bunk beds that will fit 4 guests.

Kitchen: L-shaped island with tall stools so families can chat over breakfast. Fully equipped with utensils, plus and oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The ceiling fan is perfect for a nice breeze thought the apartment. We only provide basic toiletries such as toilet paper, towel paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If there’s something extra that you need we encourage you to bring your own.

We are very proud of the high standard of security in this condo complex, which makes it one of the top family-friendly places in the area. The entire complex is gated, and all residents/visitors must be identified at the guardhouse in order to enter. The beach area is gated and locked each evening. Beach gate is open from 5 am to 9 pm.

There are 2 assigned parking spaces per unit- so whether you rent one large van or several couples rent their own cars, you'll always find your own parking space.

The unit is located on a FIRST FLOOR. UNIT 8001 Right in front of the water park.

One of the conveniences we have is that you won't need a key. Once you check in into the unit, we are always available by phone to help with any questions and if there is an issue that needs attention at the condo, we can make arrangements for any maintenance needed. When you leave, you can leave appliances off, so you can go directly to the airport on your way home.

There are several supermarkets between the airport and Aquatika, but the most convenient is the 24/7 Walmart Supercenter at the intersection of Rt. 3 and Rt 188 on your way to Aquatika. There is also a mini-mart just outside of the gate at Aquatika and a Pharmacy down the road by the Villas del Mar complex. Walmart super center is a 15-min drive from Aquatika and is open 24/7.

Renting your own car is highly recommended. Nonetheless if you don't rent a car, there is a flat-rate taxi fare from the airport to Loiza of $100-180 (subject to increase without notice - so check before you get into the taxi). There can be small surcharges for extra luggage or nighttime service from 10pm - 6am, tolls, or more than 5 passengers. If you have any questions, ask the taxi dispatcher who will give you a receipt for the fixed price of the trip before you get into the cab. Tipping is at your discretion but is normally about 10%.
Unfortunately Uber rarely works in the island this is why we highly recommend renting a car.

The condo complex requires wristbands to be worn when using the resort facilities. All guests must have a bracelet issued by the condo to use the facilities.
Please provide the names of everyone in your group in advance so we can have the bracelets ready for you. Resort fee is $10 per guest and must be paid at check-in (one-time fee).

The condo management is now strictly enforcing a maximum of 9 (NINE) people per condo - including babies. This means that if you already have 9 people in your group, you can not invite friends or family to the resort. If you only have 4 people staying in your group, you could invite 5 additional friends/family but would have to get bracelets for them. It must be notified in advance prior check in. **(Bracelet fee is not included with VRBO payment. It must be paid at check in)**

Disclaimer regarding electricity and water

In September 2017 Puerto Rico was directly hit by Hurricane Maria. Unfortunately our power grid has suffered significant damage after the hurricane and over the years. Power and water outages are extremely common in the island and may last from a few minutes to a few hours. Sometimes power goes once a week or sometimes once a month, it’s completely out of our control. Elite Property Management will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption of water or electrical services. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances we will refund consumed nights. By booking this unit we understand that you read all of our listing descriptions and that you are aware of the situation.

The Villas Del Mar Complex has two swimming pools. It's cozy and quiet apartment. Located on the first floor, with controlled access, access to the beach, 2 swimming pools, gym and laundry available in the apartment complex.

Take an early morning stroll on the beach, and then enjoy the breezy nights in our beachside condo. This is a first-floor garden view, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathroom unit. Beach Front property with 2 pools. If you prefer to stay in, enjoy every amenity found at home. We do not stack bookings. Check-in/out is flexible when available! We travel for work and rent our condo when we are not here. Carbon Monoxide detection, yes. Military discounts! We offer deep discounts once a month.

The space
Check the price for your dates as we are around $100 a night no matter what it shows! Starting 2025, the HOA bills me 100$ per guest and the PM charges me $50 per visit. That is a fee we must pass to you to stay in our home. Sorry but I cannot pay that and pay the lights, water, wifi, cable, mortgage, HOA fees, and HOA insurance. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen; with everything you need to make home cooked meals. We also provide beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers for your refreshments. A new full sized washer and dryer (the dryer is out of order. We are STILL waiting on a part to arrive. There is a Laundromat dryer available on the compound, and we a drying rack is also available inside the apartment, and all rooms come with their own A/C unit and ceiling fans. The bed arrangements are: Master bedroom (1 queen bed); second bedroom (2 twin beds and 1 Full bed.)

If you enjoy cooking, we have the amenities available like a new Instapot, an Air fryer, a blender, tipsy drinking supplies :) tea-time sets, and holiday baking sets. If you love the beach, we have beach chairs for kids, towels, a blanket, beach shoes, and for the adults snorkels!

If you prefer to stay inside and relax a little, we have brand-new Smart TVs in all rooms, plus Wi-Fi for you to keep in touch with your loved ones. There is a backup laptop charger, a desk with a monitor, kids' games, and a small inverter generator. This apartment comes with everything you need to have an amazing experience on our beautiful island. We ask that you please take care of our home. We also guarantee our cleaning. If you have an issue, we will resend our cleaners to you to correct any issues you might have. A signed Registration Form is required to stay in our condo. The HOA charges owners $100 dollars a visit as of 4.1.205. We are no longer able to waive the fees.

Guest access
REGISTRATION is required to enter our condo, it must be signed and returned. The HOA and the House Rule Guide must be reviewed and acknowledged to enter the property. The guard is contacted 24 hours in advance of your arrival. Name and number is provided upon entrance. Anyone arriving is to check in with the guard gate. Names must be provided before arrival. 18 and over must provide ID.
There is a 100$ fee after 6 people, 7 or more is a 300$ per night fee each person. We DO NOT allow over 6 people in our house unless you call and explain first. Exceptions might be allowed. Example- An additional child). However this is NOT a party house! Camera are outside and the guards record! Animals, guided or not, requires a $300 non refundable registration fee plus 300 each pet. $600 dollars is billed through Airbnb before you arrive and paid in full. No exceptions. If we get fined, you get fined $1000 for not registering your dog. As a note, the gate and entry to condo is recorded through CCTV cameras.

Deposits are required for an animal. no exceptions.
If you would like to bring your dog, service or not, there is an additional $300 animal deposit that is non-negotiable nor refundable. This is a home owners association and does not permit certain animals. Please contact me for a list of the dogs allowed. This unit requires a check in/check out acknowledgement message that must be signed to enter into our home. Check in is required at Guard gate. Everyone arriving over 18 must have ID. Names must be provided.
If you bring an animal without registering, it's an automatic HOA fee of 1000$ billed to you through Airbnb. Our HOA has placed a fee onto every Airbnb renter $75 dollars. This can no longer be waived. Fees begin 11.1.24.

This apartment at the first floor on a guesthouse in Piñones counts with individual/private access.

Only registered guests and number of guests listed on your booking are allowed to stay and enjoy the property. All infants and minors are counted as a guests. They should be included and counted in the total sum of guests.

- Pool, gazebos, beach patio and garage. They could be shared with other guests or the host. This apartment is part of a guesthouse consisting of four apartments.
- One parking available in the garage. Vehicles such as pick up trucks, full size and premium SUV will not be able to park in the garage.
- Access to laundry is for reservations of +7 nights.
- Property counts with water tanks and generator in case of emergency.

We always recommend to our guest to RENT A CAR. Specially if you are planning to move around & visit different areas. Is the easiest way of transportation plus you can go on your pace. UBER is an affordable option too for short distances (during weekdays) such as Isla Verde, Old San Juan, Condado, Santurce and/or Carolina.

We look forward to provide you a calm environment at the guesthouse. We are in a small but active area full of local restaurants, beach and surfing spots where locals and tourist come to enjoy.

WE ALWASY RECOMMEND TO RENT A CAR. Specially if you need daily transportation or planning to move around. Take note that in weekends and holidays you find traffic to access the area. UBER is an affordable option (during weekdays) for short distances such as Isla Verde, Old San Juan, Condado, Santurce and/or Carolina. (LIMITED DRIVERS BECAUSE OF PANDEMIC)

Our beach is perfect to sunbathe. Strong currents and swells are common. Our favorites beach spots:
> La Pocita Beach - a natural beach pond protected by the rocks. Just at 15 minutes walk in boardwalk or 2 minutes drive.
> Vacía Talega -a beautiful beach spot prefect for family and kids. Is just 15 minutes drive. In your way you will find couple kiosk such as El Boricua, famous for their alcapurrias and more. Public transportation available in front of the beac too.
> Piñones is also known for beach coves for surfing too, such as Aviones and/or Tocones Beach.
> Isla Verde Beach - one of the bests urban beaches in the word. Just 5 miles from the property. Beachfront bar/restaurants available too.
> Balneario de Carolina - public beach with bathroom, showers and parking area.
