- "The neighbors had an argument from 11pm to 1 am one night right outside my window, which was inconveniencing. Other than the windows being transparent in regards to sound because they were shutters instead of glass, it was overall a good stay. There is no Uber in this city so you would HAVE to rent a car or have transportation. Uber will bring you from the airport but they do not operate outside of San Juan really. I liked the seclusion from the noise of the city and easy access to the highway and nearby beach. Would definitely stay there again. "

Kitchen has more utensils, bowls, etc at ur disposal than you would ever need. Located in building 4 is perfect elevation to view ocean, and a short distance from the pool, but not too close. Finally, the “crows nest” as we called it. A perfectly elevated sitting area off the beach patio gives you a beautiful view and angle to just watch the waves roll in."

I think instructions on the location of the property should be a little bit better. The location was very convenient, very close to Mar Chiquita, Vega Baja. It was easily accessible from main roads. The space the magnificent and for the price it was great ! The pool and patio with hammocks were great for leisure. The outdoor showers and bathrooms were great as well. Only suggestion I have is a book with instruction in the home about the home , including the wifi password , how to work the AC and where trash should go. It was easy to extend our check out by a couple hours. Our stay was great and we did not want to leave ! Thank you so much !"

Hello Guests! This is a place located in the heart of Manati. It includes 1 bottle of wine of our choosing to welcome you for the stay. It counts with 30 solar panels and 3 Tesla batteries; ready for any unexpected outages! It is 3 min drive from one of our unique and hidden gems, Mar Chiquita Beach; 7 min drive to Cueva Las Golondrinas Beach/Cave. Additionally, we are close to many other beaches around like: Los Tubos, Puerto Nuevo, La Esperanza Beach and all of them within short drive. 😊

The space
We provide our guests with a private apartment that includes a King size bedroom, Smart TV, work desk, private bathroom and their own living room with a microwave and refrigerator. Apartment has Wifi and two AC units included to cover all areas except for bathroom. Upon exiting the premises, guests can relax on their own private hammock located right outside.

Guest access
Guests have access only to the first floor apartment, their own private garage and the patio shared space area; located outside. We may have other guests staying at the property as well on the second floor, upstairs Airbnb and we would like everyone to respect their own privacy. Guests might share only designated common areas.

Please note that the area does NOT have access to UBER or UBER EATS or any food delivery services since we are located in the local tropical countryside next to beaches.

Please be aware of mosquitoes! We are in the country side and there are mosquitoes everywhere; please know that this is out of our control. No pets in pool area.
There are two sets of stairs to the property.
