Ceiba is a small coastal town on the eastern side of the island with a laid-back atmosphere and a nature lover's dream. The town is close to the El Yunque National Forest, known for its hiking trails, waterfalls, unique wildlife, and mangroves. A 5-minute drive gets you to Puerto Del Rey Marina, a main hub for boat tours, fishing, and snorkeling.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU), approximately 34 miles (55 kilometers) away. We strongly recommend renting a vehicle for your stay—reach out to us for special perks and discounts! You'll have a designated parking spot just steps from the entrance.

- The condo is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside or outside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $500 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Occupancy and noise limits are strictly enforced. Fines can reach up to $1,000 per violation. Please respect the neighbors.
- Lost keys are a replacement fee of $300.
- Additional charges will be incurred for lost or damaged towels (due to makeup or other stains) and damaged or missing bed sheets.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

Rooms were tidy, ambiance was fresh, beds were soooo comfy...OMG! Places to eat near-by were awesome. We had the gym to ourselves on the 2nd day so we enjoyed it very much. Not a fan of cats (sorry, just dog lover) so I didn't like it much that there were cats out hanging around the patio set. We couldn't go out to enjoy the sun because they were just there. Staring. And it felt creepy. So, we had to leave the door shut. Parking was right in front of the entrance even though we had to use stairs to get to the apartment on the first floor. I thought my knees would resent that but it was ok. I needed the exercise anyway. Didn't get a chance to go to the pool but no worries. Beaches were really close so we had a great time sunbathing there. Weather was also great. Host was always there to help when we needed something so that gave us reassurance and peace of mind."

I will provide the access code for the house the check-in day. You have access to the entire studio suite except the cleaning closet (private). This space is attached to the main house with a locked door between to the two spaces. It is completely private with your own private en suite bathroom and walk in shower.

***We will have two friendly (hypoallergenic) dogs on the property. To maintain a peaceful and stable environment, this property is not suitable for your pets. Be sure to close the gate when you leave the property.

This studio does NOT have a TV. It is meant to be a relaxing getaway to recharge.

We DO have high speed internet if you would like to stream a show on your laptop.

We do NOT have a microwave or refrigerator.

Gorgeous apt with an amazing ocean view from each room and balcony. You will have a wonderful relaxing and confortable time in our apt. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise with coffee in hands its priceless. You won't want to go back to reality.

Had a code of FO Closet door was broken or off the rail Refrigerator had a ‘replace filter’ code and didn’t make any ice Overall nice property which fit the purpose of my stay. "

Local companies and marinas organize guided tours to practice jet skis, deep-sea fishing, horseback riding, four tracks, zip-lines and kayaking, especially at night in the bioluminescent Laguna Grande and much more. Other nearby areas of tourist interest, such as El Yunque National Forest, 15 to 20 minutes from Ceiba, Las Cabezas de San Juan Lighthouse, Luquillo Beach, Seven Seas Beach in Fajardo ..
The property is about 45min. To 1 hour from San Juan airport.

All 3 bedrooms overlook the same ocean, neighboring islands and mountain views. Each bedroom sleeps 2 guests and features AC, blackout shades and storage space.

The master bedroom offers a dreamy queen-size bed. The second & third bedrooms each sleep 2 guests in two twin size beds.

LIVING ROOM

The living room has a flat-screen TV, a cozy sofa bed and ceiling fans. Enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean while letting the tropical breeze bring relaxation to this fabulous space. Enjoying the sunrise on the balcony is a must. Stargazing is also an incredible experience at this location.

You will love the nature views from every room in the villa.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire property and all interior spaces are private and exclusively for their use.

Guests also have access to the community pool, gym and tennis court.

Guests will be able to connect their devices to fast Wi-Fi. Perfect for work travelers and/or movie nights.

Other things to note

Please be aware that the property is located on a second floor. There are no elevators. Guests must climb stairs in order to access the apartment.

Washing and drying machines are available for stays that are 6 nights or more. If your reservation is for 5 nights or less, you may add this amenity for $30.00 per night for the entire stay prior to your check-in. It is not possible to book this amenity for fewer nights than the total of the reservation.
