Asked her to refund JUST the first night since a one bedroom wasn’t what we paid for and she suggested we cancel the whole reservation. Obviously wouldn’t do that since I was already there with a young child and my elderly dad. She also didn’t respond until the next day and we didn’t have the right room until after 3pm. "
