This house is located near main highways to go south to Ponce, North to San Juan, East to El Yunque, and west to Aguadilla. We do speak English and have many suggestions on where to go around the island.

This is a private apartment located on the back of the house which gives you plenty of space and private entry. It has a beautiful bathroom, small kitchen, and closet. It's a great spot for two people.

The neighborhood is very peaceful and safe. It is the home of Don Angel, a 96-year-old Korean War Veteran that lives there for over 40 years. The room is a one bedroom apartment that's very spacious and comfortable.

My place is close to the Martinez Nadal Highway for easy travel to the San Juan area and other locations, 14.9 miles south of the Airport (20 minutes drive). You’ll love my place because of the outdoors, surrounded by trees, the family oriented neighborhood.

Once you arrive (SJU) you can rent a car or get an Uber to my place (Inquire about drop pin). You will have the entire upstairs which is a furnished one bedroom apartment with fenced in terrace. One Full size bed, one Twin bed, two rollaway beds. It is equipped with A/C in the bedroom, WIFI, Cable TV. All you need to bring is your clothes and food.

You will be able to enjoy the entire upstairs. Your parking spot is in front of the house by the stairs leading to the apartment. Washer and dryer available downstairs in the back of the house. The town of Guaynabo is only a couple of minutes drive away. There you can find restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets. San Juan Hotels, Casinos, beaches are roughly 20 minutes drive.

There is a market/bar in front of the house. Occasionally they play loud music using a DJ and it gets loud. A Christian Church across the street sometimes put loud speakers outside, it could be noisy, but all is quiet by 10pm. On Sundays we have club APAMA next door, and it plays music from 12 noon to 5pm. There are dogs on property including neighbors. They bark and can get annoying. You can also hear the cars traveling on the main road, some play loud music. Being in the outskirts of the city we are sorrounded by trees, you will experience the presence of bugs like mosquitoes, ants and spiders.

Enjoy San Juan night life, social life, or just relax during your stay. Some of the most visited places are: Old San Juan, La Placita in Santurce, El Yunque National Forest, Fajardo Biobay, Flamenco Beach in the island of Culebra.
