Our vacation home consists of two full units. From the outside you see one large house. It is actually two seperate units. So you get two units/homes for one price. Each house has a living room, dinning room, recently remodeled kitchen and laundry room. Upstairs is a spacious three bedroom/two bath house which sleeps 8. Downstairs is a two bedroom/two bath house (plus a computer room converted to sleeping area) which sleeps 6. The entrances are separate which ensures privacy. The pool is custom built with a spectacular ocean & mountain view. The pool is UNHEATED, no jacuzzi. There is a large covered terrace and bar-b-que for renters use.

Our home is a hidden paradise on a mountain top. Find peace and tranquility. Go to sleep with the singing of the famous Puerto Rican 'coqui.' Enjoy a spectacular ocean view, custom unheated swimming pool and large yard. This mountain top retreat is private, peaceful, hidden yet only 2 miles from the freeway, largest marina in PR, stores, restaurants and beaches. You can awe at the neighboring islands you'll want to visit (Culebra, Vieques, Icacos, Palominos).

Upstairs is a colorful traditional Mexican style home with high ceilings, hand painted Mexican tiles and rustic furniture. Delight in solid wood furniture throughout the house. Enjoy a 40 foot balcony with a breath taking ocean view. If you enjoy cooking you won't want to leave this spacious kitchen with mahogany cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Last but not least, you'll fight with the others over the guest bedroom with an amazing underwater mural which covers the entire wall and ceiling!

The house downstairs is a modern 2 bed/2 bath plus a computer room converted into an additional sleeping area. There is a full kitchen just remodeled, dining area, living room and laundry room. The bedrooms are 12 foot x12 foot with full length closets and mirror doors.

Enjoy a romantic view of the city lights below from your queen-size bed in your air-conditioned master bedroom. The master bedroom has glass double doors to ensure a view of the full moon over the ocean surface. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, mirror closet, and high ceilings. It also has an attached computer room converted into a sleeping area.

This Non-Smoking house is two miles from Puerto Del Rey marina, ten minutes from Seven Seas Beach, ferries to Culebra and Vieques and 1 hour from the SJ Airport. Luquillo Beach and El Yunque Rainforest are 20 minutes away. There are daily flights from Fajardo to Culebra & Vieques. The Westin Rio Mar and Wyndham El Conquistador Resorts are close by.

The house sits on an acre lot with 6000 sq. ft. grass lawn, palm, banana and mango trees, orchids... The neighbors are sparse so you rarely hear a car go by.

Beautiful Condominium Apartment with Private Rooftop Terrace located in Ceiba, Puerto Rico in a gated community. Our apartment has a beautiful view overseeing the ocean and near by islands such as Culebra and Vieques. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, all with Queen size beds and AC. The master bedroom has a full Master Bathroom. We also have a full kitchen with all the utensils and cookware. There is a laundry room with a wash and dryer. A private balcony with a breathtaking view to the ocean and Vieques Island. Our Private Rooftop Terrace has a seating area, grill, dinning table, and lounge chairs . We offer 2 parking spaces. Please feel free to ask for an early check in, at times we have it available at no additional cost.
Please note we made the following NEW renovations to our apartment, we now added an Air Conditioner to the living room and changed our sofas to a bigger sectional for your comfort.

Apartment Rules:

* No parties allowed. No visitors allowed to stay overnight.

* Smoking is ONLY permitted in the designated area at the terrace where ash trays are available. Please do not litter cigarettes butts. Smoking Illegal drugs / or other substances is strictly prohibited anywhere in the complex. Not obeying can result in someone calling the police and getting arrested.

* Very Important: Please be mindful of Quiet hours from 9pm-7am. Music and loud noises are subject to police intervention or fines by the complex. Any fines incurred will be the responsibility of the guest.

* Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors who are living in the building.

* Children must be supervised, specially at the balcony, terrace area and accompanied using the spiral staircase at all times.

* Please park in assigned parking spaces.

* Help us conserve energy by turning off all appliances when not in the apartment.

* Please Do Not leave any personal items or trash in the hallway or near the building.

* The administration prohibits hanging anything in the balcony rails that is visible from the outside such as wet towels clothes etc. No throwing water from the balcony to the outside of the building.

* Please place garbage bags inside the green dumpster metal bins. Located in the parking area. Please do not leave garbage bags in front of the door, hallway or bottom of the staircase.

* Pool and Gym area is open from 9 am - 9pm. No food, beverage or music is permitted in the pool area. Please wear appropriate attire to the pool.

* Security Guard are constantly checking and patrolling the complex. Please be respectful and follow the rules. Removal
From the complex for not following rules will be subject to a non-refund.

* Please take a moment to check for cleanliness or if something is not working let us know right away. Contact us in advanced if you need extra towels or bed sheets.

The gate security guards gave us a hard time EACH AND EVERY TIME we tried to enter the premises saying that we were not registered on the property for our stay. They always said they had to call the owner to verify if we could come in. Same problem happened even if we just went out for dinner and attempted to re-enter within 30 mins. Had to argue my way in almost every day and remind them that I had PAID to be there for them to let us in. 3. Property is being advertised with gym and pool access but the security guards kicked us out of the pool and lectured us on how we were short term renters and could not use the gym, pools nor the kids play ground as these were exclusive for property owners."

Completely Remodeled Home in Ceiba, Mountain Side, beautiful views!! Close to Luquillo, Farjado, Humacao, 5 Minutes Puerto Del Rey Marina, 45 min. to Airport another 10+ to San Juan. Minutes to Ceiba Ferry, takes you to Vieques & Culebra Islands! Our Mountain home is very peaceful, private, with lush plants & trees year round & protect by an electric gate! Plenty of parking space. HUGE kitchen, new beds, sheets, towels, furniture, outdoor dining. NEW Generator, Water Cistern/ AC! Once you come thru the gate to enter, you will have plenty of room to park. You will be greeted by our care takers of the property. They are there if you need anything, they live the in apartment downstairs. They speak spanish but can translate English. There is a locked gate to go upstairs where you will stay. The house will be cleaned and ready for you. We have some beach toys, chairs & a cooler you will need to check out before using. We have internet & smart tv’s in every room! If you need help with booking a car, we have a great connection!

We do require $200 cleaning fee for 3 night stay or longer. $100 cleaning fee for 2 nights.

- "After a little GPS magic, I arrived to find a beautiful home tucked in the mountains of Ceiba. Beautiful view of the ocean with topical paradise surrounding me. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Recommend it highly!!" - "This home is in the perfect location for touring the East side of Puerto Rico. It’s on the top of a small mountain, so you get the rain forest feel, but it’s still close enough to where you can make it to a store in under ten minutes. Surrounded by lush trees, banana, mango, star fruit and more on the property and the sound of coqui at night was so serene. Even the thunderstorms were lovely. You can see the ocean from the balcony through a clearing in the forest, which was so cool. The care takers are a sweet elderly couple who were so helpful and kind. Everything is clean and new and if you need to be cooking for your family, the kitchen is fully equipped. We left after 5 nights to go to the west side of the island, and it wasn’t a great experience so we left and came back here for another 3 nights, that’s how comfortable we were and it felt like home. The WiFi is spotty and had a hard time getting it, but it didn’t bother us too much since we were on vacation to enjoy nature and we could use our hotspots on our phones if needed. Safe, quiet location with electronic gate. Perfect for families. Definitely recommend and would visit again. Thanks for everything Teressa!"
